No stars! Beware!!! I rented two large storage units from Lynhurst that were broken into 2 times. I also paid for the insurance. The first time nothing was stolen but a few things were smashed. Mostly because they were interrupted but the unit next to mine lost a 4 wheeler and tools. A police report was filed. The second time they stole over 10,000 dollars worth of my things. I did a police report. I had a detailed list of all the things the moving company moved. They inventoried it and moved it into the units. Everything left was inventoried again and checked off the list. The storage manager said they didn't have video for it. The insurance denied the claim because there wasn't any damage to the units so they said I could have taken my own things. No way to prove I didn't. The unit had soda cans sitting dead center in the middle of the unit. The empty unit! Like the thieves were thumbing their noses at me! The property manager said they had work done on the units and had the locking mechanisms replaced shortly before that and had my units open. They didn't take any responsibility for the loss either. This is not a safe place to store your things if you want to keep them. The insurance is a scam. It is suspicious the units had no damage and the locks were just replaced and no video.

Reserving and renting a unit online was very easy and only took a couple of minutes. Right away the staff reached out to me and was very helpful providing everything I would need to access my unit. When I arrived to put some boxes in my unit the first time it was easy to locate and access. Each individual unit has its own security device to detur break ins. There is also security cameras everywhere. I feel assured my belongings will be safe here. I also enjoy the extended gate access hours so that I can get to my unit around my schedule. The storage area was clean and well kept. I definitely made the right choice in choosing this place. Highly recommend.

I been having the largest storage unit at Lynhurst. I’m very pleased with the unit the space has the security the building have all the upgrades they out of 4 years having my unit nothing has happened to my stuff they are sealed and secure very well the area is keep clean the entering and exit is very easy I’m very happy with the place and contact with the manager is very easy and after hours service is great as well the lady I deal with is very polite and helps solve problems if any over all I’m very happy!!! Right now we don't have a vehicle and we ride our bikes to get up there when we need something up there and when we go to leave unless someone is leaving at the sametime in a vehicle we have to turn our handle bars slide our bikes under and then our stuff and FINALLY we have to slide, roll, crawl OURSELVES under the fence. But other than that we are very satisfied with the facility and aren't planning on moving anytime soon.

Lynhurst self storage has been a blessing! When we moved our belongings it was so easy and fast to purchase the unit! Was able to do everything through a kiosk as soon as i was ready and no hassle at all! Our unit is very clean and big! I would recommend Lynhurst Self Storage to all my friends looking for short or longer term needs in storage!!

There is great security and the space is great. Only drawback is if you walk in without car, you will get trapped in there. The sensor that opens the gate is metal based. It is unmanned so you have to go under the gate to get out if you walk in. Lots of security cameras tho so I know my stuff is safer there.

Had ALL my valuables stolen from this facility, the units do not have walls that go to the ceiling in between each unit and thus someone was able to climb over the walls and remove many items from my unit. Walls are very flimsy and thin, you'll be better off storing your things elsewhere.

I moved into a smaller home and all my kids are grown and I needed a shed but there was not enough room on my property. Sabrina at the facility helped me find what I needed for a reasonable price and was very helpful to me. I recommend this storage for short or long term

I have a unit there and Nicole is the lady I talk to or I think there was a Sabrina but there really great to talk to when there's a problem or just anything that I have goin on and sometimes I can't get my payment on time they usually tell me how to fix it thanks.

While I was at my unit the property manager stopped by. He fixed my key that was being stubborn and chit chatted for a few minutes. Super nice fella! Security upgrades and property inside and outside of the fence is nice and clean. …

The lynhurst location is great, very clean and maintained very well. The staff here are friendly and helpful especially Sabrina. The rates are very reasonable, I would recommended this storage facility to everyone I know

They have been so patient and helpful. Even when I have been standing at the wrong number door and Sabrina face timed me. Helped me figure out I was one unit off! I appreciate how well they answer questions and concerns.

2 step security is awesome. Units are clean and dry. Owner makes rounds to give the best customer service. Staff has been awesome about account management and set up for automatic payments.

I would suggest this storage place to any of my familia and friends. Haven’t had any problems and have been storing my things for over 6 months. Sabrina tries to help in any way she can.

Nice , clean property. My unit was nice n clean and ready when I got there. Great security with the eye locks also. Staff always very nice . I would recommend this storage for everyone.

We have added another layer of security for your protection. We have our facility monitored nightly from 9pm - 6am.
