WORST AGENT IN THE AREA, FULL OF LIES, PUT PERSONAL LIKES AND DISLIKE OVER VENDOR'S BEST INTEREST, LACK OF BASIC MORAL STANDARD. The agent I dealt with is called Josh Luschwitz, one of their Director and boss's son. Let's just call him Pinocchio for his distinctive long nose probably due to hundreds of other lies he told during his life. I was looking to buy one of his listed property. He didn't disclose critical information such as the presence of asbestos in the house and the actual land size is possibly 40 sqm smaller the advertised (value of land is about 2K/sqm where I lives so this will equals to 80K difference in the property value!). When I found out those information through B&P inspection and searching NSW government website, he was clearly unhappy. After a prolonged negotiation, we finally reached a deal through phone on a Friday night. Or more accurately, I accepted his vendor's counter offer. Because the contact needed amendment for new terms, we agreed to get it signed asap the week after (biggest mistake from my side, should have pushed to get at least something signed on that Friday night for proof of the deal!). However, he still opened the property for inspection the following Saturday without even mentioning to people who came to inspect that the house is sold or under contract (I understand some agents will keep opening to get more potential customer contacts. But a common practice is to at least inform that the property is already under the contract). My father happened to pass by and noticed that so he went inside and confronted Pinocchio. Pinocchio was clearly embarrassed by that. Later, Mr Pinocchio informed us that owner has accepted another party's offer because 1. the other party offered a higher price (LIE! I later found out the final sale price was exactly the amount we agreed on Friday night, not a single cent more) and 2. I was not willing to sign the contract (LIE! There was no valid contract to sign at that point and we agreed to get it done asap the week after.). And I didn't even get a chance to compete with the other offer although I was actually wiling to pay more. So it was very obvious that petty Pinocchio had somehow distorted my genuine interest of the property in front of the vendor as his desperate revenge to us for embarrassing him on that Saturday. I only wish the other party wouldn't find themselves in a world of surprise after settlement because Mr Long Nose did slip his mouth that there was another party who showed interest but didn't do their homework at all. As a summary: If you a buyer and happen to run into one of his listing or one of his company's, make sure you QUESTION EVERY PIECE OF INFORMATION HE GIVES YOU AND VALIDATE THEM YOURSELF. Also you need to make sure that KEEP ALL COMMUNICATION WITH HIM IN WRITING so that you can force him to live up to his word if necessary. If you a vendor, STAY AWAY from him. Any agent who put his personal likes and dislikes over the owner's best interest is not worth hiring at all.

Excellent Experience with Mark Blake re recent sale I wish to thank Mark Blake for his assistance in the sale of my property at Tyron Rd, Lindfield, NSW 2070 in 2021. Jacqui Bridge - Professional, Knowledgeable, Responsive, Friendly My wife and I were looking for a property and friends and relatives stumbled across a one which was represented by Jacqui.
