Stay away! The plumber came on Sunday to replace a tap. All went well until we noticed a leak after he left. The following day (Monday), we called and asked them to finish the job, and they requested another £100 on top of the £180 we paid. I think the least is to take responsibility when a job isn't properly done, not take advantage of it to empty your pockets.

I got a plumbing problem with my water heater. The technician, Ben, arrived on time and set about diagnosing the issue. Ben's mission today was to diagnose the point of leakage within non-visible space that three other professionals were unable to do. He was friendly and professional, and he found the problem! We are on our way to hot showers!
