I had a very smooth experience with William. I was locked out of my apartment after hours and called them at 6pm. The price was transparent and fixed at a reasonable rate (much more so than some other locksmiths I've had before), with clear communication over text on the expected arrival time and he was very friendly and efficient. He arrived in about 35-40minutes and got the door open in a few seconds. From time of arrival to him leaving the job was done within 5 minutes. I hope I don't lock myself out again, but if I do I know who to call! Thanks again!

I had a broken key that couldn't be fixed by other locksmiths. William at Locksmiths on Brunswick made a new key for me by using computer cutting and it took less than 10 minutes. But what impressed me most is his prompt responses to my messages and enquiries. He told me the solution and cost of fixing before I even went to the shop. He also made sure I went to the shop when he was there (I had gone in before with the shop closed as he was out on call). Excellent service and I would not hesitate to recommend his service.

Great locksmiths I have been to. After a long research, I find the to be the best place to copy my car keys. They did a great job at a reasonable price and very quick. After that, I introduced them to my friend, and both were happy with their services. It a bit tricky to find their shop. you can go to woolworth parking and use the door next to the blood center. Their shop is right across the hallway from that door.

Amazing emergency locksmiths. I called at 9pm and they arrived within 30 mins. Pricing was transparent and at a fixed rate so I knew exactly what I would be paying. Another company told me that my lock would need to be completely dismantled, but these guys got me back into my apartment in under a minute! Disgusting service! Keys and fob did not work. I went back and explained that I would not be home for the week and did not feel comfortable allowing him to enter my premises and would rather a refund, he refused to do anything for me. Instead, yelled at me over the phone and refused to let me speak.

Great service. Went to several different places to get a key cut for a very sticky lock and none of them worked. Went to William and Xandar and they offered to come over to my house and finesse the new key until it worked. They only charged me $8 for the key. Very friendly and helpful

William responded quickly to my email enquiry, offered to come to my home to cut a duplicate of my car key and gave me a heads up thirty minutes before arriving. Actual key cutting took less than 30 mins. All in all I was very pleased with the service received.
