When I arrived in arrival hall just in time, driver already left. I phoned to the "service center" where they explained me that the plane would have landed at an ealier time and the waiting time has gone where nobody could reach me and therefore the driver left. When the driver expected me I was still in the landing approach. Monitors clearly showed the landing time and I was defenitely in-time when I arrived at the meeting point. Return of the driver was very unfriedly: No pick-up at arrival hall, had to walk anywhere on the airport. No name tag shown from driver, so I had to do a paper chase with several international phone calls with driver to find him. No support with my luggage. Was charged for additional parking fee although inefficient pick-up was not my fault. During travel interruption of trip because of lack of gasoline. So huge delay because of missing driver first, then further delay because of refuel time. Refuelling should be done between the jobs. Further travel was partly dangerous because of not knowing the building and therefore driving in sudden turns where we were horned serveral times. At the end driver wanted to charge me for full trip although trip has been prepaid by credit card. Again discussions with service center needed. In sum, this airport transfer was the worst I had in the last 10+ years. Even unskilled drivers in third-world coutries provide more professional service. Never ever this company again.

Do not use this company, me an my friends agreed a price to take us to the airport way in advance of our journey, however on the way there, the motorway was standstill. Worried about missing our flight, I suggested using A roads (on the Waze app), where there was no traffic. The distance outstanding was exactly the same (24 miles), the driver muttered something about charging us more money, however I assumed he meant if there were tolls we would have to pay (he couldn't speak English, therefore it was quite difficult to make out what he was saying). It became apparent the driver clearly wasn't used to A roads as the journey was extremely dangerous, with him braking sharply so often that we nearly had an accident several times. When we finally got to the airport (we were lucky to make our flight due to the traffic), the driver wanted additional money from us and said it was because we made him use the alternative route! Yes the one with no traffic, he should have been thanking us for getting him out of what was standstill traffic. When we refused to pay the additional money, he attempted to keep our luggage and tried to close the boot on my hand!!! This really was the worst cab journey we have ever experienced, in the end we had to pay the driver just to avoid missing our flight. Will never use Local cars again or recommend it, try Wanstead cabs much nicer and actually speak to you when they pick you up!

If I could leave zero stars I would! I booked my taxi a week in advance and called the day before to check everything with my booking was ok. I was quoted £20 for my journey at 4am, five minutes before I am picked up I receive a phone call informing me it is actually gojng to be £30. I have a train abroad to catch so I have no alternative but to accept this which I am sure they knew.I called and emailed later that day to complain and was told the manager would be in touch. He was not. I had to call again on Monday. A quote is in effect a contract , but I was offered no refund or compensation to begin with. I had to ask. And all I was offered was a voucher for the difference between my initial quote and why I actually had to pay, which formpbcious reasons I don’t want .I also found out that the taxi company that picked me up was not this one which I had booked with, they had no cars available and had booked with another taxi company to cover my journey. So not only their customer service is terrible and they do not take responsibility for overcharging wheb it is their fault , but they can not even organise and plan their cars and drivers properly . Do not book with them!

I called them, they said they’d rectify their error, then sent someone out 20minutes later. it was pre dawn so I assumed he could make up the time. The driver then insisted on payment upfront and then took ages to get going. Eventually he left, google maps said I should have been there by 06.05, at 06.20 I was still 15/20 mins from the airport. I saw the driver had gone the wrong way. I explained to the driver my gate closes in 10minutes. He told me we had done the journey now so would not giving me any compensation. I asked what compensation would he have given me if I didn’t take the journey. He said nothing. Cz it was my choice again to cancel. So my situation because of them was lose lose. I missed my flight. I had to pay £75 for an unorganised, rude and insulting service. They should never pre book an airport run. They clearly cannot manage.

Disgusting attitude from this cab Service. When dropping me to the airport, we were stuck in heavy traffic cab driver decided that he wanted to charge me extra for taking alternative route even though mileage was the same !!!! used my data and knowledge to get us all out of a bad situation ! Man was really rude and unprofessional.When calling the company to complain they just told me to pay him as he would call the police. I would not have paid him, if I wasn't late for my flight and would have waited as I believe he was clearly in the wrong.This actually runined the start of my holiday.Will never use this company again. They should get people to cab drivers, who actually say good morning,who know where they are actually going and have some sort of customer service. This company had none what so ever !!

My car was booked for 4:45am. I had to call the driver to ask where he was. To which he replied the job is not active - but he’ll come. He didn’t arrive to my house until 5am. He hadn’t put Gatwick airport in his satnav. He sat there typing while I insisted we might need to rush now. As I’m trying to catch a flight. He took 2 wrong turns which added 15mins on to the already late pick up. I’m in the back of the cab now trying to communicate with him and he’s ignoring me or just replying no. I’m now due to arrive as the gate closes when I should’ve had time to spare. Amin did apologise but if I miss my flight - I’m the one losing out twice - don’t waste time and money.

Very disappointing experience and I will not be using this service again, as I cannot trust them. They called 5 minutes before arrival time to say their car has broken down and are trying to find another car to replace it. I booked their service because I had to get the Eurostar and my journey started 20 minutes later after it was supposed to, thus putting me at risk for missing my train. The car that came was a Bolt driver and a journey at that time of day was showing up around £20, but I paid £60 for the booking. This also wasn’t the first time that they had a car break down right before my journey time and their drivers are consistently late.

Today was the third 3rd time I have used Network cars for my trip to Moorfields eye clinic with my dad, and so far they have never failed to disappointment.Early pickup to the hospital, initially as one way. tried my luck to see if we could get a cab back as hospital said hour and a half wait, called Andy and said there was one nearby to reach us in 20 minutes and he did, we got back safely and in time for me to resume office work. Unbelievable, many thanks again Andy and your driver's. Keep up the good work

I booked a taxi with this company to take me to the Stratford bus station at 4am as I was getting a flight from stansted. I prefer to use local companies rather than Uber but, in pouring rain and storms my taxi never showed up. I called and texted but no answer despite being advertised as 24 hr. Totally useless. I managed to get an Uber last minute but it added so much stress to an already busy journey. So slack.

Beware - drivers try to scam passengers. Booked an airport pick up for 6am after receiving a quote of £55 including parking fee. Driver came at 5am (plane arrived at 4:55am) and I was told to pay extra for parking fee because he waited so long. I asked why he came at 5am when I booked for 6am. He couldn't respond. Office shows poor customer service. Better companies around. Avoid at all costs.

Booked a 6am taxi for an early flight from Gatwick. Called the day before to confirm and all was said to be fine. Car didn't turn up. At all. Tried like mad to call the office (landline and mobile numbers) but nobody answered. Thank god for Uber as managed to get one eventually. If you're happy booking through a mini cab firm with this level of (un)reliability that's your choice

TAXI BOOKED IN ADVANCE - DID NOT SHOW. CALLED THEM - THEY DECLARED BOOKING WAS INDEED "BOOKED BUT NOT LIVE" WHATEVER THAT MEANS. FLIGHT MISSED. AVOID. SCAM COMPANY THAT HAD TAKEN PAYMENT IN ADVANCE! Never ordering from this company again, don’t recommend at all.Rude drivers. One driver asked for money upfront after I’ve been using this cab service for 2 years, even showed him the money in my wallet. If you’re gonna order a cab, just use “Uber” “bolt” or “FREENOW” they are way more efficient and loyal.

They dropped me at Gatwick couple weeks ago. Really good service I must say. Uber was showing £90 + but these guys did it for half the price. They text me exactly when they left and when there outside. I was very impressed with there service. Thanks again guys it wont be the last time we use this.

I booked an early morning cab which didn’t turn up. No one was contactable (someone did answer but clearly didn’t want the hassle so said I had the wrong number!) so I ended up getting an Uber which was reliable and cheaper. They also failed to refund my payment. Do not use!

Very poor service. Told them I wanted a minicab, driver reached destination, then as I stepped out door couldn't find them. Called the operator, they said driver had to go home. Next driver would take another 30 mins, so rang another service instead. Do not recommend.

Didn’t turn up ! Booked it the evening before as had an early flight to Stansted. No One arrived. We called twice them again but no answer. In the end we managed to get an Uber but almost missed the plane. BAD and IRRESPONSIBLE service. !

Scam! Waiting for over two years for my refund. I tried to use credit with them, ordered taxi for the airport in the early morning hours and been told it’s definitely coming. Taxi never showed up and I almost missed my flight. AVOID!
