I just ordered food and the women on the phone SPECIFICALLY told me they do credit card takeaway orders. I told her that was how I was paying. Well my food turned up but apparently a minor detail slipped her ignorant mind, they only take credit details over the phone prior to delivery. Which she didn't do. I literally had to scramble around the house looking for money I didn't have and give my order back because I couldn't give them my credit details over the phone in front of the delivery person... because you have to sign. End of story, I gave the food back and slammed the door in his face. I know it's not his fault but I'm sick and did not need my dinner plans to go downhill like that. Ruined my night. Will never order from them again and that's sad because in Adelaide, not many Chinese places deliver. And it says Eftpos available on delivery orders on their pamphlet menu.

Absolutely disgusting! If you want to waste $70+ on dishwater food order from here Manager couldn't care less nor was sorry that the food was inedible. Kept saying no one has complained before about the food Satay chicken and satay steak had no satay flavour at all, a mix of spices and container full of vegetables and minimal meat. Honey chicken - deep fryer oil needed changing, also very dry. Honey sauce was watery and didn't taste like honey. Very disappointing considering we thought we would support a small business as our usual Chinese shop is shut for renovations. Was more then happy to take our money! Will not be returning nor recommending this business at all

Best fried rice I've ever had! I've only been there once so far but I look forward to trying other dishes. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I found the sauce in one of our dishes to be tasty, but a tad watery, and the salt and pepper flavour in my salt and pepper squid could have been a bit stronger for my personal taste. The serving size of the Honey Chicken was quite generous which was nice to see. Luong's Gourmet could very well become my new local go-to for Chinese takeaway.

Ordered honey chicken for $14. Very disappointed with it. The greasy chicken pieces look like popcorn chicken in a box and its not engulfed in honey at all. The honey is badly watered down too. Better off buying KFC. Stay away from this overpriced rip off Chinese takeaway and also the Vietnamese takeawy 3 doors down. Good luck with your business.

My husband and I have been going here for years, but unfortunately the other night we ordered our meals and once home they were terrible. Sweet n sour pork was tastless and didn't even see the pork so unsure on what it was. The rest of the dishes were the same, saying we were disappointment is an understatement. Wont be going back!

This place is great. I’m picky with Asian food but these guys do it well. Beautiful flavours and ingredients are nice. We have the Mongolian steak and the honey fried fish with special fried rice. Really tasty. Staff are always nice.

Love this place, especially because they deliver and us being lazy we order from this place quite regularly. Their special fried rice is awesome and I always have to get myself a large.

We have lived in South 18 years and for flavour and freshness these cooks are great!! Try the curry beef so tender! This shop needs support so as a local go treat yourself !!

So delicious! And plenty of food for your money. Can't wait to have Luong's for dinner again!

Been a loyal customer here for years. Consistant good food, delivered. Tried other places but no one else meets their standard.

Fast service. Food was great. Thai fried rice was authentic. Pork and chicken dishes have a very good serving of the meat.

I think, in my opinion, they have the best Pad Thai noodles and special fried Rice.. It's just awesome Asian food.
