During my initial visit to the GP, I complied with the receptionist's request to fill out the new patient form. Although no one informed me, it became apparent later that the GP couldn't access my medical history from my previous, infrequently visited GP. After enduring a wait of over an hour, I finally had the chance to see the doctor. Upon explaining my medical concern, I was met with the revelation that the doctor couldn't check my reports due to me not being his regular patient. He subtly conveyed that there were other patients waiting and his time was limited, indirectly suggesting that searching for my x-ray or medical history online was not a priority. The frustration lies in the fact that I invested an hour of my time only to be provided with no solution or even an attempt to check my x-ray results. While I understand I'm not a regular patient, my infrequent doctor visits and lack of serious medical conditions should not dismiss the importance of my concerns. This doctor seemed more concerned about seeing more patients than understanding and prioritizing the needs of existing ones. The experience left me physically and mentally affected, and I feel compelled to address this lack of duty of care. In just five minutes with the doctor, it became evident that he failed to grasp the significance of patient care. I intend to take this matter further due to the adverse impact this experience had on me.

I would like to say that I have seen quite a few doctors but Dr. Faried Ibrahim of the Liverpool Family Medical Centre is the best! He is kind, patient, dependable, reliable and very experienced in his field. My family and I have been going to him for the last 23 years and we could not ask for a better doctor. His diagnosis and prognosis have not failed even once. I must also add the staff are truly lovely as well. Very helpful and courteous.

Was calling various doctors, to get an urgent appointment, for prescription I needed and very difficult to find any doctors available. I finally found an appointment with Dr Misra and he was very kind and helpful to give me my urgent prescription. Thank you Dr Atul Misra.

The staff and doctors are very caring and supportive yes sometimes it a bit of a wait to see the doctor but that just shows that people know that they are getting the best if a place is not good it wont be packed cant wait for the renovations to be finished

We had very bad experience. Dr Misra was extremely rude and impatient. He never tried to listen and understand and just keep on talking and misbehaved too much using bad words. We never recommend this clinic.

I can't say enough about Dr Farzana Quader's exceptional qualities. Her enthusiasm is contagious, and her patience put me at ease. A true gem in the medical field!

Doctor Farzana is our family doctor for longtime, she is very kind and caring to patients.
