Upon ordering Little Sam’s I didn’t know quite what to expect at first I expected a small town little pizza shop as that’s what it’s kind of advertised very small you know didn’t expect too much upon ordering via phone call. I couldn’t have been more blown away by the service, and by the complete atmosphere and ambience of the restaurant they offer more than just pizza they have beautiful Italian dishes, which are reasonably priced for San Diego. I got our food, my wife and I and our pizzas looked to die for. The perfect amount of grease the perfect amount of crust, cheese, and toppings. It was simply layered amazing then we bit in for our first bite and saying we were blown away is quite the understatement. I definitely would recommend this place to anybody any pizza lover, or just foodie in general, where they can enjoy a nice quick bite to eat or to be honest if you just want to have a nice cheap dinner with high-quality food. Little Sam’s crew you guys did an awesome job keep up the amazing work!

They had mixed reviews for pizza and few for their pasta so I decided to give them a try. I ordered the lasagne and also a garden veggie pizza for lunch tomorrow. I was surprised to see such a large container for a single serving. Then, I went to try it. The lasagne was 90%sauce. You can see what few noodles were baked in were broken. The sauce tastes much like canned ravioli. There were no layers of noodles, sauce, cheese. Whats it called if its not layered? The salad was fresh and though it had few ingredients, its was a big salad. The pizza looks tasty but its not pre-cut. Thats a service I took for granted. I will have to review that tomorrow, after I cut it. For the lasagne, I give it below average with lots of room for improvement. EDIT: The pizza was actually really really good! Im changing my rate to 3.5 stars. I reheated in a skillet, flipped it once to brown the cheese and it did not disappoint. Good Save Little Sam!

I ordered 2 pizzas using the Slice app to be picked up at 6 pm and received a text at 5:42 pm alerting me that my pizzas were ready. I got there at 6 exactly and they hadn't even started my order because they forgot. I understand that things happen, but I was in the rush and had to wait until 6:20 for pizzas I ordered hours earlier. No one else seemed to have to wait. People came to pick up online orders and their orders were ready for them. Little Sam's made a mistake and refused to do anything about it. Customer service is crucial and this place lacks it. They just lost a great customer. Now I see why their ratings are so low.

Went 40 mins before posted closing time to get a pizza for my partner and his friends working on a car. Haven't been in a while since I lived in that area, but they are currently remodeling, which doesnt take away from anything, and should look good when done. The pizza prices are great! An xtra large cheese was about $18, I left 20 and waited in my car. The guy brought it out to my car without me asking, and provided plates. The pizza was huge. Fed 3 men and myself, and had leftovers. The pizza was hot, and tasty, but nothing special. I wanted pizza, and got pizza for a good price, cant ask for much more :)

I like the pizza.. but the service leaves a lot to be desired. Once, I ordered 6 pizzas to be picked up and they said they would call me when they were ready. They didn't. After an hour and a half, I called back and they said the pizzas had been ready for a while. Another time, I ordered one pizza for lunch for pick up and they said it'd take 15 minutes. I was there in 15 minutes. When I asked about my pizza, they said they had given it to someone else, but another one would be ready in 10 minutes. That's unacceptable. So.. while I like the pizza, I'll go somewhere else to get that fix.

Lower prices online. Ordered accordingly and was upcharged once I checked out. The price seemed to be 4 or 5 bucks higher than the price listed. After going back and forth with clerk, I showed him HIS prices on HIS online menu through Goggle. He said those prices were wrong and did not honor the price online. lost a customer. I've known about this place for 30+ days and have eaten there 4 times already. I'll never go back. Poor customer service. Food isn't that good to cheated out of my money. Petty.

The wings were good. The pepperoni and sausage pizza was good, except I didn't like the sausage they used. They were these small balls that didn't have that authentic sausage flavor and they all rolled off the pizza. We asked for parmesan cheese and utensils. They didn't include either. Not paying attention to these little details tells you alot about a business.

Fantastic! Hands down, the best pizza I have found in San Diego. I have tried all the self-proclaimed bests, and the heavily advertised, even the ones on diners, drive ins, and dives. As far as my taste goes, their sausage pizza, with freshly chopped garlic and fresh oregano is heaven. I will admit, they are not the friendliest bunch, but if there is a problem, they fix it. They even open the pizza box when you pick it up to make sure your getting what you want.

The owner working there has absolutely the worst behavior in dealing with door dash that I have ever experienced in my life. He refuses to provide utensils and condiments to his customers even through they requested them and when request is made by dasher. He screams and is incredibly condescending to dasher! Absolutely HORRENDOUS BEHAVIOR!

I just ordered from the "Sam's Wings" pop up on Uber eats and WOW. Best price I can find for wings (including 7-11) they were fresh, they were saucy, they were SPICY! We got a healthy portion of fries for our combo, and I'm telling my boyfriend this should be our new go-to for wings, and I mean forever, not just for now. Way better than any of the more expensive places I've tried lately for my wing fix. Good job guys!

Little Sam's is really tasty! The pizzas are big and flavorful and they have a huge variety of types. They are generally done in 10-15 minutes. We usually get an extra large, which is enough for dinner, breakfast, and lunch with snacks in between! Definitely a great value. There is seating inside and lots of free parking. It shares a building with the Cotixan burrito place, which is super easy to see from the road.

Very good New York style pizza. Not greasy like many other shops. We got the $23.99 special of a two topping large pizza with 10 wings and a 2 liter coke. Our toppings were chicken and Canadian bacon and there was a good distribution since with each bite you got both. The wings were a bit small, but moist and cooked to the perfect crispness. The honey BBQ sauce was very good, with a good balance of tangy and sweet.

Love this place. I loved their quickness and how good they make and take care of their food. Their boneless wings are honestly so good I'm wanting some even right now. Pizza is honestly really good and all for those amazing deal prices. I'd go here again if I was still in San Diego. Sadly I'm in Chicago now, I wish there was a way to send food here. Best wishes to this company and I recommend it highly.

Pizza is a nice change from all the other pizza chains. That said, their pizza is about a 7.5 out of 10. The pizza has plenty of cheese and can sometimes be a bit soggy. I order pizza from them about 4 times a year.

I uploaded a picture of the old burned food that this place tried to sell to me today. Absolutely ridiculous. The young female working there is very polite. Also, months ago my husband and I ordered a chicken parm sandwich and a Philly cheese steak DISGUSTING. (Sesame seed stale roll, gross meat) The pizza is ok. (for a last resort option only.) I should have known better than to return.

New to the area and experimenting with different pizza places in the neighborhood to see witch one is the best. Based off Quality of food and price and I have to say little Sam's pizzeria definitely has to be ranked the number one in the community. Food was very delicious fresh,hot and delivered in a timely manner. Very satisfied with my order will definitely be ordering again soon

Great pizza, just too pricey and they don't offer a military discount. You would think they would since there are military families living not even two blocks from this location. Customer service could use some work too. Wasn't offered any condiments or shown the pizza to make sure it was what I ordered. Which is the reason why I haven't tried anything else they offer there.

I *love* Little Sam's Pizza! Try the Greek Pizza with gyros, feta, tomatoes, olives, green bell pepper. Yum!!!! Plus a large salad - they stuff the container so full of salad that the lid can barely close. Good value, great taste, sweet people. I just learned they have a "Mexican" pizza. Probably worth a try...if you aren't already hooked on the Greek pizza like I am!

Ok, this is ridiculous. COST OF 1LB BACON AT GROCERY STORE: ~$3.99 COST OF BACON TOPPING AT LITTLE SAM'S PIZZA: $8.99 You are honestly telling me there is almost 2 lbs of bacon on my pizza?! Yeah right. They make decent food at criminal prices. If you're totally fine paying ridiculous prices, then enjoy. I live down the street and I will drive past them for food.

Terrible! I order bufflo chicken fries and pay almost $10 for this like 6 breaded nuggets with a side of bufflo sauce. You advertise bufflo chicken fries and the women said "honestly its big probably for 2 or 3 people" i ate maybe 1/5 and this is whats left do not go here they also ruined my burger i told them only cheese and it had everything on it

I’ve order from here many times because it’s so close to my house. The woman who answers the phone now is rude, flustered, always in a rush and gets instantly annoyed if you ask any questions. I finally got tired of paying $30 for a pepperoni pizza and dealing with this lady. I’m happy drive a little further for a better price and better service.

Ya know those little gems that only the locals know about? This is one of those gems! We've been enjoying our way through the menu and have loved everything so far! The variety on the menu is great for when everyone wants something different and the'Meat Lover' pizza has become a 'go to' for our family movie nights :)

Initially I gave Sam's 4 stars. 4 for service. 3 for non pizza food. 4.5 for pizza. I'm changing it to 5 because your money is well spent here. Price to cost it is a fantastic deal. This is the place I decided to get pizza from now on while I live here. 5 for service. 3 for non pizza food. SOLID 5 for pizza.

Little Sam's is ran by some of the friendliest, hard working people in San Diego. If anyone is looking for a rare gem hole in the wall, which serves some of the tastiest Italian food, and dare I say it, the best buffalo wings I have found in the San Diego area, I would highly recommend popping in.

28 Inch was great! Large enough for my family. Crust was crispy with just the right thickness. Sauce did not invade the crust to keep it dry. Add the mild wings and Greek Salad, and bello! And do not get me started on the Ranch dressing!! W O W !!!

Huge portions, super friendly staff. Pizza slices are enormous (easily the size of two slices each) and made individually when you order them. Very good prices. If you're looking for a basic slice, nothing fancy, this is the place.
