This Chemist is beyond a joke, called this morning for a high risk client to be told they are not dealing with repeat prescriptions, told to use on line but client has no internet, told to ring 111, put phone down to then have a very angry little man calling client back, asking for clients details, so I refused as you told me you could not help in first place, then to be told by Angry man that I was rude and not to ever call them again. In the 3 yrs I have had to deal with this chemist has been nothing but a nightmare, even my clients family have had nothing but rudeness from them. As I can see I'm not the only one that has difficulties with this car crash of a chemist. Very unprofessional, not much in customer service to be proud of and a very bad attitude, disrespectful to customers. Am surprised they still have a business if this is how they treat customers.

Wish I could give a 0, picked up my prescription tonight, as I went to take it before bed I thought the tablets looks larger and different, double checked and it was the wrong medication, they gave me medication used for Coronary artery disease and hypertension, instead of my pain medication, as if that’s not bad enough if I hadn't realised and had taken them as I would take my actual medication I would have Ingested a toxic level, combined with my other medication that is for my heart, I could have overdosed or had serious heart implications.

I leave this review has one was on here which I didn't not do someone put this in my name I have now deleted this The pharmacist is very helpful I know most of the staff in this chemist and always very helpful and assist where possible sometimes things are out of stock this is beyond the staffs control have been using this pharmacy for many years both for mine and my mothers medication

Wish I could give 0 stars. Got an appointment for a COVID test to travel. I showed up, they said they don’t do COVID tests. The man in front of me in line had dropped off a prescription and they had lost it, and could barely communicate what could have happened and how to fix it. Someone should shut this place down.

Booked a vaccine online, but no confirmation email. Tried to phone the North Finchley branch who just let the phone ring then hang up each time. Main customer service says there is an issue with the website for booking flu vaccines... Said if there is no confirmation email then assume it has not registered.

Definitely avoid. I am on a daily pick up of medication and they have been really late opening 5 out of the last 7 open days. They lose scripts and have to spend ages trying to find them....Just rubbish. I like to be on time for my job, and there lateness impacts on that and others.

CALLED 25 TIMES ONE AFTER THE OTHER. NO ONE ANSWERED, THIS IS DISGUSTING, I WAS FINALLY ANSWERED AFTER THE 27TH CALL. ID RATHER NOT RATE THEM ANYTHING BUT YOU HAVE TO GIVE A RATING JUST TO SUBMIT THIS. I GIVE ZERO STARS

It has the potential to be a good shop however, it’s extremely badly managed. They never ever answer the phone. Only two members of staff know what they are doing, others are just plain rude and uncaring.

This has to be one of the worst Lloyds Pharmacy. During a time of pandemic. They switched off their telephone. They tell you incorrect information. All employees give different information and advice.

This pharmacy is absolutely useless. Arrogant manager so I am not surprised their staff is the same. Not helpful at all. Obviously Lloyds doesn't care. I changed my pharmacy immediately.

Terrible. They don't pick up their phone, don't answer emails, and can never find your prescription. I don't understand how is it possible to be so bad at providing the services.

Don't ever use this pharmacy, phone doesn't work so you have to arrive physically. Once you arrive, the system doesn't work so they can't provide a prescription as well

Friendly staff that are helpful when choosing your products. As it's a small store it's great they have a side room so your can speak too the chemist privately

20 mins past opening times and the pharmacy is still closed - not a good service when your website says you are open
