I had purchased double bed, wardrobe and many more furniture. Right from the day 1, the bed on the right side was making squeaking noise every time you move a certain part and the plywood on the edges was not properly glued. They didn't fix it saying the noise will go with use. Also, the furniture that they have on display in the store and what gets delivered is totally different in terms of quality and finishing. The sales guy 'Akhtar Husain' will talk nicely, assure you good service/quality furniture and agree to most of your requirement at the time of purchase. The biggest cheat that they do is - they will take all your money well in advance-this is still fine but then their real service starts by arguing (not compiling to what was agreed) and demanding more money for transporting of furniture, minor or major damages that may occur to the furniture while transporting or while using it for initial few days for the minor damages. You may get the furniture at a slightly cheaper rater but the quality and after sales service is not appreciable. Don't trust the commitments made at the time of purchase. I would suggest to go for a better service provider rather than such wrong practice and false commitment dealers. I trusted the brand name and didn't check the reviews on the internet where today, I read so many similar issues with the Goregaon west outlet.

The living furniture staff are robbers. The people representing at the showroom take your order, do a shabby work and then when you call them they refuse to answer or even attend to you while you are at their shop. The staff is very rude let alone an apology for the shabby work they do, they don't even offer to remediate or take accountability. Please don't visit the shop if you value your money. Their service is horrible, the staff is rude and while they promise you at the time of order there is no after sales service. All of them at the shop are liers and cheaters including a guy called Mr. Faheem and Mr. Shadaab. They only make big promises but they don't deliver. Disgusting people and they have the audacity to even threaten you telling you to do whatever you can do. All of a sudden the person taking the order no longer works there and they tell you not to call the shop again. They are sitting there to cheat and rob people. ROBBERS!!!!

Horrible Experience. If anyone reads this review, please do not buy any goods from here. Wish could give negative ratings to the store. We had multiple orders placed with this shop. Delivery delayed by almost 2 months from promised delivery date. Only time the owner(Irfan) picks up the call or talks to you is when he wants to ask for money. Otherwise does not bother to pick up your call or update on the delivery. He will not even deliver the furniture until you make full payment . All other shops in the market have policy of 50% advance and 50% on delivery (after you have checked and inspected the delivered goods) but this one is a total bully and does not follow the norm. The quality of the furniture delivered was also not upto standard nor per the specifications given. It was a nightmare to deal with these guys.

The worst shop to buy the furniture. DO NOT ENTER THE SHOP, YOU WILL REGRET IT. I know it is cheap comparatively, but cheap labour don't understand our requirement. Buy something which is proper. I had order - Queen size bed, Dressing table, Sliding wardrobe and Overhead storage. Everything is damaged and unfinished. They did not even deliver mirror of dressing table. They don't cover the furniture with sunmaica and it looks pathetic. Alim (Sales Man) - is the worst person to interact. Shaikh Irfan Mohammed (Owner) will not pick the call and take the payment in his personal account instead of business account. They literally said "Jo ukaad na hai ukaad lo, hum kuch nahi denge aapko". I am attaching pictures of the product, please don't go hear to buy furniture.

WORST SHOP AND CHEATERS... I wish I could have visited this place for review.. there is only negative comments for but obvious reasons.. As mentioned by everyone in the review.. The staff is rude.. they don't mention clearly the terms at the time when u book the furniture.. and then the drama starts.. if you dont like drama stay away from this cheaters.. THEY WANT CASH TO BE PAID BEFORE DELIVERY THAN ONLY THEY WILL LOAD FOR DELIVERY.. who does this... so be very careful.. don't visit this shop or buy from here... Avoid this place. I've had a terrible experience recently. I booked a wardrobe. They took half payment in advance, confirmed that unit will be ready in 15 days On 15th day, they were not sure about the progress of our product. Owner was avoiding phone calls Owner directed towards staff and staff was asking to call owner. I visited the store twice. Owner keeps promising incorrect timelines and on the delivery date, avoids calls. Their person came at my place to take measurements, but then at the time of delivery, unit was not fitting through my door! I was promised the carpenter will come and fix it but no one visited on that day. Finally next day carpenter came in and fixed it. It's all over now after 1.5 months! Try and avoid this store

Really bad after sale service. The quality of work is really bad. In one month itself the ply is coming off the wardrobe and the alignment is changed cos of which cant even open the wardrobe slide properly. Mr Akhtar is not ready to accept it that it can be their fault and not even letting us talk to the owner. Pls don't buy products from here as they are not ready to provide any after sale service. I have already raised a complaint and hoping for some resolution. If I don't get that I will raise a consumer complaint as they need to understand buyers are not stupid and know their rights. Mr Akhtar is telling us complain to whoever we want. Thats the kind of arrogance they have after providing bad product.

Best and the most reasonable solution for shopping of all furnitures and the best interior designs are available at this showroom , the salesmen are very reasonable and they do not lie or bargain, quoting only the lowest possible price from their side. Personally I had bought furniture for my own house from this place long ago, I surveyed the entire area again when I required office furniture and they did deliver the cheapest and reliable designs again. The Craftsmen do handcraft certain pieces of furniture and entire crew works as a family all too well an experience from selection to buying to next day installation! Would suggest others to give it a go too!

My friend was telling me not to buy any stuff from this store and it turned out to be correct. I regret now. The quality of furniture is very low standard and not durable. Some of the furniture arrived was broken and some metal parts were rusted - sales person was least bothered and as he had taken all the money in advance. There are so many good shops around Goregaon. Highly not recommended. For people looking for good quality furniture, should visit Biwandi - you will get good quality and service that too at a much better rate than what you would get at this shop or anywhere else.

Don't trust any of their commitments made at the time of sale. Right from delivery date till the date of finishing and installation of goods everything happens at their own pace and as per their own desire. They take 100% money before delivery as if we will run away selling our property and then you are at their mercy. After delivery of products their workers even argue for higher tips for transporting the items for which we have already paid 100% advance. Pay and then pray that you get lucky enough for things to happen your way.

SCAMSTERS !! SUBSTANDARD QUALITY !! Would have given MINUS FIVE for Living Furniture if I could! Had ordered furniture worth 1.5 Lacs and didn't last even 2 months ! There are cracks on the wood of the coffee table and it takes minimum two people to close the sofa cum bed. ALL THIS IN LESS THAN TWO MONTHS. On top of that, the so called owner 'Guddu' and the salesman 'Riyaz' have one robotic answer, The warranty is on the wood, it's termite free!! They are scamsters. try and keep away for this scam.

We recently moved to Mumbai. Very bad experience with this shop. They promised to deliver the wardrobe on 2nd June 2022. When called on 2nd June changed it to 4 th June. On 4th June he has some other excuse now and we seriously don’t know when the wardrobe is going to be delivered. We specifically told him that we need it to be delivered on time since we have to unpack things. Very bad experience. Avoid this furniture shop. Lacks professionalism.

To have peace of mind, don't buy furniture from them. They will make false promises and take order and then delay delivery. We had to make multiple calls and chase them for delivery. Rude staff, behavior of owner Irfan is Pathetic. They will stop picking calls. Even the quality of furniture was bad. We were told carpenter will come for repair, but we are still following up. Avoidable at any cost.

The guy is a complete fraud .. he takes money in advance and then you wait because he would not pick up phone .. subsequent begging gets you furniture in bad quality , not in design you asked for and nearly 3-4 week delayed . He is shameless enough to say loose initial payment or take what I have to offer. Avoid this shop at any cost .. honestly I regret not reading up comments here earlier !

Terrible experience. Avoid. The buying transaction was easy - they were helpful and assured delivery in 7 days. Promised delivery and balance payment at time of delivery. Then the problems started. Sofa delayed by 15 days. Wont pick up when you call. Asking for advance payment before delivery. Once you pay them, the tone and attitude changes completely and you'll regret buying from here.

After 15 days and after regular followup when we visited them we learnt they had not started with work...i would strictly suggest there are many genuine workshops nearby please do not visit here... We ordered 2 beds, sofa and table from them with pictures and dimensions clearly mentioned and they made incorrect size for beds and till date, refused to alter or rectify it. I had to get another carpenter to alter things. Please avoid them

Terrible experience both in craftsmanship and service. Custom ordered a center table. First of, they delayed the delivery by weeks. Product came defective, they never fixed or replacd it in spite of multiple calls. Now in less than 6 months it’s breaking. Would give no stars if possible.

Cheaters !!!! They gave a different sofa than what i had ordered with all sub standard quality. They mentioned 3 years warranty also and just after 3 months sofa got damaged and they aren't now even responding to my call and complaints....dont buy anything from these guys....

Shabby craftsmanship, not upto mark at all. Have taken a shoe rack sad to say not good. Moreover don't get carried away on the warranty part before that ask them the shop rent agreement. The bill provided is without any establish name, wonder if they pay taxes.

I purchased an L shaped sofa cum bed in Sep. very very disappointed with the craftsmanship- the buttons have come off, the pillows are wider than the sofa and there is a wierd stitch- and while they promised a warranty of 5 years, they are not just responding
