Love & Sunbeam are a phenomenal team who have saved me time and time again from being bed-ridden. Not only do they have peaceful & happy powers of relaxation, but they have powerfully effective healing skills as well that relieve burdens of chronic pain from injuries. I have had so many injuries in this life and have been paying the price for some of them for years and years. As I’m getting older these injuries tend to get louder and louder. Before Love’s Healing Touch about 3 years ago, I had always been crooked for pictures and in general. They straightened me out by releasing & correcting the damage done by getting hit by a semi-truck & van when I was on a bicycle 15 years ago. I also got in a fight about 7 years ago and tore my ACL. Since my knee was unstable it would constantly slip out and with overuse it would rip out and cause me immense pain. I would arrive to Love & Sunbeam in crutches & leave walking with my life handed back to me. Yet again, I arrived in crutches as a result of plantar fasciitis that had gotten so bad I couldn’t put any pressure on my foot. I couldn’t walk, couldn’t sleep, and required a substantial amount of pain relief products to function at a basic level. When I got on the massage table with Love & Sunbeam surrounding me with their love & warmth & knowledge & skills, I felt so safe. All the pain was expertly relieved through the osteopathic technique called Structural Relief Therapy and afterwards to soak in the hot tub, shock my immune system with the cold tub, and then dry off in the hot sauna was a treat so wonderful that these words cannot accurately describe. I hope you can give them a chance to tackle your pain & stress and they can help you like they helped me because it is life-changing.

This place has absolutely zero ambiance for a spa. The place itself looks like maybe it was an office building or doctors office previously, and the least amount of remodeling was done. It is very poorly decorated, and definitely has an awkward feel. I also could not easily find drinking water, and when I asked an employee I was directed to a water fountain in a common area. Super tacky. I was there on a rainy cold day. Huge problem is that after services or to go from the locker room to the sauna, you have to walk through the rain. While understanding that this is rare for Albuquerque, it was unacceptable to have to walk through rain and become wet and cold after my massage. If this were my business I would have purchased an outdoor umbrella to remedy this the very first moment I noticed. Meanwhile employees were using umbrellas of course. Not to mention one woman was walking Back and forth through the common area and locker room briskly rushed, speaking very loudly, wearing a loud wind breaker. I have never seen a spa employee be so disruptive and inconsiderate of the spa environment. Additionally, the pool seemed to be chlorinated, so I was unable to soak in it due to having sensitive skin. It’s basically a large public hot tub. I do not see the purpose of paying to enter this. My massage, however, was fantastic and my masseuse was friendly and very skilled. Overall super disappointed with the lack of atmosphere and how casual and inconsiderate the employees were. I later tried Betties baths, which ABQ Baths appears to get their model from, and the experience was much better. I will not be going back to ABQ Baths, mostly a waste of a day.

Two words: HIDDEN GEM! More words: I made a massage appointment and also booked a tub pass. My appointment included a robe, sandals, a locker key, and complimentary water and tea. The locker room was clean and included one toilet, three showers, and two (maybe three) sinks with clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, sunscreen, hair ties, a blow dryer, and individually packaged complimentary combs. The shower gel smelled sweet and citrusy, like grapefruit. The spa had a private outdoor patio area with a hot tub, a cold plunge tub and several cushy outdoor loungers. While I was enjoying the tubs in this area, I saw a couple butterflies flutter through the purple flowers on the branches of one of the trees and through the tall blades of grass that hugged a water fountain wall. The low hum of traffic on Broadway was hardly noticeable over the privacy wall, calming spa music and peaceful sounds of water trickling from the fountain. ⛲️ After soaking in the hot tub, plunging into the cold tub and spending a few minutes in the sauna, I enjoyed a massage with lemongrass essential oil, which was a $5 add-on that I requested that smelled like an herbal lemon. It was light, fresh and soothing. Love was the name of my massage therapist and she tailored my massage to meet my needs, adjusting the pressure intensity as I requested. I really enjoyed this spa and would recommend it to others. I would also recommend Love as a therapist. ✨

I checked in, and got to the locker room, and I realized they had mistakenly given me a key that was for the men’s locker room, not the women’s locker room. I went up to the front to ask for a different key, and the front desk lady started asking me invasive questions about my genitals and making me very uncomfortable. She did end up giving me a women’s locker key, thankfully, but apparently “it’s their policy” to question guests about their genitals if they think you might make the other guests uncomfortable, and they don’t care if they make you uncomfortable in the process. Edit: I can’t figure out how to reply, but I am extremely disrespected that there are even false accusations such as those against me. The company is now claiming that I have apparently “waved my genetalia around” in the presence of a minor at their location, despite no minors being present at my last visit. Not to mention that kind of behavior is indeed wildly inappropriate and not something I would do in my entire lifetime. Either they are making up false claims about me to portray me as the villain in this interaction, or they are mistaking me with someone else who is doing these terrible things.

For anyone wondering if you should book an appointment here versus somewhere else, book an appointment here! A week ago my husband and I came here and had an hour cbd couples massage and an hour in the sauna/cold plunge/hot tub situation. Let me tell you, every single second is relaxing and refreshing. The woman at the front desk was super friendly, and so we're our therapists. As far as the actual massage, both my husband and I were left feeling like there were a few times they could have put more pressure but that's just personal preference. We will try to request a deep tissue couples massage next time but overall the massages were really, really good. I've only ever had pregnancy massages before but this was definitely the best massage I've ever experienced. For the amazingly affordable price, this spa is my favorite and I won't be going anywhere else. Thank you to everyone who made our day so nice. As parents of three young children it was such a treat. ❤️

While I enjoy soaking and sauna-ing here, I have to leave a review for a massage I had last week. I asked for deep tissue, it was the most disappointing massage I've ever had. The masseuse was all over the place, poking some hear and there, and stretching me out, nothing about it felt fluid and I had to put in effort to tell myself to relax. It really felt like either the masseuse was very inexperienced or else just not in the right profession. I also noticed that either the sheets or the body oil itself had a rancid smell, that once I noticed I couldn't un-notice. I did tell the masseuse kindly, and she said she'd let the front desk know, but no one at the front mentioned it when I checked out. I assumed that the masseuse had informed the front desk as she told me she would, so I didn't bring the issue up again with the front desk; I figured they'd been told and would address it with me if that's their practice...I DO NOT recommend this place for massage.

Was in Albuquerque on a weekend getaway with my husband and of course did not plan ahead. We called over 20 massage places in town to try to get me in for a prenatal massage last minute and had no luck except for this one. They got me in the following day! I am 31 weeks pregnant and really enjoyed my experience. Hidden gem, beautiful spa with a great and relaxed atmosphere. Super clean and organized. Staff is really friendly and we felt comfortable and relaxed from the check in to the massage itself. Therapist made sure to be gentle and work on the problem area I addressed. My husband was offered to soak while I did my massage and he also enjoyed his experience using the jacuzzi, sauna and even the ice bath (very briefly). Will definitely go back.

Great local place to visit if your live downtown. Never knew they were there, just north of mountain on Broadway until a friend of mine told me about it--she actually works there and gives great massages too :). They have a sauna, cold plunge, and a hot tub. They say to do those 3 things in that order for the best experience. I think it's $10 or $15 for a soak. Not a bad price for what you get. The area can be a little intimate at times but the capacity can't hold that many so you won't have to deal with a large amount of people. And sometimes, if you're lucky, you can soak all by yourself! They have lounging chairs to tan or dry on and they give you a robe, towel, sandals, and a key for a locker to place your personal belongings.

We make Loves Healing Touch Bath's and Day Spa a destination spot whenever we visit New Mexico. This visit we introduced our granddaughter to Loves and yes she loved her first massage as we enjoyed ours' again. I asked for Greg Santiago again as for me personally he is a miracle functional body worker who gets my body working in healthier ways. We take inspired action to enjoy life and traveling and a visit here helps our bodies to feel better after the 10 hours of travel time required to come from the east to New Mexico to visit our family. Thanks to Love and Sunbeam and everyone else that provides such a beautiful atmosphere and environment for pampering and self-care.

This was a pretty disappointing experience overall. I arrived early to soak but had to wait for people to leave before there was room enough in the baths. The massage therapist was nice but honestly this was probably the worst massage I've ever had. She didnt appear confident and offered virtually NO pressure even after I said that I wanted pressure. I spent 2 hours having oil gently rubbed in to my skin. It wasnt unpleasant but I was hoping to relieve tired/sore muscles and that absolutely did not happen. This was definitely not on par with other similarly priced spas/services. Feels a bit like I was scammed.

This is a very pretty place, but the nonfunctional massage table really detracted from the experience. The massage therapist was unable to adjust the head cradle appropriately in spite of numerous attempts, so I spent the first half of my massage with my head cranked up at an awkward angle. To be fair, the second half of the massage was lovely, as was the hot tub. I did receive a call back from a manager after two days, but their response was “Sorry. I’ll look into it.” Given that their prices are the same as their competitors, I suggest frequenting places with properly functioning equipment.

This place is a serene little gem! It is small, but everything is lovely and clean and the staff members are incredibly kind and welcoming. I happened to be in the area for an Olympic weightlifting comp and ended up going here three times! I also got two 60min deep tissue massages with Kelly, who was absolutely fantastic and very knowledgeable—can’t recommend her enough. I was a little worried about seeing an LMT I’m not used to, especially when competing, but she delivered 110%. Hit the nail on “therapeutic relaxation” and def helped me crush it at my comp! Would 10/10 recommend this place.

I went to Albuquerque baths accidentally. I thought my appointment was here, but was at Betty’s baths. So I go with my daughter to check in, and they said oh yes, here are your robes and locker keys. They checked us in when we didn’t have an apt so we missed our massages at our actual appt place. And now have to pay the no show fee, and Albuquerque baths would do nothing to fix. I plead with them to still offer our massages at not cost seems they check us in erroneously, but they wanted nothing to do with making this right. Will never deal with them again.

First impressions are everything and my hubby and I didint feel very welcomed when we first walked in. We notice other people walking in and they were real nice and peppy with them? massage therapist were great and the soak was awesome. I honestly would probably stick with Betty's spa. THE facility is really small and the ladies locker room is really tiny and crammed. Appt was at 4:00 on Feb 19th I don't use my personal name on my google. I'm sure you guys can look at the customers names at that time and call.

Second time to this place and it's my new favorite. I've been all over NM getting massages and soaking, but today's 90-minute massage was by far the best I've ever had. Kalena's technique is amazing. I usually have to schedule a longer massage just to use the first 30-40 minutes to relax, but she had me unwound in the first 10 minutes. Prior to the massage, I spent 30 minutes in the tubs and dry sauna...relaxing, quiet, tranquil. Little peace of perfection in downtown Albuquerque. I will be back. Thanks!

Best Place to get a Massage. It was so quiet that it made it easy to relax. It rained while we were there and made the massage even more relaxing. All the Ladies working were so nice and helpful when we asked questions. The other costumers that were getting massages were sweet and friendly too. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. The space is very inviting and cozy. Complimentary drinks in the lounge. I purchased a 90 min deep tissue massage and it was divine. Love was very receptive to feedback during the massage. She used some different techniques to release some of my worst spots and really focused on my problem areas. She was thorough and concise . I really enjoyed my massage and would love to come back. The location is hidden but the space is new and wonderful.

I have had three visits thus far and a 4th one scheduled already. The person I used to see moved their business out of the city and it took me a while to find a new masseuse that I can trust and understands my medical condition. I am extremely happy to have found this place. I see Love S. and I think she is great at her profession. The swedish massage is very relaxing and I always walk out of there feeling wonderful. I definitely would recommend giving them a try.

I think it is important for a massage therapist to listen to their clients and Sunbeam did just that. She was considerate of my requests and worked with me thoughtfully throughout my massage. I have had a great experience both times I've had a massage from her. I feel like she was able to target what was hurting the most in a way that didn't leave me in agonying pain, but was able to release it. I will continue to go and seek her help.

Was not happy with the way the handled my appointment for a facial. I scheduled on a date and they had wrong date. I never received a text reminder like they said I did! when I called to find out appointment time they told me I had missed my appointment. They charged me 150.00 dollars and would not refund or let me have services day I had thought I scheduled appointment. I will never go there because of the way the handled this.

I came in from out of town and was experiencing a lot of anxiety and physical stress, and I’m glad I was able to snag a same-day appointment! Love and her staff were all very kind. The atmosphere was very relaxing and chill. Definitely the best massage I’ve ever had, and I appreciated the personal care as they asked where pain and tension were and focused there. What a great find! Natalie was awesome, definitely knows her craft and worked my stubborn knots out. The deep tissue was no joke so if you like a little GOOD pain she has some strength! I am certain she is a master at all other types of massage therapy and I plan to try them all out eventually. The Jacuzzi and courtyard were quiet and relaxing, the cold pool is invigorating. I will most definitely be back. Highly recommend.

This day spa is a jewel right down town. The ambiance is charming. It is clean and well managed. We have yet to be disappointed with any of the massage therapists. Love, Sunbeam and Beth were really so sweet and were excellent therapists. My husband’s therapist did an amazing deep tissue massage that was well worth the added fee. I believe his name was Greg. All my kids are receiving gift certificates for birthday gifts!

Highly recommend this place. My wife and I had never had a couple's massage before. It was a very nice experience. Both Love and Sunbeam were very professional and were mindful of problem/injured areas, and still managed to leave is both thoroughly relaxed. I usually go to ABQ Baths about once a month or so. Sometimes for a massage and other times just to soak. The massages are always so nice and well done, and soaking is always so peaceful. I have not gone on a weekend but have gone on many weekdays and it is always quiet and not very busy! You can usually call in the morning and get a massage schedule same-day if you need it! Very accommodating! Thank you!

Albuquerque Baths is one of the only places I know of in Albuquerque that offers a stay-cation experience, a soft relaxing atmosphere, with a sauna, hot tub, cold tub, and massage. This place is very classy and great after those long work weeks or days. The cost is prohibitively expensive but having a place to unwind for your mental health is necessary. Located just on the outside of Martinez Town limits.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! This was my first massage experience and everything was perfect. Ingrid was my masseuse and was so friendly. The vibe of the building was perfect from the beginning and very clean and comfortable. My masseuse asked if the amount of pressure she was providing was too much or too little,and checked on my experience throughout the hour long session. Will most definitely be going back!!

My boyfriend and I had as couple's massage today with Love and Sunbeam. It was fabulous! They did a great job of working out our knots and also providing a relaxing, stress relieving massage. I have had tons of massages and would definitely recommend them. My neck and shoulders feel a lot better already. It was my boyfriend's first massage and he had a great experience. If you’re suffering from aches, pains, and stress-related tension, go see Greg! He is truly a professional who listens to his clients and knows how to get to the root of physical discomfort. I booked a deep tissue massage, but Greg also integrated sports massage techniques into my treatment. It’s been years since I’ve felt this good, and I can’t remember ever getting such relief from a massage.

The ambiance was wonderful, although the massage wasn't the same on both sides of my body, which is something I've never experienced, and since my massage my right sciatic nerve has been really flaring up and I've never had issues with my right sciatic nerve, only my left side. It was kind of a bummer since this was my husband's birthday gift to me. My husband loved his massage though!

It was great other than the loud and obnoxious customers. I could hear everything as I was in a session. I wish the staff would have told them to chill a bit... I think it was somebody's birthday? Not a very quiet or particularly peaceful place but the staff are nice and know what they are doing. Maybe it's just me, maybe people should be loud at these places... Dunno.

As you walk in, you are greeted by an absolutely lovely waiting room with coffee/tea/water and a really relaxing and cozy environment. Love was excellent. I felt very safe and comfortable during the whole experience, and she was very professional and responsive to feedback both verbally and physically. I definitely recommend this place and will be back in the future.

Just what we needed to start our honeymoon in a relaxed state! Very skilled masseuse with just the right touch, was able to work out most of my knots from all the stress of wedding planning and still made me feel very calm and relaxed. The parking and location was a little sketchy at night, but you can’t beat the price. Highly recommend, we will be back!

My boyfriend and I come to Albuquerque Baths about once a month. It's always a relaxing experience and a comfortable environment. If you get a massage, you get free access to their hot tub, cold plunge, and sauna included. John and Patti give great massages! They also have bathing suits available if you forget yours.

Sunbeam is always attentive to my needs and Love really knows how to run a business with care and compassion you can feel it as soon as you interact with her. These sisters have love for each other and their clients and I’m so happy I found them. Well, actually, my husband found them, but that’s not what’s important!

I have had many massages before, nothing like this one though! I fell asleep during my massage, never have I ever fallen asleep! Such a relaxing place. We did an hr in hot tub and got an hr massage. Front desk was great fast and gave us all great information. For my massage I had Julie she did a deep tissue massage. Absolutely amazing! Listened and worked out my problemed areas plus more! Answered all my questions and was very professional.

I had a massage today and I had a disk out in my neck which was causing me a bad headache. The therapist worked with me and massaged and stretched my neck and back till my headache was gone. She was very patient and professional. I was very grateful she could relieve my headache. I will return there again

Outstanding TMJ and migraine treatment! Greg's specialized CST techniques fixed a developing migraine and have provided lasting relief from my TMJ problem. This is not your granny's woo-woo energy nonsense but deliberate pressure on key nerves and stress points to relax muscle spasms in the neck and jaw.

The baths are ok if you are mainly there for the sauna or hot tub. The facility is attractive & clean and the staff accommodating. Unfortunately, traffic sounds can be disturbing. But, the lack of a COLD dip was my biggest disappointment. What they offer is less effective than a cold shower.

I have received an uncountable amount of massages in my lifetime and, without a doubt, Loves is where I receive the best I have ever experienced. The soaking tubs and sauna are a nice bonus for a great price too. The massages, however, are absolutely the best in town!

When you're looking to soak and relax I recommend Albuquerque baths! This place is very clean and the staff is pleasant. I enjoy the hot tub and the cold plunge. On top of that there is access to the sauna if you'd like! Definitely will be returning

Great spot for a quick local getaway but at 35$ for a two hour pass I might be worth making the commute to Santa Fe to visit a higher quality spa although tickets are $50 a day they have a wider selection of pools

I only enjoyed the 1 hour soak for $20 which includes the sauna, hot tub and cold tub. It was certainly worth it! The bathrooms provide showers, toiletries and everything else you may need before or after a soak

I had such a great massage here. I chose the therapeutic massage and it has helped tremendously with my neck pain. The employees here are very nice and the hot tub was nice as well. It's a small facility though.

I love coming here with a friend to soak and sauna. The staff is always friendly and everything is clean. I try to go in the morning in the middle of the week so we can really have the place to ourselves.
