A big shout out to LoPresti pharmacy and staff!! Always friendly , helpful and knowledgable. After years of dealing with this business there have been numerous incidents where they have gone out of the way to accommodate me. I now live out at on Lake Erie which is very isolated, my blood pressure prescription was due to be refilled but was hesitant to come into the city during these difficult times but LoPresti staff offered me delivery. WoW this is a 2 hour round trip. Thanks for providing me with a little peace of mind and permitting me to continue my self isolation in these unusual circumstances.

May I just say that I agree 100 percent with what Imhot's Rate and Review above says. I couldn't have said it any better. They are everything that is written in that Review. One day I was sitting in the chair waiting for a prescription to be filled and the Pharmacist, out of nowhere sits down in the chair beside me and starts asking me different questions about how I feel and explaining things about my medications and he really seemed to care. I suggest people should give this place a try and I bet you will be happy you did.

I would not use any other pharmacy! The staff in this pharmacy treat you like a person, not a file number. They make it feel like an "old time or small town pharmacy" experience ie; they actually know you when you walk in the door and greet you by name. They are professional and talk to you on a level you can understand and always deliver prompt and courteous service. The pharmacists are always available to answer any questions. I just can't give enough praise to this pharmacy and it's staff!!

After switching from Shoppers Drug mart this place has gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome everytime I walk through the door I smile and say YAY....love it....fast reliable and always friendly....and oh my goodness.....today they gave me chocolate very sweet.....I have been travelling from pharmacy to pharmacy and I think I just found the best one.....thank you for being so kind.....

I always have a good experience getting my prescriptions filled at Lopresti for the past few years. The owner is very personable, the staff are knowledgeable and always helpful. I appreciate them having a compounding facility that accommodates one of my meds. I appreciate the most that I get my meds delivered right to my door. Excellent staff and service, they work with you if you don't have insurance and provide a discount, would definitely recommend, far better then the big chain pharmacys. Staff go out of there way to make sure service is quick, never waited more than 5 minutes for my scripts.

My wife brought in prescriptions for our children that needed to be compounded. Even though they were closing within a half hours time, Sam and his staff made sure that our kids were able to have the medication they needed. Absolutely amazing costumer service. Thank you!
