"Picked up a birthday cake for my son I had already ordered with days in advance, they were late and made me wait, put the wrong color of frosting and had to make them change it, then when we cut it open found out the had also put frosting inside instead of vanilla cream as we ordered"
"Most of the times there is no staff available just in case u need assistance like here at the cake section"

Picked up a birthday cake for my son I had already ordered with days in advance, they were late and made me wait, put the wrong color of frosting and had to make them change it, then when we cut it open found out the had also put frosting inside instead of vanilla cream as we ordered. The cake was also a bit dry. Bad experience here.
Most of the times there is no staff available just in case u need assistance like here at the cake section. I had to call on my phone customer service because the girl at the deli section kept on saying to wait and been waiting almost 15 minutes with 2 other guys. Girl came she said she is still on her break which is unfair for her
It's okay. Good location. For the most part it's a fancier and more expensive version of superstore with less selection. Some things are fake fancy like the cupcakes and other baked goods are just mass produced grocery store pastries just nicely displayed. However, the location is convenient and PC brand items are quite good.
Would be good if all the meat didn’t expire in a day and the veggies were disgusting. That and the fact that when you go to the bakery no one is there and when you ask for someone it’s a major inconvenience. Save yourself the trip and head somewhere else. Probably one of the worst grocery stores I’ve been too.
Beautiful store, gorgeous displays. The patisserie counter is incredible, mountains of baklava and sweets to entice you. The sushi is actually amazing, very fresh! Groceries selection is a bit smaller, I noticed some of the dairy items were past their shelf date. Staff are friendly.
Will never never set foot in this location again. Wish we could give 0 stars but that's not an option. Overpriced. Over stocked. Nothing where it should be. But honestly why go here when you can get products cheaper anywhere else. The mark up here is ridiculous
I shop here all the time and it's ridiculous that they won't give you a bathroom key to use the washroom when the store closes at 10pm, and the bathroom "closes at 8pm". Just more and more reasons why I'm getting more reluctant to shop here.
Beautiful new market in downtown Edmonton! A lot of choice and high end. I'll definitely be back to find some of the harder to find items that it looks like they carry, nice to see a lot of ready to eat food item, tried the east Indian food
This grocery store has the best grocery store Deli that ive ever shopped at in my life. The slab of pizza for $12 dollars is incredible! Beside the slabs are sandwiches for 8 dollars and they look and taste phenomenal. They have so many pre
I had a great time coming here . Went to winners with my friend and of course what was supposed to be a quick trip turned into not being able to decide what to get. So many options of beautiful clothes. And shoes I got flats. N I love them
I used to love this store and shop weekly now I only go to grab a quick lunch. Staff are unorganized and don't seem to care. They will not bag anything for you even if you buy bags from them. The parking lot is small and always full. There
literally like 50+ employees on shift and one cashier open. I get it being later in the evening but their self checkout doesn’t accept cash, and there was visibly 8-10 staff standing and talking about their weekend. They had to do a price
Love this store. It is a beautiful store and the decor is pleasing to the senses. It has everything to offer that you could want to eat. Everything is of high quality. Just love coming here to browse and looking at all the variety. Is it
If I could leave zero stars I would. I cannot believe that such a big chain like Lowblaws would only have A SINGLE open cashier on a busy Friday afternoon and are making people use self check out by force. Lowblaws I do not work for you.
Customer service 0/5, the 2 stars is for the taste of the cake, even though it was a bit dry. I came on a break from work to grab a cake for a coworker. As I walked up to the counter to the bakery, I saw no one was there so I asked the
Loblaws City Market is conveniently located in the Brewery District and the Patisserie draws me to stop there especially for the coconut cream cake which suits my taste and expression the best whilst cup cakes do not; Sadly, Check out
This store is located in the Brewery District in Downtown Edmonton. They have free parking space on the ground level and inside the building too which makes it very convenient during our long winter. The Loblaws City market is next to
It's my favorite loblaws store so far. I'm use to the west end superstore which is absolutely ridiculous most weekends. This store has so much better fresh produce, sandwiches, fresh juice bar, hot food. It was amazing.
First time in this store and it was great. HUGE selection of anything you're looking for. Went in for beefsteak tomatoes and came out with dinner for the family from the fresh made meals selections. It was delicious!
The colour scheme hurts my eyes lol, it’s very bright in here and I feel like the people who work here are not that approachable? They don’t ask you if you need any help, they’re very dry when you’re checking out.
Lots of variety but not price friendly, at all. The place is clean well maintained. Hit and miss with the cashiers, some can be painfully slow. I don't use self-check out.
Great Store! Wide Variety in The Deli Especially. I Like Going in First Thing in the Morning, Bakery Putting Out Their Hot, Fresh Bulk Buns in the Baskets, Sooooo Good.
Very interesting grocery store, they have a slicing machine for the bread so it's your size, a sushi bar, a well stocked butcher, deli, and plenty others.
Bring from Europe this type of Little districts were you can walk around inside and outside all different stores is something o really enjoy. I also
Stopped in to buy snacks for the bus ride home. Beautiful grocery store, clean, and plenty of snack choices! Will definitely shop there again!
This has to be one of the cleanest, stress free shopping experience,I have ever, had. There is so much selection of various, cheeses, cuts of
Love this store and the underground parking but I wish the selection was better for the basics. Great if you want special stuff though.
Very clean spacious pleasing downtown grocery store. Lots of parking. Unique items. Great bakery and cheeses.
Fairly large store with a wide variety of products and multiple brands apart from Loblaws house brands.
