Easily the worst escape room I've ever been to, both for the puzzles and overall experience. First, the incredibly rude staff member at the front desk. A friend and I popped out of the building to find a toilet and when we came back the rest of our group had been ushered off to the room under the promise that he'd bring us to them. He refused to do that, saying it shouldn't matter and he didn't know which room, instead putting us in a different one with people we didn't know! He was pushy and unpleasant, and treated us like the dirt on his shoe. To top it off there was also a customer toilet that he failed to mention when we said why we were leaving. We did complain about the staff member on exit so I hope he has been spoken to. Then we come to the puzzles. If you like trying a lot of 4-digit codes in a lot of 4-digit padlocks then this is the escape room for you. It was too linear with little opportunity for people to work in parallel and the narrative wasn't engaging either. It would probably be ok as an introduction to escape rooms or for children but it didn't hold our attention. The clues on the screen were also a good 5-10 minutes after we'd already done them which was weird. Overall a pretty miserable experience. I wish I had walked out at the start and saved myself £20.

First time escape room experience which was thoroughly enjoyable. Our party was split into two groups and we competed in identical rooms at the same time which was great fun (especially given that we solved the room 5 minutes sooner than the other group...). At the end you can pose for picture with props which appear on the venue's Facebook page. The gimmick of scientists perhaps didn't fully carry through, but that's a minor concern. There was one clue that just didn't seem to work for either group at all, but they were quick to assist when we called out for help. A torch didn't work at one point but again they were very quick at resolving the issue

Brilliant Escape Room Experience! The warm welcome, excellent explanations and exciting vibe of Amy set our hen do activity off perfectly. Lileth's opening set the story well and continued the excitement. We split into 2 rooms of 5 for Infinity, great to race head to head and be able to hear when they were cheering as this spurred us on! Challenging room with good puzzles and a mix of solving needed. We were very thankful for the helpful clues (in answer to our dramatic pleading!), and to get out the room just in time. Definitely recommend this escap room. Shout out to both Amy and Lileth for making it a fab activity!

Great place to come for an escape room. Staff were great and friendly . Lift wasn’t working so 2 flight of stairs to get there. The escape room aren’t that big so no more than 4 in a room. We failed our room and spent an 1 hour in there. The clues were very cryptic. It was fun and all I can say is look for the obvious. Some people came all dressed up in costumes. It’s a fun hour but felt it was quite expensive. When we finished they took us to a room and showed us what we had missed. I wasn’t allowed to take photos. Yes I would go again on a special occasion in one of the other escape themes .

First time doing this sort of thing, was a little bit sceptical as to whether I'd enjoy it or not beforehand, we got there (party of 2) went through the induction, started in the room and from there on it was full on adrenaline against the clock, really enjoyable experience, puzzles are not overly difficult to solve but one small detail can be the difference between a section taking a few minutes and 10 minutes, we went as a date but would also be brilliant as family, team building etc. Would definitely recommend to absolutely everybody, had a great night! Good, enjoyable experience on a whole. The set up is a little different from what I'm used to (all rooms start at the same time and briefed together) but makes sense, especially as this place seems quite busy. Energetic staff who were really into their respective roles and were clear and concise with how things work and emergency protocols. Puzzles were as expected, some were a little too obscure, clues were given a little too freely as well (sometimes we're just looking at the time on the screen). The size and setup would make it Ideal for a works evening.

Had our work team away day this week and everyone loved the experience; good value for money and worth checking if your company gets any type of discount before hand. Amy and Katie were really welcoming and so patient with us rowdy lot. Good theatrics to get you excited and although some of us were a bit nervous on the level of brain power required everyone contributed and had a fun time. Highly recommend it! We'll be back trying a different theme next time. Amy, Katie thank you so much you guys were awesome.

The intro bit and actors were really impressive in this escape room, but I was a little disappointed with the room itself. I've only been to 2 other (much smaller) escape rooms, but they felt like they were much more imaginative with the layout of the room and the puzzles than this one. Oh also one of the puzzles didnt work so a guy had to come in and tell us what the next clue was, which made it a little less immersive. It was still a fun experience but I was expecting it to be more dynamic.

Did a group booking for 24 people and raced against each other (in separate groups of 6) to escape the "infinity" room- hardest room! Really easy to do a group book. It was definitely tricky but all teams managed to escape- had excellent puzzles and staff were lovely. Fairly reasonable price- check for discounts (early bird, student discounts etc). Everyone enjoyed their time being locked in a room. The storyline was average but the puzzles were good. Also perfect location.

Came here recently not really knowing much about escape rooms having never done one. But I can honestly say it was brilliant, my 2 friends and I had alot of fun with this and managed to finish their jungle theme escape room with just 3 minutes 28 seconds left. Staff are super friendly and really enthusiastic which made the experience even better! Would definitely recommend going. Will be returning to take part in one of the other available escape rooms!

i wont give any clues or hints to solve any of the puzzles. This place is an amazing night out the atmosphere they create is fantastic the room we were in was extremely hard the clues and hints they give you to solve the problem is are great, it will get you and your team thinking and working together. We managed to complete the room with 3 mins to spare, The price is well worth the time you spend and the amount of fun you will have.

Look. Absolutely amazing experience, one of the most amazing staff I've ever met and the rooms are alot of fun. I can proudly say that this was one of the most Unforgettable experiences ever! One of the best escape room experiences that I’ve been on! We went as a group of six and tried the most difficult room, which was challenging but not impossible between all of us. The staff were friendly, the hints didn’t give the game away, and the experience felt properly immersive. Really impressed with the quality of the location and the game. Looking forward to going back again in the future for a new challenge!

Fun way to spend an hour (or 42 minutes for us!) puzzle solving. Target market is stag and hen does, and gets everyone talking and involved, albeit it in split up groups. Some well thought out puzzles, and fun steam punk setting, though I wasn't completely convinced by the 'role play backstory' but it adds a framework. Not too bad value if paying individually, but it isn't something that you could do regularly.

Great family fun, would recommend for anyone wanting something a bit different for a younger teenager birthday activity (which is what we were there for). Won't give anything away, but the puzzles are challenging enough to make it interesting and the activity is managed in such a way that if you (or your kids) need a gentle nudge in the right direction it is unobtrusively provided. Good stuff.

Great experience with friends! The team was amazing and everything was really well explained, the actor was on top of it all the time and made it easy to get "inside" the game. We did Parallax and it was really enjoyable. I do prefer scape rooms with less actual locks and more imaginative ways to lock things, however, the riddles and rooms were really nice. I would totally recommend to try it!

This was one of our activities during my bday weekend and was so glad I chose this. Me and my 4 friends decided to do Parallax and each minute was so much fun, really well thought out, great that they gave helpful advice through the game (we needed it!) and they are doing their social distancing really well! Would totally come back and do another room! and so chuffed that we actually got out!

I had a great time with friends here - we did the Wallace and Gromit room. Lots of intricate puzzles, locks and codes. They said it was their lower end of difficulty but we found it a good challenge and had time at the end to spare. Jess our host was very friendly and welcomed us into the W&G designed private waiting room. It was all so well designed. We’re really keen to try another one! :)

Really well thought out escape room. Puzzles were smart and diverse. Like all escape rooms I have done, it was heavy on combination locks to progress, however it had some other really cool alternative unlocking mechanisms too. We needed to draw on the experiences and expertise of the whole team to solve the puzzles quickly, i.e. it was a great team game. 4-6 players would be perfect.

Thoroughly enjoyed myself, even though the rest of my team were a liability... The rooms have a depth of challenge and will require you to work as a team to unlock the door and escape the room. They have a variety of rooms to challenge your inquisition and problem-solving skills. Great staff, great environment, 100% recommend. Can you scooby-doo your way out? Shout-out to Lilith!

I have done a couple "escape from a room" places and this has been the best, the decor and lay out is professional, the staff friendly and supportive. The clues and riddles were challenging but not impossible. The Location is ideal, so easy to meet up and park nearby. As well as have a meal/drinks with the many bars and restaurants nearby. I cannot find a fault with this place.

This is honestly the best place to have a great time with friends! My friends and I went after being bored whilst on holiday in Bristol and the staff there were so understanding and relaxed with us! We then returned a few days later and they just as amazing! The rooms themselves were puzzling (as expected) and a great challenge! I couldn't recommend this place more!

Such a wonderful experience, my group of 4 (3 15y olds and a 16y old) got out with 8mins to go from Infinity with the help of a couple of hints. I would recommend this to anyone who hasn't tried an escape room before as it was our first ever and was pretty great. Logical but tricky puzzles that made us think and fun dynamics to the room which we all loved.

It was an interesting experience haven’t not done anything similar before - but they were way to over the top on the theatrics for me. Less pantomime and more puzzle please Was also hoping for wider variety but the bulk of it is working out lock combinations. The crystal maze it is not. Not a bad night out though with friends / work. …

Had a great time here, the puzzles were challenging and we were given just enough help to get us through. We were slightly let down as one of the clues was in the wrong place, but we were given the right clue and an extension. It would be better to have had more puzzles that weren't just finding codes for combination locks.

Just completed the jungle room.. Having done a few rooms now this certainly didn't disapoint. Clever clues and hiding places puzzles tough enough to make you think but not impossible. Will either make the trip back up to try next room or go to the local Exeter room to try more...If you like escape rooms def recommended

Great place to go with family and friends for an unusual experience. Using all sorts of clues you follow a trail to unlock drawers and boxes to eventually unlock the door and escape. It's really challenging and not surprising that only about half the people manage to do so in the allotted hour. Great fun!

The people were very good! The actors were excellent! Engaged with everyone and made me feel immersed in the setting. The actual room was ok, the props and everything were very good, but the clues could have been easier to decipher. Overall a good experience and would definitely try their other games out.

Definitely worth doing. Did it as part of a work do but my team and I were 5min short in time while the other teams finished it. The downstairs rooms last for one hour and are fairly complicated. Apparently there are more room upstairs but haven't done those yet. Bucket list must-do.

Fantastic experience!! The price may turn some away for an hours worth of experience, but its so worth it!! Amazing fun for friends even when the stress level rises with the countdown going into the red. The staff are amazingly friendly and funny and an overall fantastic experience.

Went here with some colleagues and had a great time. There were 23 of us so we were split into 4 teams and all got to do the same puzzle in different rooms, so it was a race against the clock and each other! Can't provide any spoilers so all I can say is we had a great time.

We had a lot of fun here. Staff are very energetic and helpful, the clues are difficult enough to be a challenge without being impossible, if you get stuck on one clue too long they will provide you with a hint on what to do. Great way to spend a Saturday afternoon!

Loved this, it's a fantastic escape room, we did the Parallex room (might be spelt wrong!) And thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff were lovely and welcoming and the briefing was fun to listen to and be involved in. Very much recommended and I've done a lot of escape rooms.

Pleasantly surprised at how good it was and how much my 14 year old daughter and her friends enjoyed it. Nicely presented and well thought out, it was a bit expensive when paying for 10 people as a birthday party but we did all enjoy it so cannot complain at all.

Brilliant time, well worth the money, the props and rooms are done out so well! The staff were all amazing too! Would definitely go again and try a new room. The Wallace and Gromit "grand way out" was amazing! (We went to brew dog after for a celebratory drink)

It was fun, did this with the family, we enjoyed it and was a good team building activity, the puzzles are interesting, not flat out boring brain teasers! Lost a star because we had a room malfunction that meant we had 25% of our 'way out' already available

My first ever escape room. Staff was friendly and put up a nice performance for the story. The puzzles were pretty clever and the hints were also pretty thought out. They have a few different rooms that gives you a new challenge if you return another time.

Great experience, lots of fun and i would do something similar again. But i needed more light to see locks in the room as my eyes are getting old and our hosts were great after the event, friendly and happy, but the complete opposite before. Unwelcoming.

About 20 of us from our company went. We were is 5 separate, but identical rooms. Very ingenious series of puzzles/tasks to solve and open the door. If you get completely stuck, there are hints on a screen and sometimes a member of staff will pop in.

Great escape room, the staff were attentive and clearly payed attention to the cameras to help us escape with 1 second remaining. The female host and man on reception were both super friendly and the room was a good idea and made logical sense.

Great venue! Such good fun, love the ideas in this challenge! Second time I've been here and it's great! Very reasonably priced and I personally find it really exciting :) Got tickets as a Christmas present and loved every minute. Thank you!

Me and my housemates did 'Infinity' it was a challenge, but very rewarding to complete it! A great evening with a great story attached to it! The staff were extremely helpful and informative. What a way to spend a Wednesday evening.

SO much fun! We've done a few escape rooms but this set-up was by far the best. Great, enthusiastic staff and a challenging room that got us all frantically working together. We will be returning soon to try another of their rooms.

Went as a group of 11 for a stag do and it was amazing! We split into 2 groups and went head to head in identical rooms and raced to get out first. Definitely the most challenging escape room I've done and everyone enjoyed it!

Had an incredible time here for my 30th Birthday. We did the medium level and it was so interesting! I'm not going to say anything else because it'll give it away but everyone needs to try this! Staff were lovely too.

We had a great time and escaped with a minute to spare! The team provided helpful clues when we got stuck and the room itself (the medium difficulty one) was challenging but fun. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Great place. The staff were excellent. The puzzles were engaging and hard enough to feel satisfied when completed but not too hard to be frustrating.
