Erin and her team are amazing at combining the many diverse cultures together and shaing their talents to the residents and visitors of our beautiful City! Erin, Miss. Elani, & Isaiah designed the blueprint and it's the heartbeat and talents of our local artists that keeps it running beautifully!! So as you're cruising through downtown San Jose, stop by 27 South First St. and be mesmerize with all the beautiful art and many other gifts manifested here at Local Color!!!!

Such a unique setting, this. It rapidly became one of my favorite places in the city to merely drop by because there was always something going on at local color, even if I was subscribed to their mailing list and was aware of their events in advance. Here is where you can show your local artists some love. Even if you never thought of yourself as someone who appreciates art, there is a little something for everyone. Make a point of visiting this blessed location. You won't be sorry.

Definitely worth checking! Found this place by chance while walking on the city with a friend. We were actually lost looking for a nearby bar where our friends were and ended up finding Local Color. The colors of the art inside and the people playing games got our attention. We entered and stayed there for 15-30min because it was almost closing, amazing place for those who enjoy street art, colors, graffiti and art in general. Would love to visit again with more time.

This is such a special place. It quickly became one of my favorite spots in the city to casually check out; even though I'm on their mailing list and know of their events beforehand, something is always going on at local color. This is where you support your local artists. There is a little something for everyone, even if you never considered yourself to be someone who enjoys art. Do yourself a favor and stop by this blessed place. You won't regret it.

We’re so lucky to have a place and org for artists and creators to be and share….and Local Color is wonderful at what they’re doing and bringing to the community….and when I say We’re lucky, I’m talking about everyone who lives in the South Bay and has access to what local Color is doing. Today we met artists, had hand painted signs made, got to create custom shirts, and of course supported the arts.

Exelente espacio artistico, puedes entablar una relacion personal con los pintores ya que hay 28 espacios esxlusivos para artistas del pincel; asimismo se organizan eventos culturales donde la diversidad reina y la camaraderia es la base. Definitivamente un lugar para visitar en el centro de Sanjo. Dejense caer, les va a gustar.

Local artist open studio built in the old Ross in dtsj. Cool spot still seem to be figuring out what to do with the large space but you can play ping pong, chill on couches or draw on the wall. Plus some cool art to walk around and they talk about maybe. Showing movies sometimes.

It's a great place to hang out! How often do you get to paint the flames on Thoros's flaming sword to chill? You could play a few board games or street fighter, read a few books or just watch the artists at work.

Such a great environment!!! So much love put into this place. Cool artist exhibits, communal paint wall, interactive installations, and regular events such as yoga/art workshops/open mics

such a nice local art museum to stop by and check out. really nice interactive wall where you can write and draw… last time i went here was 2018 2019, wish they will be open again

Local Color is my absolute favorite place in San Jose! So many creative minds come together in this building and you always know you are going to enjoy your experience there.

vry gud fun palace that i liked when i went. i think that i went at an off time so not much was happeninging, but i’d like to try to go again for more fun.

Love Color provides studio space for artists to work and collaborate on a variety of projects. It also hosts live music, workshops and private events.
