Insane management and employees here. Go to home depot.. Edit for Clarification: We rented carpet cleaning equipment here last week. The team pulled a very blatant runaround on the deposit. Honestly just a gross experience. The store replied below and sounds very friendly but I’d beware this location under any circumstances. We rented a carpet cleaner, which was mildly/moderately dirty when we received it, particularly the brushes, and as far as we thought: that’s fine, right? It’s a rented carpet cleaner, it’s probably what we should expect. No big deal. We returned the carpet cleaner the next morning, after cleaning a single rug, 6x10ft and thin. Not heavy use by any stretch of the imagination. In fact, we’d even hosed off and sprayed the brushes underneath, and it was likely in better condition than it came in. So we were taken back when the team member immediately started up with attitude about the “filthiness” of the cleaner and sucked her teeth. Whatever was going on in her day was obviously not about us. It was the first thing she said. The team member suggested we pull dirt out of the vacuum in the store with disposable gloves, I think as a joke, in order to receive our deposit. Her delivery was honestly unbelievable. I could go on and on about the level of unprofessional in, but at the end of the day what sticks in my mind this most is this: no one, ever, in any way, made even the simplest request that we clean the carpet cleaner before returning. We did so anyway, of our own accord, but that’s beside the point I’m making. What is your standard for a clean carpet cleaner? Were we allowed to inspect this beforehand? Would you like us to inspect the carpet cleaner with your team members before we come to an agreement, like it’s a car rental? Do you offer carpet cleaner cleaners for rental? Is it considered your “best practice” to tell your customers to get on their hands and knees in your store and pull dirt and grime that we didn’t create out of your equipment? In my opinion, either the policy or service standard here is insane, and I think the team members are aware of that. Still, it made them no more willing to assist us. Whether it’s top down from Lowe’s, or simple antisocial behavior on the part of staff that day, I don’t know, but I would do business with literally anyone else in this city before returning to this location.

I like this store, but here's my issue with a delivery I requested. I requested a washer/dryer combination on approximately 11 July, for delivery on 9 August. 9 August I received a call that they couldn't deliver that day. They don’t have enough staff. At 2030 that night, I received a call that my washer/dryer would be there in 30 minutes. At 2100, they drop off the dryer, then tell me the washer has a dent. They express that I can refuse it, and I’ll have a new one in 24-72 hours. They said that if I take it dented, Lowes will take that into account, and it might affect the warranty. The next day I call corporate, and they’re not quite sure what happened. They do have a few thousand of the units in stock, so there shouldn't be a problem in that regard. 5-6 further phone calls were made over the next two weeks. Most of them were not fruitful. On 18 August, a manager called me, told me they’re really sorry, and they’ll have a washer dryer out by the end of the weekend. They also said they’d “compensate me after all this is over”. This washer did not arrive. I was not compensated. I called back Lowes, they said nothing should have been promised. On 26 August, I received notification that they canceled the original order, and will drop off one on 2 August. On 31 September, I called Lowes, let them know I work nights, and requested that it be dropped off in the late afternoon. The rep first is short with me, then laughs at me when I ask her to calm down. They said they can’t arrange any of that, and the delivery service will call the day ahead. On 1 September, I called Lowes, expressing that no delivery timeframe phone call was received. “Can I request it after 5pm?” They said, sure, no problem. I then 2 hours later received a phone call, an automated message, that said my delivery window is 0830 to 1230 On 2 September the delivery guys called at 0715, expressing they’ll be there in 20 minutes. I told them I’m still at work. Those delivery guys were great, they waited an extra 20 min, were professional, and did a good job installing. And that’s what it took to get a washer installed with Lowes Delivery.

Apparently a nationwide trend. I currently live in Michigan and getting ready to move to Tennessee. I tried doing an online purchase and 3 times they cancelled it because of "corporate review". I asked customer service what that meant and they had no idea but I could come to the store and place my order because the items were in stock. Customer service even told me the aisle to go to. I went to the appropriate service desk handed my list to the clerk and was promptly told I was in the wrong area, they didn't have "all" these items in this section. When I told him I had tried multiple times to place the order online, spent nearly 2 hrs on the phone, finally physically came in to the section I was directed to I was reprimanded by the clerk. "Listen lady I don't know what to tell you. I've got a couple of these items but not everything in your list". I asked him can you tell me where to go and was promptly informed that he only made $13 per hour and he couldn't tell me where to go. FYI I had all the item #'s and description on my list. After 15" searching the aisles I found a young clerk who went to a computer, opened up the items, placed my order and I paid for it with a promise of delivery to follow the next day by noon. On my way out I stopped at customer service, told them of my experience and they simply shrugged their shoulders. Next day I got a call at 8am telling me driver's would be running late but I would receive my items by 5pm, 6 pm I called and they said drivers worked till 8 but I would get it. Nothing that night. Next day I called and they said they couldn't find my order, 3 days later it was delivered in the evening Hope Lowes upper management are reading these posts because I won't be frequenting their store either here or in Michigan..

This Lowes and especially the management/employees of this location (which includes the blond haired night manager with curly hair) need to go work as far away from the general public as possible. This includes the especially NASTY and UNPROFESSIONAL lady with the bald head and an even uglier attitude. If I was looking for the most effective people to quickly run my business into the ground, I’d have an all-star crew to get it done on Dickerson Road. I wanted to return an item WITH A RECEIPT and they refused to take my item that was brand new 2 weeks after I bought it. They told me I had to go to another location 7 miles away to do it. When I told the lady that I have limited time and bought it from a chain, the bald lady told me that it was “only 7 miles away,” as to suggest that it was no big deal that I waste time running around town for nothing, and that I should shut up about it. I’ve never written a review about anywhere like this, but these are the ugliest acting, rudest people I’ve ever come in contact with in a retail store in my life. 1. There’s nothing wrong with having policies and procedures. 2. There’s nothing wrong with delivering information people don’t want to hear. HINT: It’s about HOW YOU TALK TO PEOPLE. It’s about not being rude to complete strangers who paid money to shop at your store. They’re acting like there’s even one item in that store that that couldn’t be bought from 50 other stores in town. Especially if you have to drive around town just to return an item for nothing—what’s the point? If I ran into this crew at the return counter for SPIRIT HALLOWEEN, I’d have laughed it off as entertainment. Maybe they should think about going into management there.

I have finally reached my last straw with ordering appliances from Lowes for my houses. I realize its on the delivery services they are using, but they have no quality control there and nothing seems to change. I also want to say that I've spent 10's of thousands of dollars at Lowes this year alone, and am a pro customer. Maybe time to rethink that as well. Last year they literally dropped my washing machine down the stairs crashing all the way to the bottom and damaging the railing and the floor that then had to be repaired. And the delivery people were not even apologetic about it, got super defensive when I understandably got upset, and then left. They also left all their junk on my lawn that I had to then clean up. Earlier this year they dropped off a full load of drywall (different store) and wood, the drywall came all damaged and I had to return half of it delaying my project. This week I was having a stove delivered, and chose and paid for haul away. There was no mention of having to disconnect the stove before they arrived, so they dropped off the new one and would not wait. They said they would return at 5pm and pick up the stove if we moved it onto the front porch. We did, and they did not return. I then called Lowes the next morning and they said they would come and pick it up. Its now been 2 days with no communication at all. I can't even get them on the phone any more, it just rings and rings. So I got fed up and hired a junk removal company to come and remove it. They can be there in 4hrs! Do yourself a favor and order your appliance from someone that cares about their delivery quality and customer service.

Stay away from this Lowe’s! Customer service is horrible and unworthy of consumer time. I’ve been to other Lowe’s stores and this has the worst service out of them. I had an online order for a few bags of mulch. I checked in as instructed for curbside. One of their associates came to my truck telling me to go to the garden center and they’ll load it. I waited and no one came out! I drove further down looking for my order and I saw nothing. Finally I see a cashier and a different associate. I get out with my papers and the associate walked away. The cashier began attending someone else. I called customer service at least three times letting it ring until it disconnected. I finally drove away and decided this store was ghetto trash. I called again later and FINALLY got someone in garden, but I wanted to speak to a manager. I was advised to callback again because she couldn’t transfer me from her location. She stated she would physically walk upfront to that customer service department and explain someone was trying to request a manager. I called back and finally got someone! The manager tells me, “Usually when someone orders mulch or something like that, they just load it. They don’t have it preloaded.” I explained to him that regardless no one was even there to assist me and the one who gave me the papers mentioned nothing about that! This place is so unorganized. Do yourself a favor. Go to Home Depot or at least another Lowe’s. I canceled my order cause this place unsatisfactory. ****If the attendant is bringing the order information to the parking lot, why not bring the merchandise? They’re out there anyway. Idiots.

STOP! DO NOT, EVER, patronize this store!!!! I went into the store to pick out materials and pay for them so the contractor could pick them up this morning! My contractor called to tell me the order was not there and the associates could not find evidence of it! I drove there to straighten it out and could not find anyone who knew about the order! I told them Zach (who is supposedly a manager) completed my order and assured me it would be ready for pickup!! NO-ONE in the store was helpful. They didn’t care about my business nor were they concerned that my purchased items had not been pulled from the shelves and prepared for pickup. The person in the cabinet department, named Karen, was the most rude individual I had encountered! She spoke to me in a very condescending unconcerned manner! The associates in flooring (Zeek and Pascal) were dumb as rocks! They had no idea about flooring!!!!!! Before purchasing, I spent over an hour trying to get someone to help me!!!! Zach finally came to help and he was very knowledgeable, but he was also the same person who supposedly pulled my materials for pick up, but did not! I will never shop there again!!!!! Oh, and to top it off, I had to contact corporate who had to call the store to light a fire under them!! An older gray haired gentleman, on a cane, finally surfaced. He claimed to be an assistant manager and told me he would try to determine the breakdown!! The local store never apologized for their incompetence!!!!!! I understand why people flock to Home Depot! At least the sales associates know their business!

I am not the person to write a 1 star review and play the 'never going back here' game yet here I am. We went to purchase a washer/dryer and their credit card machines were down (should have been a warning sign). This happens, but we had questions so we waited for over half an hour but not one person came to help us. We left but they had good deals so we came back. The second time we came we flagged down a lady who helped us and was nice enough. Gave us a delivery date and all was fine. Then delivery date comes and nobody shows up with our appliance. We were given a window from 3-7pm and had the hose and plug delivered at noon (well outside the window when we had to rush home to meed the driver). Then we were trapped home for the rest of the day waiting with no communication whatsoever about the delivery of the machines. By 8pm we finally gave up hope and started calling around. After multiple phone calls we were finally told to call the delivery company which is apparently separate from Lowes itself. We were given the wrong number and had to google to find the right place to call. We probably spent at least 2 hours on hold between calling the delivery company who blamed Lowes, and calling Lowes who blamed the delivery company. And after all of this we still never got an answer or apology as to what happened with our delivery. Insert two days later and getting hung on at least three times and another three hours making phone calls we finally just canceled the order and went to Home Depot. Don't waste your time ordering appliances here.

Canceled delivery for July 6 on day of the delivery, after the scheduled delivery time. They rescheduled for July 12, but I have not been given a delivery time and when I finally talked to someone today, they said someone would be contacting me between 6 pm and 9 pm this evening. How's someone supposed to schedule 4 hours off work with less than 12 hours notice? This, in my opinion is absolutely ridiculous !!!! 20220712 - delivery day, wrong address is still in system, but 2 people including myself called in and had it corrected 5 times. When they finally contacted me for delivery they were 5 minutes away from the wrong address still. The delivery people backed into stone retaining wall even though I yelled to stop multiple times. They had 2 guys in the truck and the passenger did not get out to help guide driver, they also damaged a tree. This by far is the worst delivery experience I have ever experienced!

AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST! I ALWAYS prefer Home Depot over Lowe's anyday. their service is always terrible and I wouldn't give them a dime more of our money. I ordered a fridge and was told it would be delivered on 02/21 by 4 different people and that they would not give me a 4 hour window even though the receipt says I would be given one. They did say it would be between 8am - 8pm. I called back at 7:45pm only to be told that they don't even have the fridge. I went through 3 more people to get a supervisor just to tell me that it would get to their store on 02/24 and be delivered on 02/25. I just7 called to confirm drop off tomorrow only to be told delivery was moved to March 3. I won't even be in town that day. I understand delivery dates getting moved, but there has been 0 communication and the customer service reps don't know how to even read my order. I wasn't even offered anything for the inconvenience.

The reason for my rating is I asked for help from one of the females that work there. She didn't smile, greet me or anything. She seemed bothered by me and asking for help. She told me where the item maybe and went to look for it and it wasn't there. I did tell her if I didn't find it I'll return to her for help but I would look online for the product number I went back gave her the number. She looks it up and says," isle 30 bay 2" and walks away with a attitude. Now I'm not sure what type of problem she had towards me but this is no way to treat a customer. She walked away leaving me to guess where isle 30 bay 2 is at. I walked around and realized I was standing in isle 30. But did she care to tell me. No she didn't. There's so many people that are in need of a job , this person need to be replaced. I didn't get here name but it's June 5, 2023 at about 7-7:10pm find the video were standing in isle 30.

I went in there with a whole list of plumbing parts I needed. Allen who works there came up and asked if I needed help, ha ha I did, I had to find it all and load it all into the cart. He helped me to figure out better ways to do things and how to make things easier for me (without costing a crazy amount more!), he helped others in between and always came back to check and make sure I was still good! Helped me take it all up and load it in my truck. Allen went above and beyond.!! I know it is not always like this going into a store, trust me as I had just left home depot with no one to help me find one thing I needed. But I appreciate the time he took to help me get everything. Thank you Allen!

  • Lisa Ruckman

Do not use their appliance delivery/pickup service. I don't have a car so I scheduled to have a stove and toilet delivered + the old stove picked up. Delivery window was 9am-1. They showed up at 530pm. The toilet was broken and they couldn't do anything about it and I had already taken the old one out. So I had to rent a car and return/pick up another one. Then they were scheduled to pick up the old stove. Supposed to be 930am-130. They never showed. I called multiple times and no one could communicate with the driver. Then they said "your dryer was picked up." I don't even have a dryer. It was supposed to be a stove. Waited from 930am-6pm and then they said they had to reschedule.

I have been calling this store for the past 3 days to pay for an installation from a microwave that I have received from them. This is by far one of the worst customer service experiences that I have EVER received. The customer service department keeps transferring me, then placing me on hold. I've now been on hold with them for over an hour for the 3rd day in a row, and this is ridiculous. I hung up and called them 6x's in a row and someone keeps picking up the phone, not saying anything and then placing me on a hold. Time is very valuable to us and to have this keep being wasted, as I have other things I need to do is horrible. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

  • Rod Riley

I have waited over 5 hours for a delivery with no contact from the delivery drivers. I called the store listed on the invoice and the first time I contacted them they connected me to another number that disconnected after 10 mins of on hold Music. I called the store back and was given a phone number for the delivery drivers which I called and it was disconnected. I called back and spoke to another associate who said they no longer do their own deliveries so they do not have any control over how things are delivered and they would find out what was going on and put me on hold for 10 mins and then it disconnected. I called back and am currently still on hold….

  • Justin Hall

I will never purchase from Home Depot again. It took them two weeks to get me a quote for blinds. The quote came in at $3,700. I took my measurements to Lowe's and spend less than $1,500. Zak was a prime example of excellent customer service. He promptly assisted us with selecting blinds and then he immediately cut/trimmed them to our dimensions. I felt bad for taking so much of his time, but the blind cutting machine (see pic below) allowed him to simultaneously assist other customers. He also submitted my online order for custom blinds or sizes they didnt have in store which was causing him to stay 15 minutes over the end of his shift.

Had a really great experience in the lawn and garden section. We came to Lowes not knowing exactly what we needed to plant a tree in our backyard. Upon arrival we were browsing around the area and the associate Zina approached and asked us what we needed help with. It was like she was an angel sent from the heavens to help us. She was so knowledgeable about everything we needed as she plants trees and does a lot of gardening herself. She told us everything we needed to know and do. It really felt like we were at the right place at the right time. If you need any gardening advice or help, I truly recommend Zina. She is a gem.

  • Corey Kuclo

Lowe's has long been my favorite supplier for my business needs, I spend 100s of thousands of mine and my customers money every year and when something was wrong and I needed a slightly different product with a similar price, but because I used a debit card to buy the product they would only allow me to refund the hundreds of dollars to my card and wait for several days to receive the money before I could then return and buy the new product.. this delayed my job for 4 days.. bad experience all around. This is a horrible policy. Treat your customers like you value them..

  • Carmelia Tate

I have waited for 6 weeks for a appliance delivery. It has been horrible. Jennifer Sidney and manager Nicki have been most helpful. My home was damaged I am still waiting on repairs. They attempt to assist but need more organization on Dickerson Rd. I will contact the African American CEO. This store is failing since it first opened. A few good employees but they need more adults vs kids who are not trained. Blessings on the employees. Corporate needs to know to get this place organized.

  • Seth Johnson

Ordered appliances to be delivered. The whole debacle was an absolute nightmare. Do not ever order anything from any Lowes. Go literally anywhere else. Awful experience. I basically had to beg them to deliver the products I paid thousands of dollars for and the Lowes customer service members I spoke to couldn’t care less and essentially said not my problem. Just awful. Awful awful company. They finally delivered them and not a single recompense given for the nightmare I went through.

  • Sassy Cassy CP

Can hardly ever find someone to help and they treat you like you being here is an inconvenience. You get much better service at Home Depot. I made eye contact with an employee to ask for a tape measure and he literally turned around and completely ignored me and started talking to someone else. Honestly, it's not just this Lowe's all of them are like this. You can never find anybody to help and when you do find someone they have no idea what they are talking about and can't help you.

  • James Hatfield

I've called this store at least 10 times in the past several days trying to get a hold of anyone who can help we straighten out a washer/dryer delivery that has gone astray on their end. Every single time I call I am either put on an automated hold that is never answered, or the phone will ring for 15-30 minutes straight (after which I'm put on a hold that nobody ever answers). Cannot get ahold of anyone to get them to actually deliver the washer/dryer that we paid for.

  • Chris Tatum

Associates were very helpful. Came in looking for two certain clearance items. First associate pointed me to someone working the floor & he was able to take me directly to my first item. Them he pointed the way to the next. After searching the aisle, I noticed the second clearance item way up on top shelf. Found the third associate & he helped out by bringing a lift down the aisle & was able to get it down for me. Very helpful people. Got what I came there for. Thanks.

  • CCM

Amazing!! Andrew from plumbing came to help me with my selection of a refrigerator. His laughter is infectious and his professionalism is top notch! Andrew was able to help make the sale and guided me through the whole process. My vote? Andrew for employee of the month!!! He will be the reason why I will use this Lowes store from here on out, even if I have to drive a great distance. HE IS THE BEST!!!! Way to go Andrew!! You have a new fan!!

  • Perry Long

Went here this morning and bought a new refrigerator. I compared prices online this is one of the few stores that take away your old appliance and do deliver for free. Thank you to AJ for being so helpful. She answered all of our questions and was able to tell us there was plenty of this type of fridge at the distribution center. The delivery time is 3 to 7 days which isn't bad considering the state of the world now.

  • Norman Reed

Lowe's it is time to coach your employees with better customer service techniques!!! They are on their mobile phones and socially talking to one another when customers need help!!! Two seemed bothered when I tried to ask them a question. And instead of taking you to items you need they just point and say "down in hardware somewhere" or they tell you to ask another employee!!!

  • john satty

Very sweet older cashier was the highlight of the visit to the store. It's a bit of a pain to get into, the parking lot. Have to drive through Walmart parking lot or MTA drop-off location. Then of course makes you wonder what the problem is with area seeing they have several police monitoring stations set up in the parking lot, as well as mobile security driving the lots

  • Yousuf Ahmad Accounts

ELLIE AND TY ARE AMAZING. Ty looked for my floors for 2 hours! They were super old/havent been in stock for 2/3 years, limited supply. Ellie, instead of saying were out, kept looking and looking. And found the floors at the very very top right shelf, got a forklift thingy and got it done. Amazing.. ELLIE THANK YOU FOR YOUR TENACITY. TY THANK YOU FOR BEING A GOOD MANAGER.

  • Arin Graves

The guy was quick and excellent at helping me find what we were looking for! Didn't get his name but he is in the electrical department older white guy! And the young lady at the cash register was full of good spirits! She was a young black female that had the smile of an Angel! Thank you Lowe's for training in such great people and choosing the right people for the job!

  • Kara Godwin

The worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered a washer and dryer the first week of august and it was supposed to be delivered on the 12. Still have yet to receive it and I cannot get anyone to call me back from the store. The corporate office was able to reschedule the delivery for tomorrow but this will be the 6th time it was supposed to be delivered.

  • Owen T

First off I do not blame the customer service reps or anyone it was just a bad situation for them to be put in and they were fantastic. But my point is I waited 2 hours on an order that was marked ready for pick up. I think the manager or someone higher up should have addressed the situation instead of the reps. Really disappointing to had to wait just for carpet.

  • Stephanie Dorsey

Alexis at the Lowe’s in Lebanon, TN was so amazing when working with us in purchasing our Samsung 4 door Bespoke refrigerator, she was patient and very informative. We definitely would come back and work with her. We did have a delivery issue and she was prompt to help us with send us to the right people to get the ball rolling on rectifying the damaged product.

  • Jeff Green

Ask about getting a Piece of glass cut he said the wheel was broken he could only cut plexiglass so I said plexiglass would work I walked over to the glass cutting area he just sat there I stood there for about 5 minutes he never said I will be with you in a minute just ignored me never got up or called any one else this guy shouldn't be in customer service

  • Katie Keller

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Have been hung up on four times when trying to check the status of my delivery that has changed 7 times for no reason. No one answers, has a solution, or can offer help. For someone to pick up the phone & drop it without saying please hold or anything is incredibly disrespectful.

  • Doug Carr

I had ordered light switches on the internet. Because the closest store that had them in stock was quite a drive. However, I accidentally ordered two way and not three-way switches and needed to return them. This store is close to me and with a copy of the receipt on my phone they were able to give me the refund.

  • Pamela Pullen

It's normally great but the lady that work in the garden area was off and the young lady that was there was all by herself and everybody and the mom was there for the mulch sale the one man that came out to help on the register left and didn't come back to help. Some other employees finally came and helped her.

  • Michael “Wildman” McDonald

I went in to purchase a large number of mini blinds. Jared, who works in the Home Decor section, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He looked at the window measurements that I had scribbled on paper and picked out what I needed. I give the service two thumbs up! I shop there all the time! …

  • Kevin Thomas

This Lowe's is horrible. They don't follow their own policies and let you return things when you have the receipt. Quick to accuse you are quick to stop people leaving to question them. Just a very unpleasant store to shop at. All the other Lowe's I would say mostly the opposite about

  • Taryn Miller

Good staff. Good for tools. But it feels like they’re competing to win the world’s worst quality of wood, which is a shame bc if they stored it right it might be salvageable. Instead I can’t begin to explain how much money I’ve wasted on warped, moldy, wet, and broken piece of wood.

  • Irene Popa

Very pleased with the help I got to purchases what I was by looking for and the nice customer service person explain how I can save money I applied for Lowe’s card. I purchased what I needed was delivered on time. Everybody at Lowe’s that helped me. They were very nice and helpful.

  • Jeremy Thompson

As far as Lowes stores goes, this one is about the same as every other. Same layout and products. The worst part of this store is how far off the road it is. It takes like 5 minutes to get from the main road to your parking spot. It sits way back in a kind of no man's land.

  • Brian Shearer

Not my favorite Lowes but it's on my way home from work so I do stop by from time to time. The gal in the Kitchen Appliances was very nice and very professional when I bought a dishwasher there recently. All the other Lowes in the area did not have it in stock

Lowe's Is Just The Place For Almost Everything You Need, To Start And Finish Good Home Repair. They Have Such A Large Viriety Of Everything , So Much To Choose From. Customer Service Is Great, Employee s Are Very Helpful. They Have It Going On . Thank you.

  • Mackenzie Palladino

A sweet man named Tommy who works here was so kind and went out of his way to help me with what I needed today. At first my experience at Lowe’s was not as great as expected but he took care of everything and I’m thankful for his help. A true homie ♡

  • Simon Martinengo

Their 48hr return policy is criminal. They took more than 48 hours to deliver my stove and delivered with missing parts and when I tried to exchange the non-used stove, they simply refused. I spent 3 hours with customer service and did not

A generally disorganized store. Also the manager Zach is a completely dumb person. He just has no understanding of materials and even though he appears to be some type of Amish or Mennonite he has clearly had limited experience in actual

Good selection and value, but.... I have yet to ever have an employee ask if I need help at this store. Additionally, A few months ago I purchased an item online and selected the Curbside pick-up option. When I arrived and parked in the

I went here last week to get a weed eater. Online it said they had 5 in stock. I looked everywhere and couldn't find the one I wanted. I was helped by a employee who looked for herself, checked her computer and it said it had 6 in stock

This place might as well close at 5pm. I’ve always preferred Lowe’s over Home Depot however if I need to load up in the afternoon for the following day I’ll just go to HD. Pushing lumber through a self checkout is extremely frustrating.

Lowe's is my go-to home improvement store! The moment I walk in, I'm greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who are always ready to assist me with my projects. They have a wide selection of high-quality products, from tools to

  • Aaron Schroer

Really rude and unprofessional fork lift guy and flag crew today. I've supported this store since it opened. I couldn't be more disappointed. Right out front, this is the area for pros. They should act like it. You can do better.

  • Jake Kinsch

Nobody works here. I went in, wanting to buy one item. The item is behind a locked cage, walked around for 20 minutes trying to find someone to open it. Nobody to be found. Utterly ridiculous. I’m trying to give you money!!!

  • Brittany Neeley

Pete in the appliance department is amazing! He’s kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable on his products. He made our experience purchasing 3 new appliances effortless. We will be returning to him for future purchases.

  • Okay Okay

This place is not wonderful at all, It's hard to find someone to ask about something, and some items doesn't show prices on it, this store is too close to my home but when I needed something I go somewhere else.

  • cymethia brown

I love being able to walk around and get good decorating ideas very happy with the plants that they have there they're always very healthy good deal on the clearance curtains get them before I get them

  • Mary Holmes

Paint guy is always helpful and welcoming. The parking lot and road leading to store is ridiculous- too much trash and camps set up. If they are allowed to stay on site- it shouldn’t be an eyesore.

  • Sandy Howell (SGH)

I love this Lowe's. Employees and customers are friendly. My only advise is to ask for help if u need something. You can't wait on anyone to ask you. But isn't that most places these day?

  • vernita cook

My shopping experience was great! The location was convenient to where I live ,and the establishment was clean and inviting. Also the employees were so friendly and helpful to my needs.

I didn’t even buy anything because I couldn’t take a dookie. All the stalls were out of toilet paper and every toilet was clogged. Where am I supposed to dookie Lowes?

  • L Riley

Poor customer service. We spend to much money In Lowes to be given the run around. I left and went to Home Depot where I was able to get served. Take notes Lowe's!!!

  • Kimberlee Grimes

Let’s just say I go here so much the manager for the outdoors part knows me great service and they always have what I need might be at the same level as Home Depot

  • media social

Really bad customer service, they don't answer the phones, they say they will transfer you and then hang up on you. You try again and they do the same thing...

  • Joan Peters

Just ran in for a few odds and ends. Found a staff member who guided me directly to what I needed. Friendly and fast. Need help, just ask. Good store.

  • Jon Bragg

I couldn't find the paint I needed, store was more cluttered in the aisles tha last time I was there, they have a lot of nice people working there, !

  • John Lozier

The landlord needs to put more lighting on that 1 side of the road. It's too dark. I don't know what they're thinking but that Walmart needs to go.

  • Toni Rompasky

I'm still not happy having to tote cement blocks a couple months back but they seem to improves on their customer service and availability to help

  • Flaviobravo Irvin
