The guys that work at Lucas electronics are super helpful and knowledgeable. It is always my go-to local store for electronics, especially because the price match with all the major online retailers. Most recently I bought a 55” Samsung Frame Tv (which is amazing by the way) and Paul was super helpful with the decision-making process, checkout, delivery AND installation. Paul and Dominic brought the TV up to my 3rd floor apartment (all stairs) and spent the next hour or so installing the tv on my wall (on a Saturday evening). They brought all the tools and gadgets necessary for installation so I didn’t have to lift a finger! Plus! Delivery is free and the installation was in the $100-$150 range, which was totally worth having professionals install the tv (the Frame’s installation is a bit more complex than the normal tv wall mount). Not to mention they both cleaned up after themselves, and even swept/vacuumed the area they worked in to make sure to get all the debre from the drilling holes in the wall. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not only did they come recommended to me, but they exceeded my expectations on every level. From customer service, to product knowledge, and even just friendly advice they went above and beyond to set me up with a brand new entertainment system. Paul and Dominique were extremely helpful and even offered to deliver and install the new tv/system that day after they got off work so I would be ready to host people for the big game. Go to Lucas electronics if you want people who know there stuff and are willing to talk to you through any and every question you might have about getting what’s right for you! Not to mention they will match any competitive lower price if it’s not already offered by them, which all were equal or better to the deals that I found elsewhere.

I have Miele Triflex Vacuum cleaner, I buy from PC Richard Woodside, Queens with sloopy salesman year ago have problem with handles switch on & off. They dont want help & just say it. We cant help you because you don’t purchase additional warranty from US. Even though the warranty for 2 years from Miele. But! Lucas Electronic answer & solve the problem right away without hesitate to Fix the Miele Triflex. This is the only place I will shop for appliances and electronics. I live near several places but I will always walk the 20 minutes to go to this place. It’s very clean and organized and I think that says a lot about the owner/employees. Being clean and organized is great but the main reason I have and will always go to this store is because every time I go there I get the best service. These guys are very kind and helpful. They never seem too busy to answer any questions. They always take time to tell you about the product if you need help. Just all around a great store with great people.

My roommates and I just recently bought a TV here. First, the prices are hard to beat and they will match any outside price you find (ex.Amazon). We didn’t need it since their price was the best on the market for the TV we wanted. When we walked in we were immediately greeted by Paul. The customer service here is great. I ordered 75 inch hudge TV from that store and not only I am the most happy with that purchase but also customer service and professionalism is beyond my expectations! Przemek came to my house and make sure that my TV was hanged properly! And later I ordered 3 air conditioners and again- I got great products with amazing installation ! Very friendly and knowledgeable people! We buy most of our electronics here at this point because of the great attention to detail. Recently we bought a new AC which had some issues. But Paul was very helpful every step of the way; he gave us a replacement, which he cheerfully and quickly installed. Whenever we go there, Paul asks specific questions about what we need, to make sure that he's recommending the perfect product. That's true customer service. A+++ for service, talent and kindness.

My experience at Lucas has been nothing short of incredible. They are very caring and professional people. I purchased my air conditioner from them last year. Truly the best of the best not only in Greenpoint but all of NYC! Will be my go-to electronics store going forwards. Customer service is top-tier. I had an AC installation done, super quick and easy and most cost effective. Also got a microwave— purchased within 10 min. I spoke with David who is great, very friendly and both guys in the store were amazing as well.

This store has a good selection of everything I’ve needed electronically, they have a range of price points so you have good options. and it’s great to have a neighborhood store in greenpoint rather than order from amazon. They are really helpful, polite, attentive and they know the products they sell well, so can discuss with you options that are best for you.

Approx 4pm on 8/27/17 - Didn't buy anything, but I called up to ask if an item was in stock. The gentleman who answered the phone answered my questions with enthusiasm and knowledge, and pointed me in the right direction. So I went in looking for speaker a couple weeks back. Ended up getting a JBL party box. It's a small store but packs alot everything is clean and nicely organized. I had purchased a USB flash drive and it didn’t work for what I needed it to work for and I lost my package and still let me exchange it for a better one and let me pay the difference even though they said they normally would never do that and I really appreciate the great customer service.

So helpful! My headphones stopped working and I couldn’t find the receipt or box but they worked with me to locate the receipt in their system and have the company send me a new pair at no cost. Unlike big electronic companies they made it quick and easy (and it didn’t end up costing me).

Finally a store where the staff is ready to explain things about appliances and gadgets. They also have a large variety of products and are ready to match online prices. This place will be my first stop when in search of electronic products even if I have to drive to a different borough.

They a wide selection of high quality products plus they price match. Always get a good vibe in the store. Only reason not 5 stars is because they are sneaky good at up selling their products, but so far so good on the items I’ve gotten from them - vacuum, computer equipment and fans.
