Worst experience ever, pathetic service even there so called manger Linda deal customers like servant , she dont know how to talk with customers n how to run buissbess. they just want money they dont know the business rules, they are running big furniture outlet n they don't have any policicies in place in terms of exchange, refund or change of mind. If they have different or exceptional policies then at the time of purchase or on their invoice they should mention those. At the time of selling they just want customer money. Please don't buy anything from them....I dnt know how they are doing business here they are fraud. I purchased wall hanging from them at the time of purchase they didn't mention anything, that wall hanging piece was bigger than my wall.Next day I went there and ask them I want to refund they said they don't have any refund policy if u refund the item u will loose your 25% deposit??seriously first time I heard this in Australia . Every store have refund, change of mind n exchange policies n how come they don't have any.. anywz it's my advice don't purchase from them you ll regeret ur purchase n loose your money,there are loads of other stores there n they have policies in place n very good customer services. Atleast they deal their customers respectfully n listen to them...

Beware buyers!!! Note the following points from my recent experience: 1. Extremely pathetic customer service. All the store staff shout over customers. Everyone lacks basic etiquette and common courtesy. 2. If you don't speak Chinese, stay away from these guys.... Almost nobody in the company can speak one sentence in English. 3. Last year, I ordered a dining table set with 8 chairs. They delivered 6 chairs saying 2 remaining chairs would arrive soon. I kept following up with them every week for last 4 months. Every time, one of them on the phone would give me the exact half Chinese-half English templated answer: "your chairs will arrive next week". That too, they would shout over your voice on the phone for no reason. 4. I finally got so frustrated, I went to their store to enquire about my 2 remaining chairs. I had the same experience: the same pathetic customer service, the same rude shouting and the same templated answer... I asked them to refund my balance amount for the 2 chairs. They asked me to send an email.... I finally got the two chairs after spending tens of hours following up on the phone and in person. I shall never do business with these dodgy fellows. They have no place in today's customer-centric business world!!

Bought and paid for sofa, delivery AND installation. Delivery people said they could not install after multiple attempts due to issues with the clips. They told us the company would send their supervisor to fix the problem. Sent messages to the store "manager" Linda who told me it would be 2-3 weeks before someone would be here and I should find someone to fix it myself! After paying for installation, this is ridiculous! Repeated messages and calls remain unanswered. No resolution of the issue in the past 4 weeks. Unacceptable customer service, unacceptable quality control, unacceptable behaviour and business practices.

We bought 3 items here, a tv unit, a coffee table and a lamp table, all very nice units and a good price. We were served by William ( "Alien" ) who was knowledgeable, honest in describing the furniture and never pushy. We were told all items were in stock and he arranged pickup within a couple of days, at a time to suit us. Delivery to our home would have been too expensive. Pickup went well, with assistance from Linda and another off-sider. All The items were boxed and in perfect condition. We're looking forward to buying more items from them soon!

I can’t believe how these people running their business !! I bought a tv table from this shop yesterday They send me a broken one and charge me $75 for assembling I just called them for it First of all they ignored me after about an hour argument about it they said ok but you have to bring it to the shop and we’re going to charge you for assembling with the very rude language no respect bad attitude Highly not recommend to do business with them

Very unreliable and unprofessional, we paid for a bedroom suite however they never delivered the dresser which was a part of the suite. It has now been 5 months and the owner along with the staff keeps palming off. I would not suggest anyone to go to these guys, absolute dishonest and a complete rip off. All they care about is getting the sale and taking the money, no customer service at all just lies after lies.

Worst experience ever. They are so disrespectful. We tried to buy a new chair and the chair some defects and we asked for a new one. Instead of giving us a new chair they insulted us for being petty and disregarded it as a small thing. Worst customer experience ever. The owners even threatened us and started to get physical. Bad quality store and even worse staff. Please don’t ever buy things from here.

Poor customer service, selling poor and scratched quality items, extremely rude to customers and treated us like we were servants. I would’ve given a 0 if there was an option We had ordered 4 chairs and a coffee table from them. They came in as scratched and busted, I asked if we can exchange or refund them but they started to yell and scream at us.

Loved the extensive range of furniture. Great ranges of stone dining suite, luxury style bedroom suite and fabric and leather lounge suite and modern wall unit. Great price, negotiable. They delivered and assembled furniture at my home as well. Very happy with the product and service. Will recommend this store to my friend.

the customer service lady omg she was so rude she doesn't know how to talk .dint have any knowledge about product she was pushing me get out from store so she can sleep .feeling bad for owner of the company i was happy to spend money on the shop but for her i can't ...she is sick need medical help for sure

Good quality products at reasonable price. We have ordered a wall unit, one stone dining suite, and one white gloss bedroom suites. Quick delivery, the products are delivered in one week. The delivery men have delivered and assembled the products for us. Will definitely go back to buy more products again.

My experience was awful because of the very bad and rude customer service. I asked a Chinese working there ( probably the manager ) if i can have a discount on a bed and she snapped at me and told me to leave if i can't afford her items. Really bad behaviour. It was awful.

Bought a marble table from them. They negotiated a good price. Delivery was prompt and well communicated. The guys assembled the table as well. Would definitely shop from them again if I need to.

Got a broken TV unit. Called in and asked about my options - exchange or refund. The Chinese lady then overreacted and started being rude. Unacceptable. Hope I don’t need to call my solicitor.

送来的桌子有两个瑕疵，客服邮件回复很快几乎是秒回。 说是会有修理的人联系我，等了一周没人联系，再问说修理的人covid来不了。又过了两周，以为是店家找借口拖着，差点给差评了，结果真的有个修理工联系我了，一个老师傅，手艺蛮好，来了之后修补瑕疵上漆打蜡很利索。 有些家具样式很好，质量一般，性价比还不错。 送货很准时。
