Staff were attentive but distracted. The person assisting me to find what i was on spec and terrific. The person behind the till was frantic and beside herself. Not coping at all with the Xmas rush. Earrings i wanted to buy were damaged and when i questioned this they bent them straight but then could not find new matching backings for them. Tried to give me a silver and a gold. When i pointed out out, said that's all the had and then found a box of at least 100 ‍♀️ I have just looked at my receipt and it's unreadable. Can't tell what i purchase because the till printer is damaged but they threw the receipt into the bag and i didn't see it until now, they must have known... That's sneaky

Jewellery love . Piercings DONT. They told me it isn’t a gun and is as soft as a needle . Long story short it is a gun and was horrible and should not be used for piercing cartilage such as helix , even though they promised me it’s fine and able to be done. Long story short it shatters your cartilage and forces the skin into the hole instead of slicing it out like a needle would. It will hurt and get worse and probably never heal properly. My thirds are ok but if they say helix is fine then don’t listen. That machine will probably give you a bad infection either way . The ring I did buy from their diamond supplements range was lovely however .

I called to make an ear piercing appointment and they said I could just walk in anytime without a booking and that would be fine. They told me they closed at 5 15 pm so I arrived at 4 45 to be told I can't get my ears done because there is someone already getting theirs done and there would be no time for a new one. I said that I called earlier that they closed in half an hour and the said no we actually close at 5. So not only did they give false information to me they also said "I could walk in" and they would have time well I did and they didn't.

Staff have zero customer service skills. Called up to make an appointment for an ear piercing to be told to come in after 1.15pm yesterday. Arrived after 4pm to be told ear piercings cannot be done within one hour of close time due to not being able to enter in on their point of sale system/machine. Prior to that my wife tried to have her piercing done and was denied due to not having her ID with her and she is 31 years old. I feel sorry for the owner of this store, find some new staff.

Got my ears pierced at lovisa at castle towers. First, she pierced my ears with the WRONG earring I asked for, so im now stuck with them for 8 weeks when i have major events coming up which i cannot remove them for. They became super infected despite how many times a day i was rinsing with salt water and the spray provided. They Refused to give me a refund as well! Even tho they pierced my ears with the wrong ones. I will never come back here.

I love the pretty and beautiful products from this shop but I won’t be entering the one in Castle Towers again. Sadly, the service was poor and the girl at the counter was rude! I feel sorry for the girl who assisted her this morning - Friday 9/12/22. Please don’t take your frustrations out on your customers and co worker. Thank you.

I went there a few days ago and I would of given 5 stars but I took 1 star away since all the items on the shelves were not well organised and I couldn’t find what I exactly wanted. The lady at the counter was nice..

Unlike other shops, this Lovisa is terrible. The lady doesn’t even know what customer service means and treats customers badly. Very impatient. Very disappointed about this shop !!!! Will never come back

Got ear pierced. The girl was extremely helpful and friendly. One of only a few places that u can get affordable jewellery for nose & belly piercings. Generally not a lot out there & multi packs also!!!

The designs of the jewelry here are soo pretty, however they break really easily. But I can't really complain, because they are pretty cheap. You get what you pay for. Great customer service :)

The ladies there were lovely and helpful. I got a second lobe and it wasn't painful at all! If you aren't scared of getting needles, this won't be painful or scary.
