This particular location of the Little Caesars Pizza was absolutely a wonderful experience and the cashier that helped me was absolutely even more wonderful! He went the extra mile and I certainly more than appreciate that and I recognize extraordinary customer service when I see it and this young man certainly has that and then some. Upon reviewing my receipt the young man's name the cashier that I am speaking of is: Mousa A. And I would like to personally thank him and let the manager know what a beyond wonderful job he did as previously explained above. Now let's talk about the pizza. I'm unable to convey as to my reasoning, but I absolutely love Little Caesars Pizza! So long as as it's hot and fresh, that's the key - And it most certainly was. Although, I had a special order along with a single serve Pepsi, it did not take that long at all to receive my order. I also had ordered one of their cookie dough brownies but the cashier I've already spoken about above, later came out toy vehicle to inform me that he didn't know, but they were out of their cookie dough brownies with M&M" on top. He then queried me whether or not I wanted it refunded or if I wanted some cheesy bread. I replied oh goodness that's just too much bread so I'll go ahead and take the refund and thank you for letting me know. He brought out the refund and then at that moment I requested that he please bring me more napkins as I'm utterly graceful - ! Said cashier, the young man went the extra mile and did just that. And he of course apologized even though he didn't know that they were out of their, "Cookie Dough Brownies With M&Ms On Top" that they, unbeknownst to me anyway, offer. Let me tell you what folks, my pizza was, just a reiterate, hot, fresh and really-really scrumptious! I shall include a photo of what's left of the pizza, as I ate a little more than half of it all of my little self, in which, oh my, do I feel like a little piglet - ! But trust, I haven't eaten like this in golly, a good longggg minute, if y'all get my drift. ❗

I placed a order for •crazy bread with sauce •The batman calzone pizza •thin crust pepperoni •Italian sausage pizza •wings •TWIX desert My order said it would be ready at 5:15 I got to the place at 5:05 to pick up my order and when I got home my crazy bread is hard as a rock not even able to bite into it. My sausage pizza is ice cold not like it was baked in the last hour and my batman pizza was a little warm but no sauce came in the pizza box. I have called the merril rd store 4 times to let them know about my order and no one ever answered the phone. I'm very dissatisfied with my service and I normally just got through drive through and place my order and I still issue with the quality of my food I order do I thought I would place a order online to see if they were able to take there time to make my order instead. I'm very very disappointed that I brought this order home to my kids and it's always the store on merril rd in jax fl that provides dissatisfied service and quality of food. I never write reviews or send messages to any business because sometime people due make mistakes but this has occurred so often and time there is something that needs to ve done to correct this service. Too bad you cant give negitive stars! -5 is what I rate this location! We placed and paid for our order online and went to pick it up at the exact time it was to be ready... we get to the drive thru and give our order #, which is all we should have to give, then we are asked to tell them what we ordered... fine here's the list of 14 things we ordered... the clerk then tells us that they are out of the jalapeno cheese cups (which we ordered 4 of to make the gross pizza taste like something besides cardboard), would we like ranch buffalo-umm no, the 2 sauces are not even similar! So we ask for a refund of the amount for the 4 sauces... this turns into a 10 minute battle on how much those sauces cost-even though it is legit printed on the reciept!!! After all that hassle, we get home to find the most disgusting crazy bread I have ever seen (and I worked at a little ceasers for 3 years!!!). It was so under cooked we couldnt eat it, 2 full orders!!! I felt the need to add the photos of the gross under cooked and worst crazy bread ever in hopes that you will pick a different location, like I will be doing even if its a little farther away! The service was also very rude and extremely slow. Never again!!!

We got charged for an Extra Most Bestest at the window. Opened the pizza to check it (we've gotten the wrong pizza before) and it was a regular (barely any topping). We told the guy at the window that it was not an EMB just a regular and he said no and then we opened anss showed him and he said thats all we have in that. We said but we paid for the extra toppings. Long story short we went inside. Showed someone the pizza vs what we paid... they agreed and got someone over. We told that person about the man at the window and his attitude and pretending to not understand what we were telling him or just not carring. They applogised, resolved the issue (great team members). We asked for a manager and found out the man at the window was the OWNER.... Long story short we feel like the employeees are treated the same and hope corprate sees this.

Nice place for a family treat or when there isn't enough time for a homemade dinner. We've been going here as a family for 10 years and always have great service. The price has increased due to inflation but it's still a great deal compared to other pizza places. We ♡ coming here.

You get what you pay for when it comes to the quality of their pizzas. Not that that in itself is bad, as the quality is decent for the price. It's the service that's awful. Instead of ordering one of the quick hot and ready pizzas, we ordered a higher priced alternative. From the time of order placement to out the door was nearly an hour. With no seating and the temperature in the store over 100 degrees, this would be enough to upset anyone. Additionally, the line for customers waiting on their orders was out the door with the workers nonchalantly doing their "best" with no sense of urgency. The employee that took my order handed out one of my pizzas to 3 different customers while I waited in disbelief. After 50 or so minutes, I finally spoke with management and my pizzas magically became ready. I will not be returning.

Went through the drive-thru of the Little Caesars on Merrill where the gentleman who gave me my pizza a hot and ready asked for a tip. I have worked for tips before in my life and this was very unprofessional. I gave the gentleman a dollar where he would have gotten more had he not been so pushy and asked. If the man wants to panhandle for money he should not be working the window of the Little Caesars. I go to this Little Caesars quite often most of my visits are very pleasant but the new guy should not be working there asking people for money. This made me feel very uncomfortable.

The foreign dude with the white hair and beard is the most disrespectful nasty person possible doesn’t wash his hands after touching things he touches food with his nasty hands like me and my boyfriend showed him a deal off the Little Caesar app online and was like I want this he said “I don’t follow what’s on the app”.. then stormed back in the back we said okay take the next person in line he continued to have a nasty attitude like he didn’t like his job like your getting paid to take my order I expect you to treat me with the same respect I gave you but instead you treated us poorly if you don’t like your job why work there?

The prices are awesome and the food is good. We had pizza and wings. However, the person who took our money (a young, caucasian, female) needs more customer service training. She didn't say any greeting when we arrived. While I was counting my change to pay the bill, she was tapping her fingers on the window and looking agitated. She paused and looked at me crazy when I asked for napkins and didn't tell us to have a nice day or anything when we left. Very rude and terrible presentation for the company. Because I have several children who love their food, I will be back. Hopefully, she won't be there that day.

Go here on occasion. I Order ahead to skip the long wait. Seems like prices have gone up and quality has gone down. I use to love pizzas from here. My husband loves the Hawaiian pizza but they don't offer it anymore. You have to customize or build your on pizza to get it and it cost more. When I do order it online it is still never ready....and they usually are very polite about it. Just don't go as often because of the lack of quality.

The people at this location are nothing but some of the nicest employees I've had the chance of meeting. They always treat me and my pup awesome, and they never complain that I come 15 mins before closing. Coming from a service industry background, I know that is taboo, but with their drive thru window, and the hot and ready pizzas available, it doesn't seem to bother them much at all.

Worst place in existence. It's amazing! How can a pizza place survive without answering their phone? They completely and utterly refused to answer their phone. I've seen them hang up the phone by putting it on silent instead of picking it up. It blows my mind 2022 UPDATE: - This place has done very well lately. There phone lines are still bad but it's at least because of the cheap owner and not the staff. The customer service isn't too bad either. They are probably the most consistent when it comes to making good food. Maybe I was wrong about this place.

Ordered a pepperoni was given some else's order. Called when I noticed (after I got home) and was told that they gave me the right one..... Oh, and went through theor drove up window a few weeks back and was told by the guy there that, "it was his birthday" and then he asked if I could give him a present. Literally asking for money for his birthday like I know him or something. Weird crackhead place. Avoid!

Not a bad place at all. The staff are hard working and deal with long lines and busy days and are still friendly. Food is always fresh and the prices are good. I ordered a large crazy crust double pepperoni pizza it was delivered promptly however, there was basically no sauce on it so it’s very dry and rather tasteless other than the pepperoni I don’t like a lot of sauce online but I like enough sauce to moisten up the pizza and the crazy crust is nothing to write home about. I think a blind 4yr old cut this pizza. Had t9 go back because they forgot one pizza. They were out of jalapeños so they put on green pepper and asked after the fact if that was ok. This place is no good for business. I wonder how it still open. Customer service suck real-time and honestly I lost an order due to the lack of personnel knowledge on how to help find orders. Gladly to know that Domino's got my back and will be delivering the item right away. I am not going to do any business with them a whatsoever. No professionalism at all. I called this afternoon to place an order to pick up of 8 pizzas this afternoon and an employee told me to call back around 3, i called back at 330pm and I literally called 15 times to try to place an order for pick up at 530. So I gave up no one ever answered. I called the one on Monument road and they answered by the 2nd ring. Foods good at this one the service just isnt.

My friend and I had both had a hard day at work and we decided to go to Little Caesars Pizza to get a large 3 Meat Treat pizza to take home. It cost about 9.00 and we got 2 meals off it and will definitely get that again. This is one of their Ready Made pizzas. It has pepperoni and cheese and sausage and bacon. It is so good.

Pizza and Breadsticks were decent enough, but the wait was ridiculous. Walked in 30 minutes before close and ordered one pizza/stick combo and after forgetting to make my order twice they had me on my way 15 minutes after closing time.

I always order online. Delicious and hot! Honestly way better than other chains. I'm not sure if it's this location in particular or they've changed recipes and ingredients, but the pizza here is bomb! My hubby used to work for another chain, this little Caesars definitely "out pizza'ed" them!

They were rude, gave me the wrong pizza and argued when I complained but replaced it with a cold pizza. Also ordered a 2 l bottle of Pepsi which was warm. It'll be a while before I go back.

They took forever to prepare the pizza. I asked for my money back. They act like they didn't want to give me my money back. It was a staff full of kids. They had music playing off their phone. You could tell that the usual boss that be there wasn't there.
