"Horrible costumer service! My dad had a terrible experience at Lowe’s today trying to get an order delivered"
super busy, lines are long these days, but they still do their best. the sales are pretty great. got the brushless dewalt 6 pc set for 450$, and the will always price match other places. only problem i had was ordering for curbside pickup. got a message that it may take them awhile to pick the order out, and by the time i got there to pick up my item (which was on sale) they hadnt grabbed it off the shelf by the time they sold out. but they tried to make it right and gave me options on how to resolve it. Lydia at the pickup desk is AMAZING! she went above and beyond, i saw her trying hard to call departments to bring orders, and since they were so busy, i saw her run and grab 5 different peoples orders rather than try and wait for the departments to bring them up to the counter. she was super friendly through even some rough, difficult customers; she new exactly what she was doing and helped everyone in a fast way; and everyone i saw leave her line left happy, even if they were upset while they were there. flew through the longest line ive ever seen. dont know what she is getting paid, but definitely deserves a raise and promotion. dont mean to blow her up, but seriously have never had anyone ever go above and beyond like she did. THANK YOU LYDIA, you have earned lowes a customer for life. because of her i even went and got a lowes credit card, and cut up my home depot card.
Aside from a few helpful staff members, worst Lowe’s Store I have ever been in. One example: recently came to purchase products that the website said were in stock. They were not. Decided a few days later to order them online as the product showed that they were available for in store pickup. Order confirmation stated that the in-store items were available today. Came to the store and was told that I can not retrieve the items. Someone from the store must retrieve them for me. Person at the customer service desk called someone and told me to come back in ten minutes. I did some additional shopping. The Custer service person tried to contact original picker but could not get through. She leaves. I thought she was trying to find the picker. I find out later that she went on break. When she comes back I make another inquiry and a second person is sent to look for my purchases. After I have waited an hour from the time I entered the store, I decide to flag down Leo, the Manager, who proceeds to tell me I should have waited for an email before coming to the store even though the system said the items were in stock. After expressing dissatisfaction with the ordering and pickup process Leo tells me that I am free to shop somewhere else. So l, in the end, I did receive some useful help from Leo. I won’t be back.
My experience at this Lowes location has been extremely disappointing. I recently bought a Kobalt 80v electric mower that came with the batteries and battery charger. The charger was broken and batteries were dead so I wasn't able to use it. I came back the very next day to see what my options were to rectify being sold the defunct merchandise. I was told by an associate that all clearance items are final sale and that I was not able to return it, get store credit or at least, a replacement charger for the merchandise I never even got to use. The associate had a manager come over to explain the return policy and said he could replace the charger but would need to order it since it wasn’t in stock at the store. That was all I wanted and didn’t think I would have had to ask for in this situation. I gave him my name, contact info and he said that it would be about a week for the charger to arrive. I followed up a week later and no one knew anything about it. A different manager briefly took my call said she would look in to it and took my info down again. It has been 3 weeks and I have not heard from anyone from the Rainier Lowes regarding the defunct merchandise that they pawned off on me. Really disappointing experience, at the very least, sell merchandise that isn’t already broken upon 1st use.
(Old review)This place is horrible. It’s almost impossible to get any help without walking across the entire store to get it. Then you are lucky if that person has a clue. Most of the stuff I purchase here falls apart or deteriorates within a couple months. For example I bought a “neverleaks” water hose storage box less than a year ago. It’s literally collapsing inside and wouldn’t unreel my hose. I’ve injured my wrist trying to use it and they wouldn’t take it back once I got the hose off. Don’t shop here and if you have to be very smart about what you purchase. (1/13/22) I’ve noticed a huge positive change in the customer service quality and am pretty happy with it so I’ve upgraded to a 2. Unfortunately just a two because today I was accosted by a gentleman working the register spewing a Lowe’s “story” that veteran (I am a veteran) discounts should only be for drafted veterans. Seems to me like a lie that Lowe’s is now trying to push to change the narrative and get a little more money in shareholders pockets. Very sad. Whether we were drafted or not we risked our lives to protect wall street so they can get rich off the backs of hardworking Americans. All veterans deserve and appreciate the recognition for that sacrifice.
Horrible costumer service! My dad had a terrible experience at Lowe’s today trying to get an order delivered. First they messed up his order and costumer service didn’t know how to fix it, second they kind of accused him of stealing as the security lady took his receipt without saying anything and about 30 mins later returned and handed it to a young black woman who works in costumer service who was of course rude and incompetent. She wasn’t able to explain to my dad what had happened as she kept yelling at him “NO, NO. I DONT KNOW” to anything he would ask. She had a bad attitude the entire interaction, and still had the audacity to act like it was my dad’s fault when all he was trying to understand was why his refund was not showing up. I’m extremely disappointed about the horrible costumer service they give and this woman needs to be reprehended because thats not how you treat people in general. You can’t just yell “I don’t know” when it is literally your responsibility to know as a costumer service employee. Don’t take out your frustration on costumers who have nothing to do with the mistakes your staff makes. 11/28/23
Every time I come to this Lowes, the staff are suuuuper rude and unhelpful. Normally I would give a place the benefit of the doubt thats its just an off day. But literally every single time I go here, I have a very unsavory interaction with one of the staff. Today I walked up the the customer service counter and stood waiting directly in front of the register for a good 10 minutes. One of the staff walked up and started messing with the computer but didn't acknowledge me in any way. And then she proceeded to call the person up that was standing behind me. And then when I stopped her and told her I hadn't been helped yet, she gave me attitude and acted like I was wasting her time. She couldn't even be bothered to respond to the question I had and again walked around the counter and went to help that other lady. It was completely uncalled for and very upsetting. This isn't the only time something like this has happened to me at this location. I don't know why people here are so unfriendly....maybe bad management. Or maybe the staff is really racist or something. But I definitely won't ever go back.
Lowes’ blind vendor Springs Windows Fashion has been atrocious to work with. I placed an order in early June for patio and kitchen blind and it took double the time they quoted to get the patio blind delivered. The kitchen blind was made incorrectly, and I am still waiting on the replacement, which they have lost. Absolutely awful service. Don’t ever order window treatments or installation service from them. EDIT: I'm editing the original review because there is not an option to respond to Lowe's response. Lowe's has permanently lost me as a customer and I hope others follow suit. I did as they recommended, and contacted their customer care team, but their customer care team is as unresponsive as their 3rd party vendors. I was told that I would be contacted late last week with an update and still have yet to hear from them. Unfortunately, I cannot get resolution with my kitchen blind issue (see photo) and will have to contest the charges.
I rang up $40 worth of merch @ self checkout. It halted on my fresh-from-bank $20 bill. Black-haired older female staff rudely asked if bill was real. Retried & machine took both 20s. I realized I needed a bag so grabbed a paper bag from another register. (Quel surprise, not stocked at my register!) She shouts "Did u pay for that bag?" at me, stops me and takes the bag. Then refuses to let me buy just a paper bag, telling me to get back in line for it. I almost returned the merch and went to Home Depot. There's only one word I can think of for this woman... Incompetent (ok not really my word but it will do). HDepot is equidistant from my home, I'll be trying them next repair/remodel/panic room project. All I expected her to be is polite; it's ok I needed to buy bag. Denying me a bag was classic 3rd party. Cashier manifests the personality of an under-bridge troll, perhaps she'd be better in Garden?
Been to this location consistently for about a year now on a job in the area - definitely the worst overall experience in a home improvement store. Competency, readiness to help and availability of employees is very poor in comparison to HomeDepot, Dunn and others. Unfortunately, my experiences aren’t a fluke and in talking to other contractors, the takeaway is the same with everyone having their own horror story about a time they were at this location. As I write this review, I’ve been waiting for 50 minutes for someone who’s forklift certified to restock a bay of goods so I can leave with the product I need for my current project. I can currently count 8 employees in sight, but are “unable to assist”. As I get into my vehicle to leave the store with the product I came for, it’s now been a 1 hour and 20 minutes- where it should have taken 20 minutes at most. Super disappointing.
I am sharing this wherever I can because I was amazed at the amazing customer service I experienced at the 2700 Rainier Ave South location. I typically do not shop in Seattle, but I was in the area and I required some product that Lowe's had at a great price compared to other businesses. The floor associate required the Store Manager's assistance and can I just say - WOW at the Store Manager. He found the product, directed me to check-out, and helped me load everything onto my truck. He provided friendly, speedy, and exceptional customer service. The floor associates and cashiers were also friendly and ready to attend customers, but I was more impressed by the Store Manager. His name is John Durso and I hope Lowe's recognizes him for his exceptional customer service and professional handling of his store. I highly recommend shopping at this location!
I ordered a Whirlpool dryer from the Rainier Ave. store in Seattle and had it delivered for me to install. The dryer was delivered on time and the delivery guys were helpful and courteous however, when I tried to install it I found that a critical part, (the leveling feet) were missing. I have tried to call the store to have them delivered to me and am not getting an answer, with no way to leave any message for a callback. I have looked all over the Lowe's website for other ways to contact them and all they offer are 1 800 numbers which are not available at this time because I am on the West coast. There is no way to contact them by email or online as far as I can tell. I would recommend shopping elsewhere for appliances because they make it impossible to get any timely help if anything goes wrong.
This store has been a nightmare to work with for my blinds install from start to finish (if we ever finish). We ordered at the beginning of August and still have not completed the project. The installer no showed for the actual install, mismeasured part of the project, lied about “expediting the replacement” waited several days to even put in the order for the correct measurements, then the store waited nearly a week and a half to actually order the replacement despite me calling support multiple times. The support team has even been hung up on by the store when trying to help me sort out the issue. I will not be using Lowes for any future projects. Edit as I can’t reply. Wrong product was sent again. Now this project will take over 3 months for 9 blinds to be installed.
If I could give zero stars I would. It took me calling 3 different phone numbers to find out who to talk to about the installation service which is run through a third party. Well these installers came out and refused to install the DW because they claimed the outlet wasn’t sufficient. Never mind the fact there was already one installed in the same spot with no issues. So i had to pay to have an electrician come out to install another outlet (this is not required by code!) and then it took another 3 weeks to get back on the schedule for the install since they only seems to work on mondays. And while I was waiting they had disabled the hot water from my sink during their first visit so I couldn’t even wash dishes in the sink. Horrible experience, avoid at all costs.
Big store, usually lower prices than other places but if you're trying to go here to buy new door entry sets and get them rekeyed, go somewhere else. We went over the weekend and bought multiple lock sets, hoping to get them rekeyed to the same key. Was told they don't do that over on the weekends, only during the week. Then when we came back two days later, we were told the guy who does them comes in two hours later and told to come back. Then BECAUSE I HAD A NAGGING FEELING, I CALLED and was told "we only rekey locks bought on the same day". We were finally told that they'd make an exception and "let us" come in to rekey the locks we bought literally two days ago from this Lowes. Went to McLendon's and they were wonderful and inexpensive to rekey the locks.
While the staff are mostly very helpful (the nursery manager is SO GREAT!!), the lockdown of some products, like soap and detergents, seems excessive. I always forget that you can't get into the restroom without a code, and it can be difficult to find an available staffer before you feel like you are going to wet yourself. It's a three-star rating, with an extra star simply because the nursery manager is such a great guy. If you lose him, ill change my rating to 2 stars. Also, there is an incredibly helpful man in plumbing, he knows his stuff and is super helpful with a little sense of humor that makes it easier to ask questions when you have zero idea what you are looking for.
Exceptional customer service from the moment I walked in until my departure. Austin promptly greeted me and guided me to the correct aisle for a sprinkler plug that went missing. His friendly and engaging manner made the interaction enjoyable. Later, Rita advised me to delay watering my grass until September, resulting in substantial savings on my water bill. Finally, Nawal, who assisted me with the return, went above and beyond by offering to replace the plug, thus negating the need for an entirely new sprinkler purchase. The willingness to 'say yes to the customer' along with $30 back into my pocket turned a normal day into an unforgettable experience. Thanks Lowes!
We purchased a grill from Lowes at the store. After 30 minutes of waiting for them to grab from the back (there were none upfront) they gave us an assembled grill that would not fit in our car. Their only option for us was to pay more for tools, or to dissemble or rent their truck ( as the guy said just like everyone else) We spent more time taking the grill apart outside of Lowes then it would have taken to assemble ourselves. On top of that it was assembled poorly and parts are already bent. I would expect to come home with a brand new grill for the money we paid but instead left with a dinged up grill that looks handed down.
Note to management: - I understand the need to put things in cages. But I'm not interested in wandering around to find someone to open the cage...how about putting a human in the department. How about that human doesn't leave for break until his replacement shows up. - Why does it look like your employees are running away when you need them. Or they are dazed and confused - Hire a skilled trades person to establish what is on the shelves....so much of it is not needed. And what you need is rarely there. Especially in the tool section. - Its getting to the point where it's actually quicker to drive somewhere else
I went into Lowe's for their Labor Day sale looking for a full set of appliances for my home. It was the last day of the sale so the store was understandably busy, which makes me even more amazed at the time and care the assistant manager Kris took in helping me and my husband. There were some challenges in getting the correct promotions to show up at the cash register and Kris really went above and beyond in making sure we left the store as happy customers. Honestly, I was pretty blown away at how great the customer service was, and we now count ourselves as loyal customers of this Lowe's.
I have to admit that this location has definitely improved over last year and the previous year. Perhaps a change in store management and more attention to details this season. My visit was primarily for garden and garden supplies. This department has shown a vast improvement over last year although you can still find dried out plants and flowers. The garden center needs more help in order to keep the stock well cared for. No one wants to Purchase dried out and dying plants . The staff is helpful and personable which makes the shipping experience more tolerable. Parking lot is cleaner.
I needed one tool that was locked up for security so I looked for an associate to help me but never showed up. After a long wait I decided to ask for help to a man that was helping a lady at the key kiosk. He said in a rude manners that I should wait until he was done with her. She knew he was being rude so she told him he should help me since her matters where going to take longer time but he refused to help me get the tool and instead he started having a conversation with the lady while ignoring me. Now I’m just going to go directly to Home Depot instead of wasting my time here.
Trish, in the Appliance Dept was professional and courteous as she helped me yesterday in making a decision on a new refrigerator. We started out on the phone and I was so impressed, when she suggested I visit the store for a better idea of the selection, I took her up on that suggestion. Once arriving, Trish was sincere in her desire to meet my needs and my budget. Her product knowledge demonstrated a well trained employee as well as someone who enjoys their job and profession. I would not hesitate to recommend Trish at Lowes. Best wishes for continued success! Alice Davis
I was told that I got hired on the spot before the initial background check and knowing that I have a spotty background I let them know and they said that it shouldn't be a problem. But when waiting for over 2 weeks for the background check the rescinded the offer and told me that I couldn't work because of my background, and I have been waiting for a job since they have offered it to me. If you're trying to turn your life around, they are not the ones to apply to. It's best bet to not find a job than to get your hopes up of working for this company.
Recently picked up an order that I placed around noon, which wasn’t ready until 7pm (despite online checkout quoting ~3 hrs). I arrived only to be told the saw was down and I couldn’t cut my lumber to size, which I find highly unlikely, considering it’s an essential service the store provides to big businesses daily. Another time, I went to pick up paint and the mixer was also conveniently down. Both times were within 2 hours of closing. This will be the second time I am forced to lug my items back to the store for follow up service. Not impressed.
I go here frequently and I've seen a lot of improvement over the last couple of years. The plumbing department has shown great improvement just recently. It's organized and I actually found all the fittings I needed on my last trip, which WAS a rarity, but hopefully it's a permanent change. They have slowly been improving the Pro stuff, which is mostly what I buy, so I like that a lot. My biggest complaint for the last few years is they don't restock empty shelves until a customer asks, which can take an hour. Hopefully they are improving this.
When you advertise curbside pickup so people do not have to go in the store or unable to. Make sure the curbside extension number works. Followed the instructions on the sign 4 times. Only to get a busy signal each time. Forcing us to venture inside to customer service. Not a single other customer was waiting to use pickup. We get it. Times are crazy but don’t advertise a service just for show. Some people might not have to ability or want to go inside the store to do your job. Overall the store is well stocked and staff help is decent.
I love Lowe's its is one of my favorite store. Even tho you only get home supplies at Lowe's you still visit it see it your self. It pretty have everything you need for house. And the customer service is amazing. You should always know Lowe's anyways because it actually makes you feel good just being in there. Find out yourself go visit it you will absolutely love it just like how i feel in love with it. So i want to give a five star rating for Lowe's that took good take care of me while i was visiting Lowe's. Hope to see you there.❤❤
I do not like Lowes. I looked up what I wanted on the Lowes website ahead of time. When I walked in someone did speak to me. I showed them the product on their website. I was directed to aisle 11. I get to ailse 11. I didn't see anything remotely like the product I was looking for. An employee did ask me how I was doing. I said I was lost and the person smiled and walked away. I decided it was time for me to walk away too. In a place this big, when someone asks you where something is you should escort them there.
Just terrible customer service. I needed wire shelves cut to size. There was a sticker on the rack saying to contact an associate to get them cut. I went to the "service" desk, and asked for help. First they said the saw was broken. Saw for wire shelves. After asking to see a manager, some one showed up and said they don't do cutting. I said there is a sign. He demanded I show him. When we got there, he looked at the sticker and peeled it off, before saying to me, "we don't do that."
Just went to do a propane tank exchange. It wasn't clear where I was supposed to go. Because I am a Lowes for Pros member I went to that counter and waited in line. Once it was my turn I was told that I wasn't at the correct counter. I was told to go pay first and then exchange. I waited in the regular line and was told to go to customer service counter. From there I was finally able to exchange the tank. Also the flowers at this particular location are mostly almost dead..
We ordered doors back in August and paid over $ 8000 and waiting for up to December. They delivered doors and left good doors in our basement over month without install. They are all messed up measuring doors. They never call for update what is going on for 3weeks. So We cancelled and requested all the money back. They need better system at window department. Assistant manager Forrest treated us ok but he could be better. No more Lowe's for windows for us.
customer disservice - just tried to call the store to find out about an order - on hold indefinitely. Then on hold for another thirty minutes while someone attempted to find out when an order placed two weeks ago might be available for pickup - with no answer. Finally after another twelve minute call and I was given the information I needed. Should have taken 5 minutes to get the correct answer in the first place but no-one seems to know what to do.
This is to Ericka from NY. Thanks for going out of your way helping me purchasing the smaller bug spray that I really wanted by going up to get it. You could have easily told me that you guys were out & I would have had to purchase the bucket. That’s why I love coming here! Ericka & Amber. The younger guy at customer service was also a great help. I can’t remember his name but he was new & our birthdays were just one day apart. 12/12.
We had a great experience here! I needed 4 cinderblocks but was unsure about how to actually grab them. We went to the help-desk and the employee helped us out. She left to go find the cinderblocks and came back with a cart already loaded. Stellar service. We also had to pick up a rack and everyone involved was helpful. Store was clean, staff friendly, and the garden section was nice to stroll through. We’ll definitely be back ✌
Forget about this being on Rainier Avenue!! It’s well worth the visit thanks to their great staff and helpful employees. Only 2 minutes off I-90. The best part? The fresh grill outside the entrance! Well worth making this a destination: Top quality dogs, brats and veggie-dogs grilled on an open flame with a cold drink for only $4.99. Burgers and fries now too. Their servers are all first class with fantastic attitudes as well!
Nothing appeared to be stocked or organized. Asked for some styrofoam or foam packaging they might be throwing away and 3 out of four employees straight up lied and said they had none. There was tons of it in the trash cans of the lumber dept just laying around. Also lots of foam and packing materials blowing around their trashed parking lot. Glad this isn’t my local store, this place looks like it’s seen better days.
I made use of the Lowe’s on Rainer for a ton of things over the summer, AC units during the heat dome, paint and touch up materials, and for my final last minute need, I scooped up a Kobalt tool backpack as an extra bag for transporting some special personal items. The staff and store were friendly. Defiantly make sure to check them out when you need to do that next do-it-yourself or home improvement project!
If there's any slight problem with your order they'll put you on hold, bounce you around, and flat out hang up on you. I've been hung up on 3 times now. I'm sure it's not just this location with this issue, but it is extremely rude. I'm not a person that's hard to work with, if anything I'm a pushover, just be straight up with me if my issue can't be resolved. Edit: finally got resolved after many calls
This is the most poorly run Lowe’s I’ve ever been to. They stock items in the wrong place which creates confusion and price shock at check out, employees have directed and advised me to purchase incorrect items and the employees are generally unhelpful - i once had someone take a break in the middle of my paint order without telling me. It’s worth the longer drive to go elsewhere.
The garden center plants at this location have been top notch for several years now. I appreciate that they carry Proven Winners brand, and generally have a great year-round selection based on what's in-season. I no longer liver nearby but will often still make a point to come to this garden center when I need plantings. I have always found employees helpful and kind here.
The neighborhood is super sketchy and feels really unsafe all the time but especially at night. Also, anytime the shelf is empty, but it shows online that it's in stock, they tell me the computer is wrong, and refuse to go look for it. I always find the product on a higher shelf without fail. And then they take forever to get it down.
I used to come here all the time, but seems like it’s gone massively downhill. Clueless disinterested staff*. No one of any expertise available to advise on items. Low or no stock on many items. Items locked in “improvised” security cabinets. Dirty floors. Does this place even have a manager with a pulse? *Except Josh. Josh was cool.
Special thanks to Jerome in the garden section who helped me get a very large order of heavy tiles and soil out of the store and into my car. I would not have been able to do this without his help. This was the first time going to this lowes and even if the location has some issues it’s worth going to for the great customer service!
I'm confused about the bad reviews for this Lowe's. I go here all the time for paint and everyone who works here is so helpful, kind, and interesting to talk to. I've never had to wait longer than 20 min for them to mix paint, even when it's busy. Products are usually in stock, it's clean, it's convenient, and everyone is nice!
they don't even deserve a star. i was told by an employee that they would take my item to the register since i was still walking around. i got to the register and my item was no where to be found. i waited almost 30 minutes after i was told he was on the way. i just left without buying anything. what a waste of time.
This Lowe's is in a really sketchy area. When I entered and asked for a cart, they said they were low on carts so I walked out to the parking lot to grab one from the stalls- something you'd think a Lowe's employee should do? They also have a poor plant selection. I'll stick to the Northgate location from now on.
This system is utterly pathetic. I am trying to buy this sink on sale and customer service is making things way too complicated. I had to wait an hour to finally buy it. I demand a complete employee and syatem overhaul. Utterly awful. And I've encountered similar issues for years. I HATE THEM THEY DESERVE HATE
The team here was pretty helpful, and the selection is better than most home improvement stores in Seattle but during my most recent visit I had several "community members" attempt to open my car door as I drove off the lot. Unfortunately I probably will never make any high value purchases at this location.
My partner and I like to come here and save plant lives, for real. For a cheap prices. It's Lowe's. Everything snd anything is here, affordable prices. You want some life therapy, walk in the plant section for a breather, a different kind of breather. Enjoy it. It's worth the experience.
We had an appliance delivered from this location and the delivery guy was profane and angry. He used the f word repeatedly. This is the last dime Lowes receives from us and my business. They've already ignored my complaint and they keep pretending to care in response to these reviews.
It's in the name; Lowe's is truly "low" on my list. This location opens at 6am, but hardware and paint department staffing is non-existent until 8-9am. The only staff roaming around are front desk and customer service. They're ready to take your money, but not provide service.
I don't love how reliant they are on self check, but it's true that I've had a much easier time finding staff help in the aisles recently. Great employees. I wish hardware stores would hire more people with subject expertise, but that is not a problem limited to Lowe's.
Poor customer service. Wanted to get a handheld vacuum and the rep said he'd bring it up to the counter (instead of getting it in front of us even though the ladder was there). Then we were waiting at customer service for at least 15 minutes before deciding to leave.
Best Lowes I've been to. They have a walk in lumber center and the staff helped me immediately. -Update Just went in to Lowe's today for some drywall tape and had a representative point me in the right direction and give me reassurance that my process would work.
Service is lacking. Employees are rude. It's almost impossible to find someone working in the store. They now lock their bathrooms, so don't count on using them unless you want to track down and employee to physically open them, because the won't give you code.
Helpful and knowledgeable workers was a great pleasure when I had to do my shopping in this store! Oh and the cleaning supplies are great when it comes to prices! I was happily surprised with this! I go to Lowes for my Laundry detergents and cleaning supplies!
I had to wait over 25 minutes to pickup my online order. Nobody at the station. I had to go and find someone who can help me. I'll not got this store in the future. They have no value for customer's time. What's the point of online order and pick up store !!!!
Folks whowork there are knowledgable and very helpful. One staff escorted and helped us find what we needed (screws in hiding) on a different aisle. Another brought a tall ladder and got the heavy bins down all near the closing time. Superb customer service!
For Lowe's it's a pretty good store. I have never really liked Lowe's. All the ones in the Tri Cities suck. No one is trained and no one is helpful. But this one is actually nice to go to and the employees are helpful. So thumbs up to the management.
The staff was mildly helpful but directed me to various sections of the store they didn't work in to find the same items. In the bolts/fasteners section they were missing nearly half of the different size bolts...pretty pathetic in this day and age.
Some employee at this store allowed a customer to use my Lowe’s credit card without ID? (Or the physical card) tried to call the store multiple times and can never reach a human. Awful experience with this store and I’ve never even been there!
Went there for plants left with plants and lightbulbs place is huge has everything you need just like Home Depot about the same prices people are just switching things out of boxes and the other boxes it was a pretty sweet place I enjoyed it
I was there with a lady I do job's for we couldn't find any carts so she asked a worker he told her they charge 25 cents for carts & you get it back when you return cart so the lady asked another worker about it & she helped us out & got us
Very sad experience at this particular store...was trying to order something and the lady either didn't know or didn't wanted to know...the result was the same...an unsatisfactory performance that promted this negative review...don't get me
Pros: it's close by Cons: no one working in the store can help with anything, they just keep calling other people to help and eventually just leave you and shrug when they can't find anyone. Train some more people on how to use the hardware
Service was good. The manager of the department used (appliances) was not wearing a mask, so I refused service from him as I have a compromised immune system. The employee who did assist was wearing a mask by choice as the mask Mandate in
I tried to order vinyl plank flooring for pick up. When I finally heard back (after days instead of the usual hours) they had cancelled my order because it was "out of stock." The website still showed they had 24 in stock, so I contacted
Nothing like a Lowe's to get your projects started! Huge selection of garden/outdoor, lumber, windows, doors, lights, and all manner of hinges, bolts, and fasteners. I've been to this location a number of times so far and wherever I've
I bought a refrigerator from Lowe’s, the guys that delivered it took my hand railings off my stairs, and didn’t put them back, my mother is elderly and can’t get out of the house without them, when they came to replace the fridge they
This specific Lowe's on Rainier Ave bLowes. By far the worst hardware in the known universe. Never has anything in stock that their website claims is in stock. Has terrible customer service but honestly I don't blaim the workers. This
This store was under staffed and people unfortunately were stealing in front of the security who said that they weren't able to stop theft and they were hired to be a divergent. I would not go to this store again basised on that alone.
Only place in the world you can't make a phone call, only with theirs credit card. Many items with low tags. Some computers don't pull my company name, using my number or name. NO SHARE cart in the web page.. just item by item
I recently visited here for the first time. I needed some steel wool. I found an employee, they directed me to where it was, and I was in and out again in 5 minutes. Hard to beat that for a store as large as this one.
Paulson went above and beyond to assist me in locating a utility sink and finalizing the sale. I really appreciate him working there, and I hope his superiors realize what a difference he makes for the clientele.
What a joke. Don’t use their curbside pickup. Twice I’ve made the mistake of using the “service” and waiting. For close to 30 min. Finally flagged people down to get help, who wasn’t helpful. Joke shopping here.
Had all the blinds I needed and I needed a ton! Custom cut my blinds exactly to my specific measurements. Friendly staff and great selection of products. They even informed me of some special sales coming up.
Paulson went above and beyond helping me retrieve a utility sink and complete my purchase. I hope management recognizes and retains great employees like him, it makes a huge difference to customers!
This is the best Lowe’s I have ever shopped at. The associates are awesome and friendly. The store is always clean. 99% of the time what I need is in stock; if not, they can easily help me order it.
No human checkers. Forced to use self checkout while employees wander around lookong for something to do. I already have a job. Pay me to check out my purchase. Will order from amazon instead.
They let me install a hitch on my girlfriend's car in the parking lot. I legitimately had no where else with as good lighting and the ability to grab a tool I inevitably forgot.
The lack of professionalism is astounding. The store is excellent at creating problems, then making them worse, and then laughing in your face when you try to resolve them.
I came here multiple times, every time I leave disappointed more than last time. Usually it is just terrible customer service and much more expensive prices.
Nice people working there, friendly customer service, have most of what you need to complete the job, good prices. Really good quality tools, and material
On this trip I needed a Jack and Wrench as preparredmess for a roadside emergency. Although the associates inventory said they had them, they had neither.
August 3, 2012 Buying #plants & #flowers for the #gardening #job from #loweshomeimprovement Lowe's Home Improvement 2700 Rainier Ave S, Seattle, WA 98144
DO NOT ORDER FOR DELIVERY. I like the staff here and I know dispatch tries, but they don't seem to have enough drivers or drivers are unreliable.
Not my first choice for tools. Milwaukee is the tool leader, lowess doesn't carry. However, the quality of hardware and material is upscale.
Went in for a push broom and some screws. Was out within 10 mins as one associate directed me to the precise locations of both items.
I think this Lowe's in particular is an okay but sum other ones be asking too much questions. I want to give them a four star rating.
It's a challenging location to operate and I deeply appreciate Lowes being here. The garden center is extremely well stocked too.
This store is horrible. Staff are rude. Poorly managed. I just need a couple keys. I will never waste my time going there again.
New policy, you can't return after 90days. I was at 92 days. Poor customer service, better to shop a home Depot
James helped me get a perfect match with a tricky white paint. Thanks for the great customer service!
Per usual they had we needed. Can you please you’re a little bit more helpful and friendly. Kudos.
They have electric carts for customers. All employees were helpful and had positive attitude.
Im usually a Home Depot guy, but I can usually find everything I need for my projects
Till till hardware store bad customers service but with Lowe's you get what you pay
Great recliner chairs. Comfortable! On a busy weekend cleanliness was not good.
They have what you need at Great prices and excellent Customer Service .
Great customer service. They solved my issue very quickly.
