This is the 2nd time they've made what should have been a delicious simple pizza taste awful. Little Cesaers...what is happening to you? Three words...quality quality quality! In the Great North, this should be the bare minimum standard. I ordered a coupon pizza, yeah I know, the coupon orders aren't treated the same as the non coupon orders, atleast that what it looked and tasted like to me. Man, I am getting tired of my nagging reviews, but the truth has to be shown. I mean it's all about show and tell since Gr 3. Anyways, back to the story...waited and got my warm pizza with a smile from the friendly staff. Walked it home in under 10 mins. Put it on my countertop and went to go buy some Pop Shoppe and Jones soda cause I support local right. Get home and move the pizza box over to find an oily residue on the counter top where I left the pizza box. Opened up the box and man oh man, it's like they poured oil on the pizza for jokes and giggles. So I called them, they were very friendly about the mistake, oh golly gosh, I felt bad for making a fuss. But I had too, because, well look at the pictures for yourself. So they tell me that they apply garlic butter and next time I got tell them that they need to go light on the garlic butter because you know, there are no formal standard training or procedures on how to make a franchise pizza dish for Lil Cesaers? They definitely break barriers and think outside the box at this location. Maybe the pizza specialist doesn't know the definition of drizzle? Will have to explain that to them next time I order, and I am not leaving the store until after inspecting the goods. Yes, it has come down to this...#Embrassing. The raccoons will eat well tonight though...

I'm a sucker for pizza, and I'll usually eat just about any pizza. But I have some thoughts about this one. Price: The prices are pretty good, good deals all around, but I feel like PizzaPizza deals are better. Location: Went to the downtown location. Nothing fancy, it seemed clean. Could use more chairs up in the front waiting area though. Staff was friendly, though. (Even though I only spoke to one person) Food: Like I said in the beginning, i'm a sucker for pizza but I was not pleased with the pizza here. The crust was way too thick and tough to bite through, the sauce was sparse and didn't taste very good either. I won't be returning here

Always been my go-to place for fast, cheap pizza. Last night I waited 20-30 minutes for a deep dish pizza that I never received. I overheard the kitchen staff say they messed up my order and the frontline staff decided not to tell me. 10 minutes after that I was visibly frustrated, asked for a refund and a free pizza. I got free bread and pizza + a refund which I'm happy about, but I'm unimpressed with staff keeping me in the dark about my order progress. My original time estimate was less than 10 minutes for the pizza to be ready. I'll be back, but please communicate to your guests!

I'm not sure how many times it should be to make 4 pizzas in total (2 pep, and 2 Canadian replace mushrooms with green peppers) all pizzas well done But the amount of times it took was crazyness. It was like 4 times before they got it right it was a nightmare. And the fact it was out in Kingston (about a 2 hour drive for us each way with kids) really didn't help matters!! They also over charged me for said food!

I asked if they had a pepperoni pizza ready, and they said yes. I asked if they had Italian cheese bread ready, and they said yes. So I say great! May I please have one of each. They told me the price, I paid, and was then told it will be 8 minutes for my order. I just asked if was ready and you told me yes! How is it going to be 8 minutes? Oh well we don't keep them ready to go. 15 minutes later, i get my order!! Why say you have it ready to go when it's not!? Get bent Little Ceasars!!

If you are looking for something quick and cheap this is the place to go. You will be limited to what kind of product you are getting if you want it ready to go how ever. Usually just pepperoni since the customer volume is limited at certain hours of the day. The regular pizza isn't great but the pan pizzas are fairly good along with the additional side items you can get. If it wasn't for the ready to go and side products the rating would be far worse however it can be convenient when you are making a mad dash or low on funds.

Let’s be honest, you’re not expecting gourmet anything out of this little Caesars. But, the convenience and price makes this place top of my emergency lunch list. No other place you can walk in, walk out in 30 seconds with a pretty good medium pizza for under $10 these days. A bonus is that the staff are also always great. This is a number one option for anyone in a pinch for lunch or dinner while downtown.

EDIT: Same problem, never any of the advertised special Hot n Ready, **actually ready**.The pies are better from here than the other location, by a longshot, but they didn't have ANY of the "Hot n Ready" menu items. Not even one pie. The whole point of Little Caesars is no waiting...needs better prep IMHO.

Service tonight was awful. Guy was very rude. Couldnt serve customers and when shown he was wrong was rude and pushing money at me being very rude and disrespectful. After seeing me and not serving me and allowing me to stand there for 5 min. He needs a lesson in customer service and how to ralk and treat customers. I visit alot but tired of the rude service lately. Business loss

I ordered a pizza online not realizing they don't deliver from an online order. They did not refund, or deliver my pizza. I paid $25 and received no pizza or refund. The guy working there happily ate that pizza on my dime. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. They literally stole my money in an online transaction with no product on my end.

I have ordered ahead and I got notification order is ready for pickup. I went there waited for 5 minutes to speak with someone as its busy and finally they said they didn’t find my order and they will start making it now. Whats the point of ordering ahead if I need to wait for 20 minutes even after it says my order is ready for pickup..

Food is always great, however I have been in there about 6 times in the last two weeks at the beginning of lunch hour, around 11:45am to about 12:05pm and only once did they have 1 pepperoni hot n ready. I feel they really drop the ball on having pizzas ready to go at this location, especially during what is a busy time of day.

Only other place I can get the stuffed crust pizza, and at a great price. Had to wait for the pizza to be made (before 4pm). The guys behind the counter though... you wouldn't expect two guys making pizza all day in the humidity would be so pleasant and friendly. They made the visit memorable--even for a Little Caesars.

Friendly staff. Food was what you would expect from Little Caesars. The order area was a little dirty and the floor definitely needed to be washed. The kitchen area looked much cleaner!

This place is an awesome place for pizza. Though the pizza itself is basic, that's not necessarily a bad thing. It allows Little Caesars to almost always have pizza waiting for you and if they don't it's usually only a 5 minute wait until they do. The staff are great and always very helpful.

You get what you get here. It's not horrible but it's just average. The good thing is it consistent and good for the price. I would recommend almost any other pizza place if you can afford it but if you just want to stretch your pizza dollar as far as possible then this is the place for you.

I order the exact same thing every time and only about 25% of the time is it as I've asked for. Select people are better at getting it right, others always or almost always are guaranteed to get it incorrect. Why is it so hard to make it as asked? And on the correct pizza?!?

I was having an issue with my bogo offer online, and brought my phone down to the store and tried to complete the purchase again, after having more issues, the girl behind the counter did what she could to help resolve the issue and I left a very happy customer :)

It's Little Caesars. You get a fairly standard product no matter which restaurant you go into. This one in particular always seems to be fast and thd food is good. But then again, I'm usually in the market for hot and ready, so that could be a factor.

Terrible experience went into the store late night ordered a pizza as i was waiting i piered over the counter and noticed the cook walking around in his socks disgusting also very rude on phone i love little cesars but stay away from this store

Ordered pizza from skip & during a pandemic they put our dips that are handled at the cash /daily on top of the pizza itself in the box, absolutely disgusting besides them messing up the order and it taking and hour and a half for the food.

I would not recommend this location for ordering. We waited over an hour for pretty much ice cold pizza. I do not see a reason to order from this location again. For the $6 delivery fee you might as well use Uber and it would arrive faster.

Annoyed as i used the pizza portal so that my food would be ready when i arrived. I got the email saying it was ready but when i arrii was told it would "be up in a minute ". I waited 10 mins. I may as well have just got the hot-n-ready

Been there twice for late night pizza. It's cool that it stays open till very late. Staffs are friendly and prompt. Reasonable pricing and testes pretty good. The chicken wings are pretty mediocre though.

Its been a hit and miss. Last night it was just doe.I find the day shift is better. As cheap as the pizza is all pizza from any company should have a decent amount of toppings. Service could be better.

Nice large seating areas, with an excellent menu with plenty of variety to choose from! Also a pleasant staff that always have a smile on, and if your lucky, they might even say something funny!

Super quick pizza. The price it right. They even make custom pizzas if you want to wait a few minutes. I don't have the app but you can have it ready in a pickup box which looks pretty neat

One of the best inexpensive pizza joints in downtown. Quality at an affordable cost is hard to come by these days. Staff are friendly, food is always hot, and service is fast.

I love going to little ceasers for the same reason I love going to the dump. It's a physical location that represents the state of humanity. Hot n ready. 5/5 would eat again.

Always love clming here cheap and effective. Right now they have a deal for a medium pizza, crazy bread and a 2l of pop for $10. Makes for a great easy supper or lunch.

Really good pizza, even serve a variation on the deep dish chicago stule pizza. Great for a bite. Semi pricey but its still good quality.

This Little Caesars always has Hot and Readys actually hot and ready which is great! Friendly staff, would recommend.

It's fast food, so you can't expect much.... But I've often found things to be slow, and the pizza to be too greasy.
