I had been burned with scalding hot water and ended up with second degree burns. I have had kids and c-sections and been shot and never felt the physical pain that I experienced that night. When they came, their were no sirens they were rude and they showed no compassion what so ever. They wanted to take me to Northridge hospital which is a distance from where I was and luckily a member of their team stated that they would take me to valley pres . In that time I received absolutely no care. My thigh and leg and feet burnt with second degree burns. I begged for cold water and cold compress they let me suffer because I live in a mobile home. My family was witness to our so called hero's coming to my aid. I used to see them in a light that heros and angels shine in. I no longer trust them to save me and definitely don't believe in the to follow their oath or job requirements my family business is law enforcement. I come from cops and vets. I take criminal justice in school ..I'm a single mom who has dealt with donestic violence only to be abused by city and federal employees because they THINK my temporary situation defines me. It does not. Did they care to ask what happened ? NEVER..NO ONE EVER DOES .. I won't share the details yet until I deal with the post office .. however I feel everyone has a right to know who these people are that claim they want to help when they only want the paycheck and the benefits of being in their position I know I'm not their first victim. But I'm probably the only one that spoke up. I hope it helps the next person they judge with their ungodlike ignorance. They are no longer hero's to me.
