I’m very disappointed in the service we received today, I am a regular at this location there was a sign on the counter stating if you are NOT offered crazy bread with your pizza purchase before you pay that you get a free crazy bread. So the young guy I was being helped by did not offer me crazy bread prior to my payment, clearly he did not understand his own promotion and told me no because even though he had taken my money he did not ring me threw. Then in addition to that I heard him and his other male co worker talking about me behind the desk, and then stood in the back on his phone for a few minutes. I asked how long it would be and he said ten minutes, so I came back in ten minutes and it wasn’t ready, he then told me ten more minutes, so why not just tell me 20 and not waste my time? I wouldn’t mind if I wasn’t in a rush but I just am not happy with the fact your employees were talking about me behind the counter, I work in customer service and that’s unacceptable behaviour.

If you have a party at southland leisure centre, this location is the nearest one for food delivery. You can tell from all the leftover boxes inside the leisure centre. The pizza is made by little caesar but the delivery is delivered through doordash. So if you have issues/questionsabout your transaction, you have to talk to two different sides. We accidentally entered the wrong tip percentage which is 30 percent and contacted doordash right away, they could not refund us or give us a credit. We contacted the store, and it was still a no. We ordered the pizza at 1 pm for 6 medium sized pizza asking to be delivered at 2:30 thinking it's just 500 meters away. The pizza arrived at 3:10, 45 minutes late without any warnings.

They advertise this hot and ready thing but I can’t remember the last time anything was hot and ready. Lord knows I don’t come here because the pizza is good. I come when I’m rushing home late from work because the kids like bad pizza. It’s not as cheap as it once was. Quality is consistent for better or worse. Often is lined up in the evenings with others who thought food might be hot and ready. It is what it is, but don’t go there expecting what they advertise.

Just went into the Braeside location to buy a pizza and was immediately greeted by the manager (Darwin) who instantly told me I had to leave the premises and was refused service over a matter that involved a previous Employee that I was with at the time, and stated (they caused to much sh*t) that’s the reason for refusing me service.. will absolutely never come back to this place never been asked to leave an establishment in such an unprofessional manner over an issue that did not involve me.....

Always get amazing pizza from this location! Worth the extra drive to get the best pizza! Thank you amazing staff!

This place fluctuates in both food and service depending on who they have for staff. Right now the pizza is what you'd expect from a little Caesars and they have some friends staff. This was not always the case a year or more ago they had at least one very rude counter kid.

Cheating you, daily. Look at the menu of the 'crazy sauce'. It shows a full container of sauce for 1 dollar. When you pay your full-price, you get a 1/2 filled container of sauce. It does not resemble what the menu shows. I wish that, when they asked for 20 dollars... I could give them 10 dollars because it's corporate policy to cheat little caesars. They tell me, everytime.. it's corporate policy to cheat customers. So I have to go with it.

Good cheap pizza and friendly staff. I like their hawaiian pizza. I'd highly recommend ordering through the app for pick-up in advance instead of ordering in store, as the customer area is rather small and can get crowded real fast.

Very unimpressed by the attitude of the owner at this location, she was extremely rude. I went in for lunch and there was a poster talking about a new kind of hot n ready pizza available and when k asked to order it and she said only cheese and pepperoni available. I told her it's ok and i could wait but she refused to make it. Horrible customer service and 8 do not recommend going there.

Little ceasars is exactly what you want when you crave a cheap pie and some breadsticks. 2× Hot N Ready Cheese and a bag of Crazy Bread is under $20cad. Not too bad.. not too bad. Good luck at finding the same amount of food for the price.

Hair in my food, wouldn't remake my pizza. Very unprofessional, just done with the place. I was coming here fairly regularly due to proximity, but pizza was always more stale than competing stores. Avoid unless starving to the point of eating cardboard. Not that this place has ever replied to a review before. Ownership doesn't care imo.

Order a pizza around 8:30 pm it tasted very old and left over. Not recommended at anytime. Spoiled our whole meal!!

hot n ready steaming pile of anything but good pizza. 8 options but the only stuff ever in the warmer is cheese or pep. staff there doesn't care to do their jobs either. do yourself a favour and go to one of those independant pizza places with the giant slices for 2 bucks instead, thank me later ;)

I ordered a 3 meat with pineapple and extra cheese and we got a 3 meat with pineaple cheese and extra box not worth it the pineapple and/or the xtra cheese!!

This Little Caesars is superior to all other Little Caesar’s! Tyler makes the best pizza and is so friendly and helpful! It’s obvious he is passionate about pizza! My experience here has been second to none. I’m gluten and dairy intolerant, but his pizza is so worth the pain!! Highly recommend!

Stopped in this location twice in the past few days to try and order the crazy puffs, both times they had none ready and it would be a 2O minute wait. I asked for a pepperoni pizza instead, they didn't have that either. Need to change your slogan to "hot and UNREADY". Very underwhelming.

The worst customer service ever. The rudest and ugliest person was their, he pretty much just asking me to leave the store and when I left he didn’t give a s**t and just turned his ugly face away and went inside. Just a heads up, Don’t make the mistake of your life and go there.

Pretty good for little Caesars. Breadsticks are good and buttery.

Delicious, quick, and cheap pizza that is always hot and fresh. It’s a pretty busy place too. Seems like a lot of people in the neighbourhood like it. I really like that I can just stop by and grab a pizza on the way home from work without having to remember to order ahead.

Went in to get a cheese pizza and asked for less sauce and they tried charging and extra $4 because it was a "custom" made pizza... what a rip off, how are you going to try charging More for less Specially when you had to make it anyway.. this location is a joke.

Order ahead and when you arrive you get a fresh delicious (totally non cardboard) pizza. Lately the cheese has been thick and the pepperoni crispy. Crazy bread is also very good with lots of flavor. Best value is the medium (12") pepperoni pizza for $6 or $7.

The best location in Calgary by far. Stopped by about an hour ago to pickup the Batman themed pizza and some crazy bread. Super friendly gentlemen served me, and the food was hot and fresh. Also, I might add, the best crazy bread I've ever had.

Don't bother getting anything not hot and ready. I made a custom order, guy who I assume is the manager got it wrong because he never pays attention and doesn't write the order down, then he griefed me when I asked them to fix it. …

I find it is not consistant. 1 week it's tasteful and the week after its like not enough sauce not balance. It depends who you get as a cook. It's always like that. It happened many time. I am tired of saying it and it keeps happening.

I went to pick up my pizza and I heard the kid in the back say that mine got sold because I should've been there 20 minutes ago but when I called in I said I'd be 30 minutes. Rude. However the pizza was decent.

I was with my five year old son and ordered a stuffed crust supreme fast order pizza with two ranch tips. This small little pizza costed me 21.00 dollars. Like what a rip off for pricing. Brutal

I love the stuffed crazy bread. I wish I could have some mushrooms and pepperoni in their as well. I've had it before and it was FANTASTIC.

Picked up for my son's birthday party at Southland leisure e. Delicious, hot and the kids enjoyed every last piece. So convenient.

The best little ceasers pizza in the city so far! Thats why they are always busy like no other. Love my za and never dissapointed!

The pepperoni stuffed crust pizza was delicious, ask them to make it fresh if you have 10 minutes to wait. Definitely worth it!
