I recently worked with Jacob Goldman and his staff at LOHO Realty to sell a Grand Street coop on behalf of a friend's estate. LOHO made the entire process easier and more stress-free than I could have ever imagined. They handled all of the requisite tasks to get the apartment prepared for sale. LOHO even made arrangements for painters, cleaning people and movers using experienced people who were very reasonable in cost. Jacob was always deferential and considerate of my wishes. The LOHO staff always kept me informed with status updates and were extremely responsive to any of my questions or concerns. Jacob and Loho Realty did a fantastic job finding me the apartment I needed as a sublet in no time at all. They really know the neighborhood, and had a great sense of how to match my needs with the available apartment. They know the Co-ops extremely well, and are set up to navigate the complicated leasing process. They walked me through it all step-by-step with patience and expertise. When I encountered a serious health problem that delayed my ability to move into the apartment, they were very helpful and understanding. I strongly recommend Loho and would use them again to buy or rent.

Thumbs up for these guys! In a city dominated by the "Biggies" like Manhattan Apartments or CitiHabitat, it's nice to see a more boutique realtor with a bit more of a human touch. While accompanying my close friend who was apartment shopping recently, I can say the level of service of the agent went above and beyond. Not only did he find a great place, he got a great deal, and the agent even cut his commission in half to seal the deal. Recoommend anybody, especially looking for Manhattan properties - give these guys a first call!

Loho isn't a real location. It's the Lower East Side. You're just trying to rebrand and further gentrify the neighborhood.
