After checking website for service wash, I selected visiting Liver Laundrette, Lark Lane, Aigbirth this morning 29th October 10am. The lady was 15 mins late (was OK about this as she was very old). I pleasantly asked her for a service wash for a single synthetic duvet. She explained she couldn't do it as the arthritis in her hands would prevent her from lifting it out of the machine. I fail to understand why she continue to works there if she is physically unable to do her job. The single quilt would not be heavy after a spin. Certainly it would still be lighter than a full load of washing. I think it must be time for retirement!

Quaint sized launderette just on Prescot Road, tonight was my first visit and definitely won't be my last. Lovely lady who stewards the launderette. She was very happy to step out and help out too. I used the big £4 machine to do my luggage of laundry, very easy to work, just read the instructions, or ask for some assistance. Bring about £6-8 in change for a heavy wash load, depending on what you need. (the tumble dryer is 50p per 5 minutes) (bring your own washing powder to save an extra 50p each time too)

Not too busy most of the time....problems with machines not fully operational though, never ever visited when everything is available....most times 2 or 3 washing machines are out of order, spin driers the same along with tumble driers, and that doesn’t help when people use the TD’s without using the washing machines. But in fairness the premises are clean and tidy with CCTV

After having a bad experience with another company, i contacted liver to supply a Miele machine, the whole process was seemless. Andrew was very helpful advising which model would fit our needs. Shaun did a great job of installation and showing operation of machine. Wish i'd gone with these in the first place, highly recommended!

I've never seen any staff at evenings or weekends, but otherwise it's pretty good. Plenty of machines, but bring change (£3 or £4 for a wash, about £1.50 for drying a single load) and soap powder. A wash gives you enough time to shop at Lidl or L7 or have a pint in The Edinburgh.

Essentially this is what it is and does exactly what it says on the tin, machines are clean and well maintained and the assistant on site is really helpful. Only criticism is that you need exact change for the machines even though in this

So expensive for the way they treat their staff. Some furloughed ppl proved the business wouldn't fall down without them. Standards vary way too much depending on who's in charge. Opening hours never what's written down. Confusing.

Good place. Don't for get to bring you coins. Threr is no machine to exchange money. Sometimes it is a little bit busy. Also, don't for get to read the instructions. Not every machine functions.

On website it says you are open until 10pm, last wash 9pm. I have just been told by your employee to take no notice of website you shut at 9pm?

Cleans and dries clothes. Some of the machines out of order. Not always clean as it should be. And some dodgy people hanging around.

quite old machines and the place not too friendly to reduce. i left the clothes and went for coffee until the laundry was over

Love it The old lady is very nice and helpful and she keeps the machines and everything very clean.

Not much to say really just your basic launderette with the usual services you would expect
