Arthur and his staff are so friendly. They are fantasic. Arthur took time to explain to my mother's that the Go's were not giving her the right medicine and then took her to the new clinic next door for an emergency Gp check up. His intuition was right. We got an ecg and then a refural to liverpool hospital. After doing a Ct scan found fluid on the lungs and a blood test found clots. We owe Arthur and his staff a BIG thank for Saving my mom. I am for ever in his debt. He know his stuff with Medicine and take time to talk to all his customers like patients and understands them and there real needs more that Gps. He's the best. His staff are well mannered,polite,clearly spoken also take time with all customers that come in making you feel like family not a number. Most of all we love the new uniforms .

Arthur & his team always go above & beyond. For a small family run business they do as best as possible to be competitive with their pricing & although sometimes there's a little bit of a wait, youll never walk in without a big hello from Arthur who remembers your name & checks how you're going. I've currently got covid & needed old & new medications which Arthur's team delivered to my home in Silverdale as I had no other way of getting the meds being in isolation.
