Went to buy carpet and spent 2 hours trying to explain to Candace that we wanted a low pile inexpensive carpet for a small area in our rv. She really had a hard time grasping that concept. We found one. She said it was a quick ship item and we wanted to measure the area first before committing. Good thing. We went back the next day, driving almost an hour and a half one way each time to buy the carpet. Spent 30 minutes with another salesperson who was decent but when she put the order in for processing the computer froze up. So Candace takes over and keeps us there for another 30 minutes saying it will ship in 2 weeks. I mentioned how we were told by her it was there in stock yesterday and was also considered a quick ship item if they didn't have enough of it and would be in within a week at most. She told us this less than 24 hours ago. She then informs us that no actually it would have to ship longer than that. Then she amends it again to they actually don't have it available even though she kept insisting it was a new item they got in less than 2 weeks ago. Mind you we wanted a small piece! But none was available! And none at the warehouse and no idea when they would have it! When I mentioned we drove a large truck for an hour and a half one way based on what she told us she laughed and was so dismissive and disrespectful about it. She didn't care how much gas she cost us with her lies. The money we spent there over the last year was more than $25000 only to be laughed at by their retail person. Spoke to the manager back there about it and his response was he will let them all know to be on the same page about what is available and this is how it goes in retail. Which is why we will take our money elsewhere because that is what happens in retail when your salespeople treat your customers so disrespectfully and the manager doesn't know how to manage.

Absolute worst place to buy an appliance. Purchased a $1400+ Whirlpool refrigerator at the recommendation of the sales staff. Fridge was delivered and turned out to be a full on LEMON. Ice tray took 8 days to fill, which meant that the compressor was always on. Additionally, the door developed a loud squeak on day 2. This is a NEW appliance that SHOULD be quiet and efficient. The opposite was true. Because these people can't be bothered to answer the phone, I had to go to the store to ask for a replacement. Was told by Dept. Manager that if I wanted a replacement, their "policy" is that I'd have to buy ANOTHER fridge and they'd refund me for the original LEMON fridge after the swap was complete and the LEMON would return to their store. Ultimately I declined and just scheduled the return. The return happened and NO REFUND. Every time I called, I was told to wait a few more days. Finally, I went back to the store 10 days after the LEMON was picked up, only to discover: 1. They had possession of the LEMON the whole time 2. No refund paperwork was ever started 3. Wrong invoice numbers were placed in their system The only helpful person actually started to process the refund with me standing there in disbelief how absurd their operations were. Had I not physically gone to the store, the LEMON would have kept sitting there and their people would have continued to walk by it and not bother to issue me a refund. Side note, went to Best Buy, had an awesome experience and got a quiet, efficient fridge that they're willing to swap out (if need be) without forcing me to buy another one

I am a senior citizen and a disabled veteran. I purchased an umbrella stand online on Apr 29, 2020. It took about two weeks to arrive. We put our 6' umbrella in it and it blew over in the first breeze. The vertical shaft that you put the umbrella into is tall and not well supported, so when the wind blew it over it bent and broke at the four tack welds. I ordered another one on line and this time, or so I thought, I would be more careful with it. And, since Lowes advertises a 90 day return policy, when the second one came in a month later, we took the first one back to the store. I was all-but called a liar even though I had the receipts. The store department manager got involved and agreed with the cashier and took a guess that the one I was trying to return looked as if it were 8 months to a year old. The line of people behind me watching all this, I decided to leave it with them and file a complaint. I filed a complaint with the NM Attorney General's consumer protection department. Two weeks later the NMAG wrote me and said that Lowes did not respond to their efforts to contact them. Wow. This, after spending thousands in repairs and remodeling over the years.

Called ahead of time to make sure they have the part. They said they did. I drove there they did not have what I needed but they did tell me that the other motor work. I purchased it and went home and was unable to finish my air conditioner repair. Very disappointed when two employees agreed that the motor would work for my fan. I told them I needed 230 V and it had to be a quarter horsepower. And I had central air not air evaporative cooler. Wasted time finding out that the part was incorrect. It was definitely frustrating. Definitely frustrated that the employees both said it would work and that's why I bought it . Such a waste of time and energy. Went to a local Place, had the right part in less than an hour even though they have to drive across town and get it brought to their store. Now that's what I call service . Ended up driving halfway across town today to return the product the next day. The return was painless at the other store. It's on a receipt saw the product that's why I explained the apologized I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I will be writing a review for their store over there as well.

We went to this store as it is close to our home and have been a loyal customer. We were looking for an appropriate cement or concrete for our countertop. We were leaving the cement area as we didn't see what we were looking for. Three older gentleman were going to the screws section of the store. The older associate looked as if he was training the other 2 associates.y husband asked Leroy very politely and even said excuse me. Leroy threw his hand up in my husband's face and said " Not Now!" The second gentleman I did not catch his name asked my husband " What do you want?" My husband explained and he said " There is NO special mix for that!" He was very rude as well! He was balding and older. The third associate Cliff told my husband shortly " We don't carry that!" We will never ever darken the door of a Lowes again! We've been loyal customers for over 12 years or more. We went to Home Depot and they were super helpful and we got what we needed. Home Depot will be our store from now on! I have filed a complaint with corporate as well. So rude and uncalled for!

Simply ridiculous. I've bought a Mastercool, appliances, and have garage doors on order and have never had as much trouble as I did when trying to buy a Stitch Vampire Inflatable ($32). They were sold out. Said they couldn't sell display. There were others in stock at Juan Tabo store and Rio Rancho as well. Went there and they were sold out at both and all displays sold. Glad gas is cheap and their computers are up to date! Went back a week later and Inflatable display still there. Asked customer service, they said I could buy it since it showed out of stock. Went with sales associate, she said she had to get manager's approval. 15 minutes later after two managers and her huddled as if it was the last play of the Super Bowl on the goal line....she comes back and said their handhelds still show it in stock at stores I've already checked and Los Lunas so they couldn't sell it. So much for customer service or pleasing the customer. You would think I was asking for them to give it to me for free. Way to go Lowe's!

Lowe’s has a great selection of excellent quality items. Unfortunately the floor is understaffed and when you do need help finding an item the staff is often useless. Today I spent 30 minutes trying to purchase a special tool for removing cutting disks from a grinder. The first staff member said it only came with the grinder when you purchased it. The next staff person said it was not available at Lowe’s and suggested I order one from Amazon. The next person had no idea how to search for the item on her hand held phone and referred me to another person who said it was only available at Lowe’s with an online order. I learned enough watching these people use their phones to figure out for myself how to find the item offered for sale at the store and to. see the reference to Aisle and Bay where the item was located. The customer service at this store is awful. But the tool, which Iwas able to purchase, works great.

Horrible experience after asking if something could be done at customer service and was approved, shortly after want to go pay i had to wait for a manager and holly came up and was rude and disrespectful and wouldnt let me explain that the price was already approved at customer service, as i tryied to explain holly walked away being rude to get another manager, the manger jesse was polite and told me that they couldn’t so i decided not to buy anything at this time. Its funny how this store is always he said she said and gets upset with the customer because its the employees fault for telling me wrong. This store really needs to get their act together because they are unorganized and really have the rudest MANAGERS.

I like this store as it's close to home so I really want to do business there for property maintenance supplies. I ordered 3 items on line for next day pick up, the next day i get there to pick stuff up and, 1) they had the wrong product in the stuff for me, and 2) the power tool they tried to give me sail missing battery and charger on the side, perhaps some other stuff. Yet they wanted me to pick it up. They really need to do a better job on QA for pick up items. They got me the right new products for the order after i waited for several minutes for them to find it all. Why would i do order pick up as it's not faster, next time i'll shop in person or visit the Home Depot.

As someone who doesn’t know a thing about home improvement, it was daunting for me to walk into Lowe’s without knowing anything about fixing my textured walls. As I was putting random supplies into my cart, William from the paint department came up to me and he helped me out TREMENDOUSLY. He answered all of my questions with kindness and patience. I even asked some silly questions and he answered all of them with zero judgement and I’m so grateful for that. I walked out of Lowe’s more confident than ever to execute my project! William is my Lowe’s angel!! I hope he gets a big fat bonus cuz Lowe’s just gained a loyal customer! :)

Rude, Lazy and not helpful employees, most of them. I request different people multiple times to help me find this grill I wanted to buy, they announced 3times no one came to help, over 30 minutes…. Are you serious…. JC the manager,even he didn’t help, went to him twice…..Ridiculous!!!!! At the end there was one person Who helped after I created a little scene, felt bad after thought but I was almost in tears his name is Gio, he helped, thank God!!!! Thanks Gio for saving my day and I appreciate you Gio, We need more people like you not like JC, the manager.

Unfortunately, almost every time I’ve come here the customer service has not been very good. I visited the garden department 6/18 around 4 and the person working at the cash register was not friendly or helpful. I asked him where I could find soil for an aloe plant and he couldn’t give me a straight answer, so I googled it and it turns out the bag of soil was right behind him. I then told him that so maybe he could help out a future customer, and he did not care. Horrible customer service from him. I prefer Home Depot where they are a lot friendlier.

Roberto in the appliance department at this store was wonderful! He took quite a bit of time helping us select our washer/dryer and refrigerator. He was honest about which brands and features were most sought after, and when he didn't know the answer to a question, he said so! I appreciate a sales associate who tells me when he/she doesn't know the answer but will call someone who might know, or try to find other ways to get the information needed. Roberto also went out of his way to assist with scheduling our delivery. Great guy!!!

I was there yesterday and told the salesman that I needed to buy washer/dryer set. I needed a set that was in stock. He told me that for certain it was in stock and would be delivered the next day. At 12 noon the day of delivery they call me to let me know that the didn’t have it in stock. they had a set but it belonged to someone else. He could have one available in two days, but couldn’t deliver for 6 days. You would think that they would want to make it right and deliver when it was available. Never again Lowes!

Lots of good Christmas items this year. Love the Disney section. Clean stores as always. Customer service still lacking. Don't know if they don't get paid enough or treaded nicely by Management, but they have always been short and impatient with customers. Asking a question is such a imposition for them it feels like. Some times they just point and walk away. Come on guys take better care of your employees and they will take better care of you're customers. Money isn't everything.

Do not recommend attempting to have anything delivered from Lowe’s. Had my scheduled delivery no show/cancel twice with no response from Lowe’s. After many phone calls (and many many minutes on hold) I still received no answers or assurance about my issues. A manager even told me that they aren’t responsible for the delivery service. Only helpful people were the initial salesperson and the employee who cancelled my order. Will never purchase from them again.

I was looking for a particular light bulb, and Diego helped me search for the bulb. It was several minutes of searching only to find out that they don’t carry the one I needed. Diego told me the base size so that I could check at a different hardware store because of the unique size. I was successful in finding the light bulb at a local hardware store. Thank you Diego, you made my search easier, and I’ll definitely be back for my other home needs.

Worst experience ever! Do not buy anything at this store that has to be delivered by them. Very unprofessional, we were waiting for a delivery for 4 days. We were told every day it would be there, finally on the 3rd day we went to the store (after being assured the appliance was on the truck and definitely out for delivery). The appliance was still in the store...oops didn't make it on the truck! Never again!

I love this Lowes. It often feels like an upscale Hardware store due to the spacious interior, cleanliness, and new inventory. As they are just off the freeway, they do struggle to keep some of the most commonly purchased items in stock. There's usually plenty of parking and I can find what I need, (unless it's an employee, I can only find them when I don't need help, lol).

Nothing spectacular, just like Home Depot and oddly enough both locations have broken items in same department!? Store is horribly laid out, nothing flows or is closely related to one another. Forces you to look at every aisle to find what you're looking for and hopefully if you find an employee they've been there long enough to show you where the item you're looking for.

It's a Lowe's. Some way it's better than Home Depot, and some ways it's not. Mainly in some of the tools and items available. Experience is largely fine, but good luck finding someone to help you. As per usual these days, they'll have you working for free checking yourself out, which can be trying with parts that don't scan or need to be entered manually.

Can't speak for all Lowe's departments, but in the window coverings area you can't do better than Sky Davenport. Sky helped us determine what we needed and made sure we got exactly that. Sky followed-up and followed-through on both occasions we went to Lowe's-- it was our experience with Sky that brought us back the second time. Give that person a raise!!

Not happy with this Lowe’s. I placed an order the day before hoping it’d be ready by the morning since it was only one item. No, I had to wait all day for it then I called the store to see what was going on and all they said was “we are backed up”. I then show up for curbside pickup and have to wait 30+ mins just for an order. That’s quite ridiculous

Garden center employees are absolutely spot on. Really knowledgeable, really patient just overall good customer service. The guy who seemed like he was stocking things was very helpful and patient, the cashier went out of his way to help me find someone who knew what I was looking for. Solid people, solid attitude 10/10 would recommend.

This store is terrible. No employees are ever to be found. Tried to buy a cooktop today and the person helping me was clueless. When the manager was called over to help, she declined. So, clueless and indignantly inconsiderate is how I rate this store. Said it before, and I will say it again, I wish all Lowes were Home Depots.

The cashier could not be bothered to make sure I was given the 10%Veterans discount. Even when I mentioned it BEFORE she started handling my purchase. The Lowe's Veterans discount is a sham. It's a lure to get Veterans to shop there, then they make it extremely difficult to get that discount at the register.

I been remodeling my back yard and been doing multiple trips. One day they had paint on sale, the next they had solar lights on sale for the yard, and the next day I found flowers on sale. Wood is decently priced. Everything you need is there. The employees could be more friendly and greet customers more.

Sometimes the traffic is tough, otherwise a clean and well organized place. We went today for an appliance light bulb that we hadn't been able to locate. Guess what? They had it! This made me happy. Staff is helpful even on a busy Saturday afternoon. I would definitely recommend this location.

This Lowe's is great. They always have great plants and flowers. I love browsing their BBQ section. They always have the hardware I need. The staff is friendly and very helpful. And it's never a problem getting my military discount. They're just down the street too which is helpful.

No cashiers so the only option is self checkout. You can’t get the military discount in self checkout so the only person there has to check you out after you already did it for yourself and they’re busy helping everyone else. I’ll go to a different Lowes from now on.

This is a nice Lowe's location. We found everything we needed for a backyard project or two. The nursery was laid out well and was reasonably neat. It was warm and the large fans and misters under the shade cloth were much appreciated.
