I had my laundry today with 20$ in my pocket, I had a heavy load of clothes and Everything was fine until I had to do dryer machine. When I insert 1$ into the machine, machine did not count my coin, and I pressed the button to return my coin, but I kept pressing it, it did not return, I tried to contact the owner and on the phone it said I left the message if anything is wrong with machine or they would call me back for refund. I dont care about that coin, I just want someone to show me how to solve the issue. Then I inserted another coin into the machine, and it stuck again. now I picked up the phone on the wall, and again the same message in the phone, I gave up, I tried to apply pressure on the coin slot to make it work but I failed. And then there was a lady coming saying I should not do it, she said I have to know the trick like slide the coin gently into the coin slot, if it is stuck, press and hold the button until it return the coin. I might miss that instructions somewhere in the store. It should say something on the dryer so people dont have to be frustrated and called for help. Please put some instructions close to the dryer so next time, someone is new like me should not have to call service or have to move load of clothes to another dryer.

The cleanest most up to date laundry mat I have ever been to. Tonight ( Family day holiday) I put my last load of laundry in my dryer and it started to squeal like a piglet, so I needed to find a laundry mat open late to dry them. I rarely use a laundry mat as I have my own, I use one about twice a year to wash a large blanket that I have. So the one I normally go to was closed for the evening. I found Lynn ridge was open till 10pm and I live only 10 min away so I gave it a try and I am so glad that I did. The only downfall is that the door locks at 9pm which i understand is to prevent people starting laundry to late, but it makes it very difficult if you are the only one here, and have more than one load to carry to the car. Also there is no washroom. These two things are minimal in comparison to how amazingly clean this place is!!!!!!

Unfortunately, service is lacking and this laundromat doesn't stick to it's posted hours. Apon our arrival we we're told it's too late to do a single wash load ( 8:50PM ) . We were told last wash is at 8:30PM , even though the closing time is listed as 10:00PM. We were not even given the opportunity to wash out clothing without the use of the dryer , or use of the entire facility until the posted closing time. For people traveling like ourselves , this is an extreme inconvenience and simply comes down to a lack of care. Unfortunate, because I can't leave a review on the quality in any other way.

Wow this place just made me a fan of doing laundry again super clean dryers so big you could literally fit right in one and no please don't try this here. The owner came to help me get my stuck loonies out I called on the help line phone there left a message about my loonie issue and she was there so quickly to Make sure I got my loonies back definatly a treasured spot of mine due to the major time I've saved doing laundry here it's affordable too plus your money here is clearly put into the quality of the machines wish I could have this place in my basement at home

This laundromat isn't very big but it sure packs a punch! The machines are clean actually the entire place is spotless!! When I went there was nobody else there but myself and my friend. The cleaners came shortly after and they let us know at the door when our laundry was done which was a huge bonus! It's super convenient because the other two laundry mats in Southeast Calgary close at 8:00 and 8:30 but this one's open until 10:00. Totally recommend this laundromat if you have anxiety and don't want to be around a lot of people.

Amazing Laundromat. First time coming in. After hitting a few laundromats in the area, and walking in and walking out for various reasons (dirty, crowded, broken machines) I walked in thinking I hit the holy grail of laundromats. So clean, and tidy, change machine, products like soap and dryer sheets available. I don't know what laundry rates are so can't comment but I felt they were fair especially for the quality of the experience I had. Seriously impressed - thank you Lynnridge Laundry. I'll be back in the future.

Do not go here wish I checked the reviews, the lady was rude. She was not only rude to me but other customers. Felt like I was racially profiled wiped down the same machine over and over then she watched me fold my laundry , taking a complimentary basket I had clothes in to give to another lady, who didn’t even want the basket.Never coming her again.Locked the door before closing customers had to knock just to get their clothes back.

Nice Laundry place and affordable. Change machine available and laundry soap,bleach and softener dispener machine as well. Equipment are operational,fast and clean. Free fast wifi available while waiting for laundry. But the downside is this place needs constant cleaning. Trash everywhere inside as the other customers don't care cleaning up after they did their laundry and just leave. Common courtesy people please and thank you.

First and foremost if this is your first time here Bring Loonies! Majority of the machines use them! Only 3 of the older Dryers and 3 Washers use Quarters. Not a fan that most machines are Analog or have no display for a Timer. Some Machines are NOISY so keep that in mind. All around a Older Style location. But I do like that they are open till 10P. Just MAKE SURE your here and starting before 8:30!

Love using this laundromat, in fact we go out of our way to come here! Washers are well maintained (unless being replaced, which there are signs for, and is appreciated.) The change machine is always stocked well, we have never had a problem getting $20 in loonies for laundry. Only downside is no public bathroom nearby. I'm pregnant, and it has been an inconvenience, but no fault of the owners.

Very clean, great additions like a change machine, TV, paper towels, vending machine for soap/Oxy/Bounce/fabric softener and direct phone to call if u r having troubles. Great place to take large sleeping bags/duvets/comforters in the extra large machines. Pricey at $8 ($10 for extra wash and $12 for extra rinse) but you get what u pay for! Highly recommmend.

Tidy and cozy laundromat. Took a few minutes of walking around to figure out the options there, no signage displaying the layout and specifics of each washer and dryer. no staff on site. There is one tv here if you are waiting, and the wifi is garbage.

Very clean, machines are new and the place is never packed with people so a free machine is always available. I've been to other places and being able to wash & dry a big comforter for $10 is actually a reasonable price. Recommended.

This is a great laundry. Super clean, very modern equipment and reasonably priced. I had a large fluffy rug that needed a big washer. Wash & Dry w/Laundry Soap - $13.00 - took about an hour! Very handy location as well.

left my bag on the table while waiting for laundry to dry and a crackhead took it b4 i could intervene and disable them. Good place tho but expect some useless eaters to come thru the door

I’ve been to most of the laundromats in the southeast. This one is the cleanest, and least sketchy. It’s small, but I haven’t shown up yet and been unable to put my clothes in right away.

Best laundromat ever! There's an autodial phone to contact owner about problems, and owner showed up very quickly to refund me. Free WiFi, TV, books and spotlessly clean!

The man who owns this location is extremely rude and aggressive. Half of their washers and dryers were broken as well. Terribly maintained. Wont ever return here again.

Best place to go! It's always clean, big machine's and the prices are fair. Plus, they have a change machine and if you have kids they have cable to distract them

Nice and clean. Had to wash all our bedding etc due to allergies and spring cleaning. Huge job. The large machines made quick work out of it. Recommend.
