I attended their 99p event on Saturday 7th of August. After waiting for hours in the rain, with people who had been cueing patiently untill they opened, we were met with HANDS DOWN THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. One of their staff members came out to speak to a very small group of people and neglected everyone else. Customers were asking them for an update, at least some sort of information, but they purposely neglected the rest of us. People had been cueing  from 3am and endured heavy downpours for hours just to be met by misinformation and negligent behaviour. When they finally opened the doors at 12:30pm, staff members exited and entered without answering anyone. Customers continued to wait patiently in hopes of getting trainers. This continued past the opening times and they had the audacity to open the doors and tell customers that we had to wait longer because they decided to film a tiktok. Once again the same staff member wearing a brown leather jacket and baseball cap was re approached for some clarity. He then lied and said that they had posted a video 2 days prior stating that only 5 pairs would be available to be purchased. He then lied again and said that he had spoken to all the customer waiting in the cue. I had been part of that cue since 8:00am and he never as much as approached my section. Eventually when they began letting people into the store they only let 1 customer in at a time. They opend and shut door without addressing customers. Then I personally saw them overlook the black boy standing in front of the door, who had been there since before 8 am, throught the heavy downpours and escorted a few Asian boys in to the store instead. Shortly after she cancelled the event closed the doors without having let in as much as 5 people. There was no preparation ahead of the event as there were no barriers or markings to help customers cue. There was no security or even staff present to maintain some sort of order. This store is the most despicable example of retail. Horrible customer service. Horrible organisation. Horrible communication and total lack of customer consideration. I travelled from outside London just to the be disappointed. I will never return here again.

Beware if you interesting in selling your pairs, as soon as I walked in the store the guy who I went to ask to sell my shoes scanned me from top to bottom before even look and say Hello, but he did not even say Hi, lack of customer service, one of the poorest I have seen in fact. The kid who I dealt with did not made me feel welcome at all and again bad customer service and even worst negotiator, Homeboy tried to lowballed me for a pair of shoes he even admitted he has not seen in a while because of its rarity, they seem to not care if their prices are off the roof, they will lowball you even if the shoes are almost new telling you they are not "Brand new" not even capable of meet me a half way or give me a bit more for the shoes. All in all I would not comeback even to buy them a 1 pound shoe, I do not recommend it, since you have Presented By for instance as a better and well established shop who does much better job at negotiating and also have fairer prices.

Amazing store, definitely the #1 store for all your swag needs in London. The staff are very friendly and are willing to help. I have a high respect for people who work behind the scenes through the good and bad to make sure this is one of the best stores in the whole of London and I really do wish to see them expand to different places in the world in the future. I think compared to all the other consignment stores in London the prices here are unbeatable given that it is run by the OGs in the community and therefore understanding what the community wants and needs. I think it goes without saying that Proxyeed team are indeed one of the most hardworking people and I hope to see them succeed. 10/10- Would always shop here Also shoutout to Ryan, Sam and Ammar

Came in couple of weeks ago and tried to sell my shoes. Dude tried to legit check it and had no idea he was doing. He tried to compare it with another shoe but no idea what to look for...he just kept smelling the shoe which i found amusing. He asked for another staff to check it and after 20mins of checking it he had the audacity to say it fake. Another staff came in staff say yeah look at the box should be more like this without checking the shoes. Bunch of sneakerheads with no real knowledge. I independently had it legit checked previously and then again after i left the store by sneakercon and it passed. This says volume about the people who works there. Avoid this place! They will tell your shoes are fake because they don`t want you to win!

Proxyeed is an extremely nice store located in a very good location, it’s close to Leicester Square and is in the proximity of Palace Skateboards. The look of the store is top notch and the shoes of which they have on sale be them new or used are a great selection. I really like the fact of ‘Sunday Steals’ it’s a cool and creative way to bring people in and build a community. If there’s a DS UK10 Skepta 97 OG for a steal let me know , I can honestly say Proxyeed has potential and is already off to a phenomenal start. Recommend if your in the area well worth a look and who knows you could find a steal

Apologies for writing this review a month late. However i popped into the store after seeing the “2016 white cement jordan 4s” post on their instagram. I came into the store and the 3 staff members who served me were absolutely incredible and helpful.The shop was in immaculate condition with great prices and excellent shoes. I purchased my shoes along with a trade and they were completely straight forward and honest with me which was incredible. London needs more proxyeeds and less kick games. I will certainly be coming back to proxyeed .

Excellent store! Went there for the first time last week and was super impressed. Great selection of clothing and sneakers. Was also super happy to see they have a used sneakers wall, something I had hardly seen in London before, and offers a cheaper alternative for those who don’t mind wearing pre-owned sneakers. Got to have a chat with the two owners and the staff, who were absolutely lovely! This shop is a winner and I will definitely be back in the future.

Knew them since first opened. I absolutely love stopping by!! Sadly I go to school in Germany therefore can’t spend as much time as I would like but the store and staff are amazing. Loved the store! Perfect selection of some very sought after items, and an overall good balance of sneakers and tees. Also, the communication from the staff was fantastic, many boutiques or stores sometimes hinder in this area, but the owner Ryan and the team were really friendly. It's for sure a new spot to always visit, talk with the staff and get great advice/support from also. Much love :) PS: Love my Union 1s!

Variety of AJ models, you have from where to chose, however was expecting lower prices vs. larger shops on Oxford St. Compared a few models, price wise, and were like 50 to 100£ more expensive in a smaller shop, not on the top tourist street in London (less maintenance costs but higher prices ) On the other side, yeap, variety is a strong plus for this small sneakhead shop

Randomly came across their store on my way home from work in the week and would highly recommend a visit. I have to say the guys were incredibly helpful and generally on a level, happy to chat and help out with ideas and bits not even on display to find what I was looking for. Picked up a pair of 2017 Air Max 1 Ridgerock’s for a steal. Definitely visit again. Cheers gents

These guys cannot legit a trainer properly. Went in to sell a couple of pairs, of course I bring receipts but I wanted to make sure they know what they were looking for. It took them 3 minutes to decide my trainers were fake. Then when I bought out my snkrs app confirmation they accused me of faking it, they don't like to be wrong. Just buy kicks from eBay

I came down to London from Manchester about 2 months ago for a raffle collection, and spotted proxyeed and after seeing the likes of ari petrou being in this shop I popped in. I was amazed at how good the prices were. Staff were so welcoming and friendly. Would definitely recommend proxyeed to anyone! thanks guys x

First time in Proxyeed. My son has been excited to visit the shop (for a while). What a great and unique collection of trainers. Excellent customer service. Ryan and Maz are wonderful. They are friendly, helpful and made our experience great. Looking forward for the next visit when we are back in London.

I decided to make a purchase from them and I did not see how much the shipping cost and without knowing it I paid for the shoe and I wrote to them immediately telling them that I wanted to cancel the shipping and they have not paid me any attention. it is a scam. do not buy

No customer service at all 2 people behind till not acknowledging or greeting anyone definitely glad I will not support a business like this I was coming in to the impression this store will be great experience and hopefully purchase based off some of the reviews .

The swaggest of swag available in this store.... the whole customer journey was exceptional the only thing that could of improved visit would have been a surprised dj set by risky business... Would recommend to anyone who wants to increase their swaggyness

The BEST place for sneakers/trainers in UK. Super friendly staff, great selection, well priced. “Presented by” is a waste of time. Stop here first for all you sneaker needs. If you know your stuff, staff really tries to help find what you’re looking for.

Amazing shop, staff are so friendly and unlike any of the other similar stores in London. The prices are awesome too, my wife and I used to shop at PresentedBy but once we found this store we had to change, prices are nearly 50% cheaper

My son bought trainers here and they disintegrated after one wear. The staff did not deal properly with our complaints and did not follow the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and offer a refund. Terrible service so very disappointed.

Staff were really friendly, really good prices, got a supreme tee and had a good chat with the staff about some old bapestas. Definitely would recommending coming here. Proxyeed > any other resell store in london.

Absolutely awful shop they guy at the till was completely disrespectful just cause we were kids and offered us 30 pounds for 3 pairs of hardly worn Yeezy rip off and all the shoes were fake bad experience

Ordered a shoe for pickup and when I got to the shop they could only find the box and not the actual shoes . Travelled a 1hour for them to give me a refund . Poor service

I give 5 stars as everything is top of the range , but the tax is no need , pre-owned pairs for example £200 more expensive than the same shoe brand new on Stockx
