I visited LW last time and had a long debate with Miss. Meghana (Manager on duty). I went to have a haircut from my previous hairstylist Rehan. I saw him sitting outside but he couldn't come due to some internal issues. I asked the manager to call him or I was ready to request him to come but nothing of that sort happened. Instead the manager called a hairstylist all the way from Badlapur. I had to wait for more than an hour and resolve this whole mess. At first the manager was not ready to take my appointment I had to convince her to call anyone to get the haircut done. Meanwhile Jagadish, Kannan, Sneha and some other staff members tried convincing the Manager and asked me to wait for a while. Miss Priya (hairstylist from Badlapur) finally came and given the haircut. I was annoyed for the unnecessary waste of time as well as less professional behaviour of the manager. There was no compensation provided for this delayed service plus I was the one who chose to wait until the treatment was done. There was no back up person present for hair treatment as one was on a leave and another one was present but couldn't come. I expected the manager to console me for the delayed service but instead she wanted some more cooperation from my end. Well, after me there were two more clients in the queue waiting for the hair treatment. So if i wouldn't have waited and insisted to call a hairstylist, Lw must have lost the business for that day. This was a mismanagement of employees and no utilisation of available resources. I hope next time I won't face the same.

I had amazing experience here at LookWell Salon Ambernath Nisarga Branch. I went there for hair cut and Botox hair treatment. Rehan and Priya , hair service specialist listened to my concerns properly and helped me pick best treatment for my hair. Priya worked with me very patiently on my hair treatment and coloring my hair. She did not skip any steps in the process and gave proper time to each and every step. She is well aware with the process and answered all my questions. My hair is now super soft and shiny. completely satisfied with Service. I will no doubt recommend Priya for hair treatment at Nisarga LookWell Salon. I will recommend Rehan for hair cut. I have been getting facials here once a month since this salon opened.The whole experience is so relaxing.Sneha has assisted me and she is pretty good at her job. If you ever visit here do get your facial and massages done my Sneha. The service was great, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the ambience was very pretty and elegant. The experience here I am getting can't be described. If you want to get relaxed you must definitely come here for body relaxing and I would recommend Sneha for it..Guys do come visit and experience the ambience here in Nisarg greens.

Worth for the money I would say. I booked online appointment and went there.. They literally served me very well... The hair cut was great and more than my expectations. Proper hygiene was maintained by the staff. And the whole staff is professional. They know what every customer actually want and they also suggests some good tips too. Awesome experience @ LookWell centre, near Nisarg Greens - Ambernath(E). Their hair stylist Ashwini & make up expert Kannan are perfectionists. All the skin & hair services that I have availed at this center have been excellent. Staff is very professional, friendly and considerate. I would recommend this center anyday.

I came here with my mom for a spa.. they s (Priya and Rehan) were really helpful and informative! My mom loved the way Priya attended her Moreover, Anil did a special grooming of my dad's ne obsession of keeping a beard, which is great! It was wonderful experience with look well. I went here for a haircut. I showed him a reference photo and hairstylist manage to style exactly how i wanted or showed in reference photo. my haircut it was as done by hairstylist Anil. He did a superb job. Other staff were also kind.

Worst haircut of a toddler I have ever seen. Even after giving clear instructions on what type of haircut is needed, they just destroyed the look of my toddler. Never ever going to recommend Lookwell to anyone especially for kids services. Very very poor quality of service.
