You will see a lot of reviews stating that this a "hidden gem", this is because this is exactly that. A wonderful little bakery, stuffed with delicious cakes, treats, and bread. I don't have a sweet tooth, and yet I immensely enjoyed the desserts they have here. We bought a selection of treats, and each was equally delectable, so I cannot even recommend one. Instead I've taken a picture of what I think is a Millefogie (after some Googling) that I am currently savouring. Please note that although I took the picture today, this was bought yesterday, has been in a fridge overnight after eating half, and is still utterly delicious. Well worth finding out for yourself, you will not be disappointed!

Dopo aver assaggiato i biscotti fatti in questo forno, non riuscivamo a mangiare i biscotti dalle altri parti. Una vera prelibatezza siciliana: tutti i ripieni sono di loro produzione, impasto si scioglie in bocca. I proprietari sono cordiali e disponibili. Consigliatissimo!

I'm really glad I found this place because it has really good croissants, cakes with a ton of cream, and classic Italian cookies. Unfortunately, I had to pay extra for business class seats on the plane because I didn't fit in the economy seat, but I don't regret a thing.

IL MIGLIOR CANNOLO DI PALERMO! Siamo passati per caso al panificio Lucchese e non vedendo cannoli esposti ne ho chiesto uno che mi è stato farcito al momento. La cialda croccante, ricotta non troppo dolce… tutto perfetto!!

Un ottimo panificio nel centro di Palermo, qualità ottima e grande cortesia. Spero si attivino presto per spedire le loro leccornie in Italia e all’estero

This little bakery is a hidden gem! We had the cannoli, which are made on the spot as you order, the pizza sfincione, the almond biscuits, and some of the cakes. Everything was fresh and super authentic ✨

The pinched almond biscuits with icing sugar on the outside and the thumb-sized biscuits covered with chopped almond were both excellent. We tried a basic loaf with sesame seeds on the outside; it was OK.

Wow, real old world traditional bakery that produces a variety of breads, snacks and sweets. Sfincone is super! Make sure to admire the mammoth old forno.
