I ordered a chilli con carne, iced coffee and a regular tea for a friend. They said it will be 20 mins wait for food, happy to wait. I was given a buzzer to alert me when the food is ready. After 30 minutes buzzer has not gone off so I went to the counter and check. I saw my orders sitting on the counter, I was so embarrassed to my friend because her tea was lukewarm. The lady with blonde hair making the tea/coffee said “ I just made that” when I asked how long has it been sitting there. The food was also cold. Really disappointed. No apologies, even got the nerve to tell me “the buzzer did not go off”. Just because you pretty much monopolized the food business in the terminal does not give you the right to serve mediocre food and feel justified for your rubbish system.

eat before you come to airport!!!!!! eat healthy=tiny portions=more profit. i ordered the beef burrito bowl. I think I counted 3 or 4 crumbs of minced beef. mostly was shredded lettuce and rice (70% of the volume of the bowl) the jalapeños were 15 cents each and I paid extra for the cheese. if I didn’t add anything probably would’ve had 10% less food. I got only 2 whole chips the rest were useless broken pieces. didn’t matter since the bull was rice and lettuce. taste, a little watery. pretty plain to me. real shame since the food in hobart was so good. my mistake I shoudlve eaten in the city before I came.

Had the salmon bowl which was actually inedible - the salmon was so hard and crunching into it felt like it was full of bone? I also thought it was going to be fresh but it was pre made for goodness knows how long. Avoid if you can. Ice latte on soy was also watered down garbage - presuming it was instant coffee watered down with poor quality soy milk. Won't be returning.

Edit. Getting real sick of businesses that overcharge card payment fees, the highest legal amount they can charge my debit card is 1% but apparently they are above Australian law and charge 1.4% a 10c fee for an item worth $5.90 is not acceptable The only Liveat I've ever been let down by... food quality is average compared to other local stores and always get over charged but they claim there is nothing they can do about it... menu is one price, charged another...

Right now I am at Hobart domestic airport. Had a coffee (Mocha) from Liv Eat healthy eating. Probably one of the best Mocha in my life. Niki, a Liv Eat staff, has an amazing skill in coffee making. Paid $8.50 for a smoothie, which whatever that’s airport prices, but it took them 20 minutes to make it and when I went up to the counter I get told “that drink takes longer” when the guy hadn’t even started making it. Watched like 30 people who ordered after me get their stuff first, if I was catching a flight I would have missed it. Ive worked at a drinks place so I understand, complete your orders in order.

Service is ok but the food they serve not upto the standard like less stuff, not proper putting the actual seasoning and some of the things are miss. It’s not the first time , it’s been happening couple times. So just be mindful and ask them put the proper quantity as well as all the dish seasoning which they mentioned in the menu.

Poor customer service. Domestic issue at the counter between staff that needed resolving in front of customers? Airports are always expensive but this is beyond a joke for what you get. Did not listen to my order, and caused delay. Half of the contents landed on the grotty toaster when I explicitly ask for not to be toasted. How hard is it? Annoyed and will miss this next time.

Watch out for the upsell on toppings without a warning about prices! With extras The price increased from $13 to over $20. Trainee staff member had an uncaring attitude & no refund was offered when questioned about the upsell. “I’m just doing my job” - clearly needs more training. Food was ok.

Ordered a satay chicken and a Japanese schnitzel. Food was surprisingly delicious (especially considering it'sa healthier option)! Was truly not expected. One of the best meals I've had at Australian airports. Service was also prompt. Staff was not very friendly, or I would have given it 5 stars. More

What little rays of sunshine the staff were here this morning at 5am, super friendly & genuine service, great coffee - especially for an airport, and the breakfast wrap was tasty too. Only $11.20 for the coffee and wrap so very well priced for an airport eatery.

Great healthy food options, nice service and a very clean place. I was also quite happy with the multiple vegan meals and options. Food was also very yummy! Glad it was open 8pm on a Monday after flight delay to Melbourne this was a great find for an airport.

Sightly cheaper than cafe outside. They have cold ready to go meals for rushing. I had time to wait so ordered hot chilli con carne. Portion is small but filling enough. Not enough coriander and panini took way too long. Toasting sandwich

The food was excellent, and the kids enjoyed the meal. The service is great, we were served by nikki and she is realy nice, wonderfull and even advised my little one on what to eat so the food is not too spicy which we greatly appreciate.

$6.90 for a toasted ham n cheese. Literally no visible cheese and ham covered maybe half the bread. Disappointing when you’re paying a premium price.

$11 for a Chicken Ceasar wrap. I know it's the airport, but the fact that they stuffed half the paper wrapping up inside the wrap so it appears fuller is utter deception. Ended up eating a wad of paper

Good experience, they were clearly getting slammed on a busy night and running out of most things, but really went out of their way to make sure we had something good to eat. Very appreciated

We ordered Chicken Ceasar, Chilli Con Carne and Chicken Rice. Chicken in both Ceasar Salad and rice was smelly. It was just waste of money, could not eat any of these ordered food …

Plant based options for hot food I.e wraps or baguettes non existent nor could I have one made. Pretty sad considering plant based cheese n other products are available everywhere now.

Perfectly nice cafe food with lots of grab and go options. I ordered a tandoori bowl and it was good to be offered brown rice.

Fresh food we were craving. I ordered the Japanese Schnitzel and my husband got the Tandoori Chicken. We enjoyed both bowls. Friendly staff and food came out quickly.

Front staff are very rude and dont have any customer service skills . Very very bad experience always with front staff girls.
