যখন আপনি একটা ড্রেস অর্ডার করবেন তখন স্বাভাবিকভাবেই আপনি তা চেক করে নিবেন কিন্ত না ওনারা টেকনিকালি সুন্দরবন কুরিয়ারে অথবা SA পরিবহনে প্রোডাক্ট পাঠায় ফলে আপনাকে পার্সেল চেক করতে দেয়া হয় না। আমি এজন্য তাদের একজন মেয়ে কর্মচারীকে কল দেই সে খুবই বাজে ভাবে বললো পার্সেল দেখানো যাবে না আপনি কি গ্রামের চাচাতো ভাই নাকি জানেন না সুন্দরবনে পার্সেক দেখানো হয় না।অথচ অনলাইনে অন্য যত ভালো shop থেকে জামা অর্ডার করি সবাই redx or pathao or steadfast এ দেয় তারা চেক করার জন্য কোন প্রকার বাধা দেয় না। আর লাইভ শপিং টেকনিকালি খুবই চালাক তারা বলে আপনি প্রোডাক্ট নেন পরে পছন্দ না হলে রিটার্ন করবেন কিন্ত প্রোডাক্ট এ কোন প্রবলেম হলে যখন ই রিটার্ন করতে যাবেন বলবে টাকা রিটার্ন করা পসিবল না অন্য প্রোডাক্ট নেন। মাঝখান দিয়ে আপনার টাকাটা তারা আটকে দিল। যাই হোক আমার কুরিয়ার চার্জ ১৫০ টাকা সাদকা করে দিলাম। অনলাইন আবার ও প্রমান করে দিল চকচক করিলেই সোনা হয় না।

যেভাবে এক্সপোর্ট কোয়ালিটি বলে মোটেও একদম সেটা না। কিছু গার্মেন্টস থাকে যারা মধ্যপ্রাচ্যে বা 3rd world এর এভারেজ বায়ারদের জন্য দামী ব্রান্ডের স্টিকার লাগিয়ে কাপড় বানায়, ওইগুলোর ছাট থেকেই এরা কালেক্ট করা লট থেকে তারা সেল করে, হাব ভাব এবং লাইভ দেখে লোভনীয় লাগলেও আদতেই পুরোটা eyewash ছাড়া কিছু না। প্রতিটা আইটেম ডিফেক্টেড এবং দামী ব্রান্ডের যে লোগো গুলো থাকবে ওগুলোর স্টিকারিংও একটু সূক্ষ্ণ ভাবে দেখলে বুঝবেন টেইলার টাইপ কোথাও থেকে বসিয়ে নেওয়া। ToTal waste of money.

Product quality is not as good as mentioned in the video. Used aggressive facebook promotions for sells. Service is also very bad. I was there and they are not listening to me and talking in themselves. Overall product is good for the price but nothing special and really should focus on treating customers better if they want to be in the long run.
