I came in this morning (Saturday 28th) as I have been doing of a Saturday morning, put my washing in, put my money in and the machine wouldn't work, the is never any staff on to help you don't get you money back so I have lost £4.50, it is ridiculous, I came to the launderette today (8th January 2020) and the machine yet again took my £4.50 the second time in last then 6 month's, I have put in another complaint, so disappointed nothing has been now about my complaint

Been use it for years use to go 2 times a week took my late mother washing there sadly she went into a care home must say meet a lot off ladies in there as well as men always have a talk ten out 10.

Prices have not been hiked up (yet). Two gents that come in after 5pm to clean are really nice. Most machines are usually working. Generally quite clean in there.

Signage could be better as could the seating , maybe a little sign telling people not to hog several machines.

Bit congested but area is kept clean
