I can definitely see why so many ppl say they don’t want to help you here. I went in on 12/9 to fill out a police report for card theft and I was told to drive aaaaalll the way out to Fullerton by 2 officers one not too helpful and one extremely nice and helpful but still gave me the wrong info. So I get to Fullerton to be told “no you fill it out where you live.” I’m annoyed because I literally live 2 seconds away from rampart & 40 mins away from fullerton. So I go back in to rampart & by the grace of god officer Cerda is there to help, I was in & out in about 10 mins and the report was done. I give him 5 stars because he was very nice, answered any other questions I had, and I know with confidence he wouldn’t have sent me to Fullerton wasting 60 miles of gas.

Worst police station ever not professional at all they feel empowered just because they wear a badge went to get a release form for my motorcycle which they impounded..went in there early in the morning with my Registration to the detectives office first off all the "detective was slouching on his chair and exclaimed what did I want i told him what happened and what I needed to provided and he replied where's your insurance very rudley and i replied they never told me i needed to show insurance and that's why I didn't bring it...told me he couldn't help me and to come back when I had everything..

I went there today because my wallet was stolen and my credit cards were used fraudulently. They refused to take my report because I didn't have a printout from the bank with the transactions (even though I had a list of all the transactions that I brought with me). I called the bank and they said there is no way for them to give me a paper with the transactions because the account was closed already from the fraud. So, the cop I spoke with had no idea what he was talking about and sent away a victim of a crime without helping them at all. Thanks for nothing.

Worst experience ever it took for ever for them to follow up with our problem and when they did they were very unprofessional. They call private and they didn't leave a call back number plus when my son talk to them again they laugh and never called him back to get a number where he could be reached at. We call back and at first they didn't have anyone with the name and after they said that they where going to get him. This is sick and crazy just unprofessional and disgusting the way they treat people.

I really wish I could give a negative -1. I live in Illinois and I'm suing somebody that is literally 3 minutes away from this bs place on w 5th St Los Angeles. Kept calling to obtain the Sheriff's department number to serve the person. Yet the lady on the phone say's that we don't serve people. I Cleary knew that this was non-emergency number she could of just giving me the dam number but yet tried to get me off the phone. This pd is a joke wasting your time dealing with them.

This police station has rude and unprofessional staff. I called the non-emery number to try to file a report and talk about what happened but the person who answered rushed me, spoke to me in a blatantly dismissive tone of voice, then put me on hold. A second person answered and he seemed bothered to even be picking up phone calls. It was like he just wanted to sit at his desk and didn’t want to do his job. Neither person were helpful whatsoever.

i called five times trying all their different options to get through to anyone, no one, zilch, nadda, all messaging machines during hours of operation. they blew me off when i was robbed and did not include the items stolen in the police report, no number was left to call on the report and no one in all of LA police department will pick up the phone.

Was suffering from super loud neighbors at 2 am in the morning, security service of our apartment complex never bothered to come, had to call LAPD. These guys came in 20 mins later - I've never been enjoying the silence so much.Thank you for saving the night !

I called to ask a few questions regarding procedures The officer I talked to started to yell and I told her there wasn’t a reason to yell. I just wondered what was done in a situation. She got very upset and yelled something else and hung up on me.

I've been trying to make a theft report and they have had me on hold for literally almost an hour . I decided to call again and the officer didn't even let me finish saying what I was calling for and automatically put me on hold !!! So rude !!!!

They take over an hour to show up, I contacted them to get help with being harassed by thugs in my apartment complex and they didn't even want to help they were just in a hurry to leave. I called the police 3 times and didn't even get a report.

Idk why, but I saw the police exiting a driveway(6th St near pawnshop and sams corner) and exits fast and abruptly with a peelling out, cops here are either corrupt/careless/ or showing off their personality‍♂️ …

Today i went for a report at this station, while i was waiting a lady was next and saddly she didnt speak English and the officer didnt speak Spanish. its sad that in a latino community they should have officers thats are bi lingual

I came here at 10 30 pm they close at 11 but the door is close already while front desk still assist 1 person i agree why other citizens give this 1 star, i give him a call the front desk but he ignored the phone call on oct 21

Went to do a police robbery report and Officer Mencia was rude and had an ugly attitude.This people work for the public for "US" but apperantly he hates his job. Ask for someone else for help.

Worst service ever!! 3 officer in front desk and only one doing paperwork..and not just that the one helping is mean and rude..No wonder people said rampant division is the worst police.

Friendly and helpful staff, excellent service everybody does their best to help the community. Officer Mancia is very helpful.

They dont have enough staff or something but they are not helping me with burglary issue... they are not a reliable station.

It’s nice and clean and cops seem eager to help unlike other stations where they ignore you when you step in the front door.
