They are not even capable of updating their opening hours. Rushed their to get something for my daughter just to find it closed. Could have gone somewhere else but didn't cause it said they are open and then missed out on one that was actually open cause of this
My family and I have been coming to this pharmacy for over ten years and they have been consistently helpful, kind and always go above and beyond to ensure we understand how to take medication. The pharmacists are so warm and welcoming and I cannot fault them.
I have been waiting one hour here. I have a baby and she is crying and is very bored. This is very bad service, from the time I came to Sainsbury’s there was a line and there still is. There is only one staff and ten people waiting for a very long time.
PLEASE JUST CLOSE DOWN ALREADY AS YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE A SERVICE LET ALONE A GOOD ONE. Went there to pick up my prescription, got told the doctors havent sent it over, told them to check there system again as the docs have sent it,
Extremely poor service from the staff here, they evidently do no care as they were not bothered to look for my prescription once I told them it was on the NHS spine (retrieving the prescription is a very easy and quick task) they have no
I moved to the area in 2015. Lloyds pharmacy in Sainsburys Purley Way is my go to pharmacy as I’m next door. In these nearly 7 years using the pharmacy I’ve been disappointed and let down by the service many times. The pharmacy is very
Booked a Flu Vaccine online, however needed to change the date so was told to ring the Store to do so. I have been trying almost solidly for 4 days straight and the phone just rings and rings and rings. Is there even anyone there?
Bad , bad . Horrible waiting times . They look so disorganised and no one cares . Everybody is in the back and you have to shout for service on the till. I just nominate another pharmacy . Wont come back to this one
visit for urgent prescription collect . Even they get prescription electronically day before put me on wait 32 minute after that said something is not available never wish to visit again …
Terrible customer service, specially when you go to a pharmacy not for fun but because you don’t fell well and the pharmacist has not empathy nor is she professional.
Went into the pharmacy yesterday to sort an ear problem they asked what happend and suggested drops called swim ear and sent me on my way they didn’t even have a look
Fantastic service there this evening. The lady behind was incredibly helpful, and as a fellow pharmacy caregiver I appreciate the care and attention given
I booked a flu vaccine through the gov.co.uk website which stated this branch of Lloyd's pharmacy carried out the NHS flu vaccine.
It's not that I dislike this branch. It's more to do with its location in the store and it's not very well signposted.
Never answer there phone supposed to have a text when meds ready to pick up system. Hit and miss.
it is not open until 11pm as stated. complete wasted journey trying to get essential medication.
Worst customer service you will get from a Pharmacy. Rude and unprofessional staff.
Convenient as it is inside the Sainsbury's, but very poor service.
