Do better Samuel. This company picks up random workers from the motorway to work on your home, who are not certified for roofing. One of which barely spoke the native tongue. They will tell you to send money via a Revolut account, which is not a business account. The work they provide is not of quality, they skimp on materials, ordering skips, using adequate equipment etc. Lewis* will probably demand additional up front payments, despite not completing phases as per the contract. The contract is full of typos, they couldn’t even be bothered to write the document properly. Even the owners response below has grammatical errors. Save yourself the paperwork at Small Claims Court, AVOID this company. **UPDATE: Since this company has seen this review they have contacted the woman who contracted them via WhatsApp, threatening to “rip out” their shoddy work as a threat tactic. Honestly, avoid this company - had to notify the police this morning.

I had a poor experience with this company. They installed loft windows for me in December 2022, but their work was untidy and incomplete. They left rubble on my roof, cement stains in my drive and cement in my gutters. They're a team of young and inexperienced workers who don't care about the quality of their work or the state they leave your property in. To be fair, Samuel, the boss, did respond to all my emails and he did apologise. He also came and fixed a few issues a month later, but the work was still untidy and they didn't clean up after themselves. He did offer to clean up the other bits at a later date, but it was over a month by then and I was fed up and had lost my trust. It was stressful for me dealing with this company, and I would not use them again. Samuel said he's made changes to his team so I hope that his future customers benefit.
