The worst place first of all no covid protocol just walk in where people have used the dirty massage tables , communication zero customer service zero , got thrown into a room zero hygiene and wait for 20min standing there in underware listing to moaning and groaning and giggling from the next room wasn't massage that's for sure as I was getting dressed to leave after yelling out for assistance the lady walks in and Ridley says why arnt you lying down . 5min minutes into the massage she leave a me there on my own 3 ,4 5 min Just got dressed and walked out NEVER TO RETURN in my opinion should be investigated.

Rude and unprofessional staff. I had a booking for 2PM today and here I am ringing and ringing and they didn't answer not once, I really needed this massage and even cancelled work to be here. Never coming back here again. That was the last time. They just replied to me underneath and claim they always answer their phones, I was calling for OVER half an hour. Waited for an hour outside in the sun. I do NOT recommend this place.

A terrible experience. Nothing pisses me off more than being short changed and overcharged. Paid for 1hr and got a rushed 45mins. More expensive than most places in Sydney, poor quality massage and then they didnt even honour the time they charge for. It was my first and last time at this place and i certainly wouldnt recommend it.

Very disappointed. Lady was in and out of the room through out the session then I got cut off 12 minutes short on my massage. I feel super ripped off. Never going back. I tried telling the staff who didn't want to hear about it as they take payment before you start.

‪I paid 70 dollar for remedial massage the lady done the best stretching and she was very good experienced it was the most relaxing one hour in my life.‬
