Went to this chemist for the first time. Wasn’t impressed. Staff were unfriendly. Got the third degree with multiple questions and wanted to see some identification. All I wanted was to purchase some simple analgesia.(Panadol). I usually purchase this at Woolworths. ( no questions asked). Not sure if there is some sort of government rule when purchasing from a chemist. I was ok with that, but I straw that broke the camels back for me, was I was told I had to wait 10 minutes for a label to be done when no one else was in the store, despite 3 staff members I could see on duty( not busy). So I just left and went to Woolworths. ( a lot cheaper and didn’t take 10 minutes). I won’t be back in future.

I went to buy some medication that I saw on discount on the Amcal website. I was rudely informed on Saturday that it's not the same specials or sales as the Amcal website. If that's the case, the shop should remove Amcal from the name and just call it Lyndon Davis chemist. Because of the rude staff member, we ended up going to Good Price Pharmacy at Cannon Hill and found the medication at a better price than this chemist. I would recommend people try Good Price first if they want better service, value and money!! Other than good prices, Good Price Pharmacy had great service too when I've been there twice

Went into the pharmacy today and have to say, love the new layout, bonus with Joan and the health food store now in the pharmacy, so much easier not having to go to and fro! Lyndon has always been an amazing pharmacist for my family and I, always going out of his way with informative advice. I have been going here for 4 years now and will never go anywhere else. I have recommended this pharmacy to my family and friends, all have been impressed with the service also.

Pandemic extortion, they expect local support when they rip off locals. When the most recent long weekend lockdown was announced they increased disposable mask prices and opened packaged masks to sell them seperately for increased profit. 10 masks for near $20 when i was able to buy a 50 pack from chemist warehouse for $13. Shame on you.

Needs a zero star.No compassion and no customer service at this place, 2nd time i have had script issues over trivial matters and over medication that can not be abused or is considered addictive ect.

Liars. I called ahead to ask if a specific product was in stock, they said it was. I drove out of my way to come and buy it but it was not in fact in stock. Forking useless.

Absolute Rip off. Can't believe they charge almost double on basic medications compared to Chemist Warehouse. Never going there again!
