I went to the store on 11/10/22 and accidentally left my bank card in the store. I called and the manager Elvis stated they have the card and I told them I will get it tomorrow because it was already late evening. The next day in the morning I received a text from Td bank that stated someone tried to purchase something from my card in the amount of $979 ! And stated if I approve the transaction to reply yes or no. I immediately replied no. Td bank fraud dept called me immediately and stated the obvious. I called lot less and asked for Elvis and they stated he is off but the person I am now speaking to is the manager of the store and Elvis is the assistant manager. At first I told him I left my card in the store to see what he was going to say. He stated he has the card in a safe in the office. I told him someone tried to use the card and that is not right. He told me no one in the store is trying to use the card. I told him to tell his staff and whoever have access to the card to keep trying to use it because I cancelled the card. I cannot believe that they would do that after they told me that they have the card in their possession. A bunch of thieves !!!!

I love this place, it has great Price's and is clean and stocked up well .They have household items, electronic, batteries ladies, men's and children's clothing too, as well as bra's socks, boxer's, panties, pajamas, men's and Ladies, and children's shoes. They have toiletries and toy's and Easter stuff along with food items. It has an escalator for people who can walk and an elevator for the handicap, you must ask the cashier to call for you, you must pay for your stuff on the top floor, before you go down, it helps them with thefts to keep their prices low for the community,which I believe is fair to all. They are just having their Grand opening, everyone must come here!

This location is nice for a quick picker-upper if you just want to browse although if you're lucky when new inventory is being put out you can snag some really GOOD merch! I like this store and I'm unashamedly biased (although to be fair this location is super small so obviously they cannot carry as much merch) because my favorite Lot-Less Closeouts store is the one at W40th St in Manhattan. It's never crowded and the staff are easy. No fuss or drama - nice and quiet. VERY CLEAN!!! Prices are of course Lot Less prices which are below regular supermarket or other retail stores prices. Highly recommend!!!!!

I avoid this store like the plague . It always looks like it’s in a state of just trying to open but not yet ready. Sections are blocked off with inventory which has not been put up for display. Aisles are blocked so the disabled can not shop. It’s sad but I do shop in other counties at their lot less and love the stores concept especially the lot less on 14th street location. It’s worth the trip to go to another county to get good service and good prices and shop on a store where pp, care about their work . Brooklyn this is not the case

Very beautiful store however the staff are rude especially the people of color. Today while purchasing some items the young man at the register took a toy out of my autistic son’s hand. After a little rift between the two of us; the man at the register began to laugh at my son and I with the next person in line ( of course whom was not of color). It’s too bad because I really enjoyed the store itself. They won’t be getting any more of my hard earn money.

I love this place great thing's but LM disabled and l feel l fall in stairs. But elevator broken. My son is autistic. There is a lady on second floor where curtains she brings me down. I just want as disable to live a normal life. In this place you all can buy best curtains. And I'm second floor. Thank you to lady in the curtain part. For bringing me down

This place like all lot less stores is always hit and miss. Sometimes I go there and cannot believe the incredible deal that I just got. Other times I can't get what I want. I would recommend stopping by when you have time in the day to just look around and see if there's something you need or want. If not, just leave and check in again another time.

This Lot-Less Closeout store is in Downtown Brooklyn on Court Street across the street from Sephora and Starbucks and the R Train Station rigt in front of it check it out they have a few things you may need for your home and bath, toys, electronics and clothing and Makeup and some basic foods ideas for all in one place

This place has so many sales!. Their prices are low and affordable for everyone. The store also carries brand name items @ a low cost along with a variety of items for your home. I bought things from there n for example my sheets r still in good condition after many washes. GREAT STORE! Highly recommended …

The store manager was helpful and pleasantly but the security guard needs to talk to customer with respect and be more helpful I felt treated without respect because of my nationality Spanish! I like the store sales and item but some workers are not people’s person hired people that like to work in your store’s!

Glad they finally brought one to Brooklyn. It's in a prime location too and they always have everything in stock on both levels of the shop. It's definitely one of my favourite discount place to shop in New York. So much better than The Dollar chains and the employees here are always helpful and friendly. A++++

Lot-Less has outstanding prices. Many name brand items that you will find at the major department stores at drastically reduced cost. You never know what they have so stop by often like I do. If you see it buy it ..because stuff sells out fast ...The staff is very nice & keeps the store well organized

No staff to assist on floor. Some customers don't have on masks. Low inventory for some merchandise. Asked staff for garbage bags.. went where she instructed & throughout other aisles. There was none there. Glass broke in aisles & spread to another aisle & not cleaned up by staff. Not safe.

You know why I love this place? Well it's a 45 minutes travel from my home,and the only place where I get cheap stuffs for good quality, lot less has helped me and my family save money since the opening here in borough hall. I recommend it for everyone who like shopping.

They always have the best prices for your dollars. I really enjoy picking up small items at a nominal price, that would normal cost much more in a commercial store. I always go back to shop there. In addition, they always have quality items and a variety as well.

The staff are very busy, kind and willing to provide good customer service. Much appreciated. One can never be sure of what they will discover when browsing the aisles of this, that, or the other. And, therein lies the excitement of discovery and adventure!

It's your typical store of this nature. You can find every day clothing, socks, undies, shoes, bed wear and sheets, toiletries, bathroom items (towels, toothpaste, etc) ...even random exercise stuff of undetermined quality near check out. Very convenient.

3/15/22. Great to find a new store, where all the he bargain stores are gone. They have 2 floors, organized, easily to identify items. You never know what you'll find. They have a little bit of this and a little that. You will find something!!

Huge selection of reasonably priced items. If you see something that catches your eye, buy it. If you decide to go back for it later, it may sell out. However, please be patient because you may have to wait on line for a little while.

I frequent Lot-Less for toiletries but to my very pleasant surprise, if you have time and patience they have clothes in Aisles 1-6. JonesNY, Juicy Couture, Express & Tahari!! WHO KNEW??! Great bargains.

Lot less is a discount store that is well laid out and very clean. I don't mind digging through a dusty store to get my price but you don't have to in Lot Less. I got 22 bars of Dial soap for $10.

Me and my Girl had nothing to do on. Sunday evening so we decided to go downtown Bklyn to Lot-for-Less and just look around but as you know you got to buy something it was worth our while .

Was pretty empty and I am disabled and tried to use the bathroom and they sent me to three different people before the last one lied and said they don't have a bathroom. Shame on you.
