The website is easy to use, with the diversion (key collection in my case), already planned in. My long-haul flight was delayed but the driver tracked my flight and arrived exactly as instructed, 1 hour after my landing (so I am not stressed about passing passport control) and already waiting for me by the arrival gate when I come out. I have 5 pieces of luggage with me. Imad, the driver waited for me at the stopover (key collection) and even helped me carry the luggage by the door (up 2 floors). I really cannot be happier with the team. Sincerely appreciated the service. It would otherwise be a very stressful relocation experience if not for this amazing service. Thank you!

The service has always been good with Airport Transfers, but I was recently forced to cancel a trip and when I called to cancel my booking,. I gave plenty of notice but was told there would be a cancellation charge which was not made clear at the time of booking and is not listed on the queries page regarding cancellations (FAQs) - this is very cheeky as you have to pay in full at the time of booking and it is not made clear anywhere that there is a hidden charge should your plans later change. I called to query and was just told that I should have clicked through to a very obscure and hard to find part of the website that lists T&CS. Very disappointed and won't be using again.

Could not recommend this transfer service more! Have been using their services for the past three years and their drivers have been consistently outstanding- helping with my (often overladen) luggages, waiting at the gate upon arrival etc, all while being super friendly and approachable. Once when I was running particularly late, the driver went beyond and constantly reassured me that I would get back on time as he navigated london traffic skillfully to ensure this was the case!

Excellent service, the driver was there waiting with our name clearly displayed at the exit from baggage claim and that was when we were 10 minutes early. Courteous service, clean vehicle and he knew the local roads to avoid getting caught up in local traffic. On the return, again the driver was early and called my mobile to let us know he had arrived. We will definitely be using the service on our next trip to London on 20th May

Booking was straight forward from the website with minimal data entering and prepaid by credit card. Cash option is available. Price was very reasonable. The driver arrived on time for the pick up to Heathrow and they give you heads up by text and email when the car is enroute and arrival. The bounce was they send a merc e class which was clean and the driver was polite and friendly. Definitely recommended

waste of time: the driver never came. I confirmed the bookinf the day before. I called 30 minutes after arrival and they said the driver was to arrive in the next 30 minutes. My parents are 80 years old and they have been waiting for one hour in the terminal. When I called on hour and fifteen minutes after arrival, the driver was still on his way. We ended up taking a taxi. I do not recommand this company

Great service, very pleasant! Driver was really nice and helpful, gave me advice on what to visit since this was my first time in London. Had a bit of an inconvenience bc my flight was delayed, but everything was taken care of briefly and professionally with the help of the lovely operator, I think Anja is her name. I was worried because I was booking the transfer for a passenger arriving in UK for the first time ever. It is helpful because the driver had a paper with passengers name and greeted the passenger. There were delays with the flights but the company amended pick up time accordingly and drove the passenger to the destination without any issues.

This is my second time using Airport Transfer (from Heathrow). Both times the driver came early, helped with my luggage and was super nice. I was an hour late the first time I used this company but the driver was happy to wait. The car was in excellent condition and it was a comfortable ride back home. Excellent service!

Better late than ever review. I used their services last May 2016 and it was fantastic. I booked the driver to come and pick me up around 2:30am for which he did. Also on the way to London Standstead airport he picked my friend up. The driver was friendly and I will use there services again in the future.

Wonderful service from London Heathrow Airport to our hotel. It was very easy to find our driver and he was extremely helpful with luggage, etc. Very clean and comfortable vehicle, much appreciated after a long day of traveling. So worth it to not deal with the hassle of luggage on the transit.

Booked online at 10:45 am for a transfer at 11:15 am, and I called like they asked to confirm since it was a bit last minute. I called 5 times in a row, no one picked up the phone, only the last time but no one ever answered me. So I gave up and went to another company.

Always reliable, easy to book on line but also easy to contact when you need to change a pick up time. They are xcellent at notifying you in advance about the vehicle coming to pick you up. We have used them 4 times now and will continue to do so. Excellent service.

They charged me £20 immediately after picking us up because our plane was 30 minutes late. I've never had to pay extra for a small amount of time after arrival. The car was nice and driver was helpful but we will not use this company again.
