Dr Sperka is a good doctor but her receptionist is the rudest and most dismissive person I have come across. She lacks any sort of empathy. She is a bitter and miserable human being that should not be working at a children’s clinic where she has to be in communication with parents with sick children who are clearly already stressed and feel helpless. I am taking my children to a new clinic after having so many unpleasant convos for almost 3 years just to book an appointment for my sick kids. It really shows how difficult it is for her to try and be a decent human being but she fails every single time. I hope they get a new receptionist for the sake of other patients.

Dr. Spreka is a fantastic pediatrician who addresses all our needs and answers all of our questions and puts our minds at ease. The ONLY reason I would not give a 5 star review is because of the receptionist. She has been extremely rude to me many times for trying to book appointments. She is also incredibly rude if you do not know the exact time of day to call to book an appointment. She expects you to know the inner workings of her job so that she can put minimal effort in and not be disturbed. She is a very dark mark on an otherwise fantastic clinic.

The receptionist was not very helpful, I called their office because they are covering for my Son's Ped. My son is a year and half old and I told her I want to book an appointment because he has some discharge from his eyes. She was quick to tell me to get an over the counter cream for his eyes because they are fully booked. I already called 811 yesterday and have been told by a Nurse to have it check. I don't mind looking for another pediatrician or clinic but I dont think she has a right to give medical advise without knowing the whole scenario.

Dr. Loptaka is an excellent physician. My kids adore her. She is quick but extremely thorough. She has a manner that immediately makes you feel at ease, its almost like she is a mind reader, it's like she has seen this before and it will be "okay". If anything requires additional follow up she has always provided us with extremely prompt referrals to specialists of the highest quality. I can't say enough positive things about her practice. My kids have been with her for 11 years and I trust her completely.

Dr Sperka was extremely intuitive with my son. He is quite anxious around new people and I’ve never seen him so at ease. Booking an appointment was simple and the receptionist was very friendly. She got us in to see the doctor promptly. I am very satisfied with my experience with the office.

Missed 1 checkup appointment so they kicked my son out of the pediatrician said if I ever want to bring him back to the building I need a new referral, Nice to know they don't actually care about caring for children just their hourly rate, Would never bring back my children again!

A resident doctor came to see before Dr Sperka was rough on baby and took glove out of his back pant pocket to examin baby and put in baby's mouth. I am pretty sure it was a used glove. He should be fired. Dr Sperka is good but she needs to watch for who she hires.

I am seeing Dr. Sperka since last 2.5 years for my little one. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful all the time. Her guidance to us as new parents was really good. Thank you Dr. Sperka for everything and all the care you provided to my daughter Krisha.

I couldn't decide between 3 or 2 stars. Although lapatka is a very good doctor, Her receptionist absolutely sucks. Shes rude, She has no care for the patients. I'm being referred to a new pediatrician just for a more comfortable environment.

She always takes the time to answer my questions. She genuinely seems concerned if my children are sick and has called me personally to check on my child. She is very knowledgeable but will refer to a specialist if she feels the need.

She has cared for my kids for the last dozen years. She is always very caring, thorough, and professional and has referred to other professionals when necessary.

Dr. Sperka and her team are polite and friendly. She seems very to the point which I appreciate. I would recommend her.
