"Hot & Ready," my derriere. Always have to wait for a cheese pizza. Granted, not a long time, but it gets old having to wait when you expect to just be able to immediately walk out with a pizza. Also on my last visit, the cashier couldn't be bothered to even greet me. So I say, "hello, how are you?" and I'm ignored. I don't even get a smidgen of eye contact. Wasn't busy, plenty of stock (other than cheese pizzas), no excuse to not have some common cordiality. Finished ordering and paying, then I say "thank you." Again, no response. What a swell guy. Unfortunately the pizza is cheap when you have a bunch of hungry mouths to feed and it's the only location that is decently close to me, so I'll continue to be a patron for now.

Ok, the service usually is good, but today I order a pizza and my total was $15.30 I paid with 4 $5 dollar bills ($20) and the guy asked me for 30 cents. I was thinking they was short of coins so I giving it my 30 cents, after he close the register I asked for my $5 dollar bill but he said no, you paid only $15 and I was like what? Seriously?? To be honest I don’t like to be rude, so I decided not to said anything else. But I’m really sure when they close de register they will be over, any ways I think the guy must to double check at least just in case because the customer is always right ( I know, not always but…) but he just said NO. Where is the good customer service

Took a little longer then expected for 1 pizza with so many people working and so few physical costumers also wish the stuffed crust was actually stuffed, it was only like 1/4 cheese the rest air in the crust pocket.

The bouncy ball game machine was out of balls and my daughter didn't notice till after putting the coin in... after a minute someone popped out of the bag with a bouncey ball for her (a week later and she's still playing with it) I do appreciate the family vibe I was getting.

Hello. I appreciate your guyz hard work but 2 weeks ago I ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and extra sauce from little Caesars Monterey road sj ca and it was like eating a carboard box . And i even got a headache after too. And they forgot the pepperoni So I order same thing here in Monterey Ca and this is stress free amazing tasty pizza❤❤ Not a review but a suggestion to pleeese make the pizzas look like this. It is worth putting so much cheese and sauce on it am happy to pay $12. Thank you for your understanding and kind business

I have to say this Little Ceasar location has stepped up their game. The pizza, crazy bread was delicious and piping hot. Little Ceasars has great deals for one of those quick pizza craving occasion.

Usually a pretty decent experience, but tonight they gave me a pizza with uncooked olives no mushroom like I asked.. the young man behind the counter did tell me that they were out of mushrooms and he was going to refund me for them (which he did at the restaurant) . But it wasn't until I got home that I had noticed the uncooked Olives that were just thrown on top of my pizza.. (must have been a busy night for them)

Higher prices than other stores. The male workers are not well groomed or look cleaned up to serve or cook food. Te customer service is out of the window. And to charge the same price for something they don't have all the ingredients to is unacceptable.

Great pizza bread and a great deal at only 4 bucks! Ordered in-store and waited less that fifteen minutes. The girl who helped me (her name was NOT Leanna) was VERY nice and attentive (she was the taller of the 3 girls working on 3/20 at around 2:15PM). Leanna was NOT. Will definitely go back there though.

In a quick pinch I'll use them but the dreck of society is there. Last time I was behind a woman who stunk so bad I had to step outside and wait for her to leave. Another time I was behind a woman that wanted to return a pizza. I had a good laugh about that.

I had to give this Little Caesars 5 stars. I've been to others recently and had bad experiences. I'm talking wrong pizza, cold pizza, and bad customer service. I've been going to this one for 12 years not one bad experience at this Monterey Rd. location.

I’ve been going to this place since i can remember but now that i found maggots on my pizza im never going there again !! Check your pizza before you eat it !! I called and i just made the manager upset by telling him what happened and he hung up on me !

Even when filled to the brim with customers, the staff stayed composed and didn't become overwhelmed. They were understanding and patient with each customer. They were also able to make changes to orders that were made last minute by customers.

Very cheap and delicious pizza. It’s been a while since I last ordered pizza from here and I regret it so much. I got a pepperoni with extra cheese which they had to make in 15 minutes. The slice was so crispy and everything was on point -

Oh my Goodness, best Little Caesars Pizza in town, everytime i go, there is always fresh pizza and lets talk about how much pepperoni they put in them like gaaaah' damn!!! 1M stars if i could rate them that way! Great Job Guys!

Worst location I've ever been to! I've been to little Caesar's in 3 different States..worst! Even if you pay for something and they don't make they say that's it. They don't offer to remake it and lie to your face

What can I say? It's not the best pizza but it's pretty darn good and the price is always right. Call in advance and your pies will be ready in less than 15 minutes. Don't forget the crazy bread!

The guy in charge of working the cash register tonight was working his tail off, definitely knows how to do customer service well, best customer service I’ve had at any little Caesars chain

This store is very very bad. If you order and when you pickup you must enter the code to unlock pickup and the staff here never help you. If you don't unlock i never go to this store again

I had to wait 15-20 minutes for my pizza. I didn't mind that. They made really good pizzas that night. Actually their pizzas have been more than decent as of late. Keep up the good work!

Worst customer service ordered over the phone repeated 3 times what i want it and still got something different waiting 30 minutes for a pizza and wings in this 100 weather degrees

I used to come to this place vey often because they used to have everything ready, but now you have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for a 5 dollar cheese pizza, not good anymore.

Wow order pizza 30 minutes ago they guy on phone mess up my order now waiting even longer prices go up service goes down. This place always was good now very disappointed

Went in when it was busy . I had to wait 10 mins for a cheese pizza ( picky kid). The cashier was nice and friendly. I liked this location better and will return.

Cannot beat the prices. Their pizza is better than Round Table or Mt. Mike's. If you are feeding a group (or one hungry teen) this is the go to spot.

The wait is forever no matter when i order, and the pizza looks and tastes dry and like its been sitting for a long time.... disappointing...

I waited longer than the estimated 15 minutes for a 3 meat. My pizza had most of the sausage piled to one side.. Had to fix myself.

I used to love the Hawaiian deepdish but for some reason it didn't taste as good as before. Something with the cheese l think.
