I fell in love with the Jasper sofa in green as soon as I saw it on their IG page. I placed my order and the delivery turn around was really quick. On the morning of delivery they contacted me and gave me their ETA. They kept me updated and I was really pleased. My sofa was assembled within minutes and the lads were really pleasant. I’ve had my sofa almost 3 months and I love it. However within a month I noticed that the seating cushions started to sink in the middle. I’m not a heavy person and it’s only myself and my toddler. I’ve had a few sofas over the years always from DFS and never experienced this especially so soon. So I’ve had to put cardboard between the base and the seated cushion’s. I did contact LFO and was told I can purchase new cushion inners at £45 each. Disappointed that I will need to do this as some point of the issue persists. Really want to purchase the 3 seater but having second thoughts now.

We went to the shop and ordered our sofa it came really quickly! We agreed on a date but this changed which was fine because it actually worked out better for us. However we agreed on a time but they decided to show up earlier than expected. We had literally just picked up the keys to our flat and made us rush in. Because they were rushing they damaged part of the sofa and marked a lot of the freshly painted walls. The replacement came quick and there was lots of communication which was Amazing. But now I am left with a massive sofa cushion in my hall way because one of the guys was rushing again. Our sofa is amazing quality and so comfortable. 5 stars for the sofa Just a bit disappointed with the delivery team.

Thank you for the fantastic wardrobe and service. I was unsure about ordering at first without seeing but im so glad i did. We will be ordering a 150 or 180cm wardrobe for the other bedroom i will be in touch very soon to purchase. Thanks guys. My experience for ordering the wardrobe was i messaged on instagram the wardrobe i wanted. I was emailed an invoice and paid the deposit for the delivery i think on a friday. Was told to contact on monday to find out delivery day. I did so and delivery was booked for that friday. The guys who were very polite came out and put the wardrobe up and i paid the rest. They also took about 45 minutes to do it also. So quick! Really good quality wardrobe also.

Love my new sofas! Super comfortable and looks amazing! Perfect colour, material, size! Delivery staff were friendly, helpful and delivered the time/date without any issues! I brought them form Instagram and was a little dubious but without a doubt I will use this company again..the sofas are being sold by other companies at such a higher price and they are exactly the same...I know as i have visited the other stores! I can't recommend enough..throughout the whole process, the guys messaging me via Instagram were informative with dates about delivery, availability enquiries, questions regarding the products etc! I have been following the company for just over a year and was really shocked at how great the cupboards looked at such affordable pricing. I was thinking there will be a catch or something, but I'm happy to say what brilliant service I received. Fantastic company from ordering to delivery and even after delivery responsive and helpful. Informed on order the lead time of 6weeks to delivery and true to their word 6weeks later I had my 2 Jasper sofas, 4 seat and 2 seat in charcoal grey In my living room. Delivery guys were professional and friendly and no complaints about lifting the sofas to my 1st floor flat. Absolutely OBSESSED. My wardrobes, sofa and egg chair are perfect and the quality for the price I paid is just insane, I actually took a drive to the show room just to make sure I was getting what I wanted and the chap in there was so helpful and didn’t mind me changing my mind hundreds of times. The guys who fitted and delivered the wardrobes were such lovely chaps, proper grafters. The same for the guys who delivered and brought the sofas in for me too. Just had my two sofas and wardrobe delivered from London Furniture Outlet. They have been 5 star from start to finish. I ordered through Instagram and was very nervous about it as it was a fair bit of money and I didn’t want it to be a scam. However I spoke to Billy who was fantastic and very professional who then gave me my delivery date. The delivery guys where also fantastic and assembled the wardrobe in no time at all. I have just received my delivery. The courier came at 7am as promised and was so nice. He helped me take 2 settee to my cabin as we are not ready for them in the lounge. We are still mid reno. The fabric is beautiful and look just like they did on line. So happy and such good value, which afforded me the opportunity to go for a colour I would never normally choose! Communication was good and my questions were answers quickly. I would definitely use this company again.

Amazing store with great team whose customer service is amazing. Their response to questions and concerns via instagram is immediate, very helpful and accommodating. Delivery of goods was on time and they only sell the best products (furniture). You even have the added option and opportunity to go to their showroom and see items before committing to buying and you might even snag a bargain whilst at the showroom. Extremely disappointed with the service. I was advised that the item would come within 10 days and it took nearly 3 weeks. At this point as an offer of goodwill due to the delay I was offered free LED lights. On the day of delivery the fitter conveniently forgot the LED lights and promised to bring them the following week. Four months later and numerous phone calls and still no LED lights. Totally dishonest.

This is my second order from London Furniture Outlet. Wardrobe fitted by Martin originally was quick and efficient. Just had an Ottoman Double bed delivered by two of the nicest young men. We got sofa bed delivered today, but it was very different than the picture, also when you make it bed one of the sides stays lifted…. We ask them to take it back and keep £200 but they refuse to take it…. It stays only 5 minutes at home and still didn’t want to take it back

Much better than expected - went for the King size bundle w two drawers. Delivery guys Ryan & Gil were fantastic and gave me a ring to give me a heads up. Whole set up took less than 15 mins and they took all the wrapping with them too. Will order again soon.

Ordered the U shaped Sofa. I love it. Was sceptical because I had never heard of them, but now if I'm honest the Sofa is worth waaay more than I paid. Comfortable, large, well built, and the delivery guys were even nice enough to help me set up.

ordered a wardrobe and within 2 months the draws were falling apart and kept getting stuck. asked for a refund, they refused. asked for them to come and fix it and they were trying to charge me for a faulty wardrobe.
