Scheduled service for an interior detailing of my SUV which was stated at the appointment time. I explained I had a Groupon for the service that would cover the interior detailing. No mention of additional charges, no mention of upscaling for an SUV no mention of needing to evaluate my vehicle first no mention of additional quotes. Expectation was to have the vehicle serviced for an interior detailing. Once I got there I was told the vehicle needed to be evaluated first upon reviewing the vehicle they told me the service would cost an additional $89. This was more than double what I paid for for the Groupon. I understand additional charges and I understand exceptions to the rules. I am a business owner and I utilize Groupon and LivingSocial myself to promote business, even at a loss. And I understand the value of a service as well as good customer service. You don't lure someone in under false pretenses and you certainly don't charge them more than twice what they were quoted. Poor customer service. Misleading advertising. Cannot recommend.

Great experience! I checked with many shops in the area that either didn’t call me back or quoted prices that were way too high or wanted me to wait all day for the service. This shop serviced me on the spot as a walk in, quoted me the best price I’ve seen so far, much lower than local competitors, they have a lobby with a couch, tv and even let me use their wifi. They also offered me a ride anywhere but place is comfy so I waited while they did the work. My car is being sold later today and I know I made a good choice using this shop. They are experienced in prepping cars for sale so they know exactly what to do to get me ready. The customer service is friendly and fair. I’m glad I kept searching to find these guys and did not go with the other shops who were unaccommodating and over priced. Will definitely be back to this shop!

Got their cheapest exterior hand wash for $10. In the process of drying it off my WRX badge came off leaving some adhesive (it wasn’t on great honestly). The employee offered to clean the adhesive off real quick because it was their fault. I was not upset about the badge coming off as I was eventually planning on taking it off. The employee proceeded to clean it with some adhesive remover when his boss came up and said there was no time for that and I would have to pay for it. I left with my car washed but I an adhesive stain. I was sad that the employee had better customer service than the boss. 3 stars because they are affordable and have nice employees. It’s not an end all and I plan on trying these guys again but I wanted to share my experience.

These guys confuse you with the pricing and charge you 3 times than others, their customer service is ZERO, the courtesy is ZERO. They told me my car was ready, when i went there it had so many issues, the guy said he will correct the issues so had to wait another 30 mins. The glass of my car is still all messy, dirty with spots. I paid them $160. They did not even do the vaccum or cleaned the mats...what a shame! They are just another place to scam money from people. They do not have any rates posted for their services either which is illegal. I could have got this job done for $60. Please do not get involved with this scam.

Dont do it! I took a chance with manager Daniel hoping they would do a reasonable job. He scheduled me a 9am appt with 2pm pick up. At 3:30 I got worried so when I got there my truck wasn't even halfway done and Daniel was gone for the day. When I complained about bad service to his son.I was physically threatened by staff worker Manny. Manny had to be restrained by Daniel's son and other staff as he came towards me. Needless to say I was shocked and nervous that I would have to defend myself from staff because I complained about their horrible service. I was not offered compensation. I paid and left.

These guys do a great job on my vehicle. They have great prices and the younger guy up front is very accommodating and helpful and gives great service. It’s easy to schedule and they always get me in right away and don’t keep me waiting. My friends even notice and comment how nice my car looks. They always wipe down the inside, dash, console, doors and seats and thoughtfully armor all my trim. I get the old fashioned hand wash after getting my car scratched at mister car wash. The value is so much better than mister. I’ll keep updating (good or bad) as I work with them longer.

I was gifted a detail ahead of a new baby, and tried desperately to use it. We called to schedule three separate times and the owner never "had his schedule on him". Finally reached him and set an appt for today when I happened to be off work, and the guy never showed up. When we called, he apparently never wrote down the appointment. His solution was to try to reschedule, like it wasn't his problem he missed our appointment (didn't offer a refund, discount, nada).Our baby is due in weeks and w e both work - that's not going to fly. Keep your money and avoid the hassle!

I bought a Groupon to this business, and when I called to schedule to get my truck detailed, I was told that they are not honoring Groupons. Daniel said he would honor the Groupon price, however, however so I scheduled an appointment. I had to fight with Groupon to get my money refunded. This morning, I drove 30 minutes in traffic and I’m there on time at 8 am only to be told by Daniel “I was going to call you, we need to reschedule.” This place is a disorganized, unprofessional cluster. Save yourself the frustration and stay away.

Went in when my brakes started making noise. The guys were awesome. They lifted my truck, removed the tires, and did a full inspection. They took me out to the garage to look at everything they found. Explained everything very clearly and gave me several price options. We were given a ride home while they worked on my brakes and my truck was ready in an hour and a half! Brakes work great. From the front desk service to the mechanic, they were incredibly courteous and knowledgeable. The garage was clean and well equipped.

The guys at the counter were friendly and proficient. Although I wasn’t exactly sure what specific services I was needing, they walked me through the process and helped me make the choice that was best for me. When I picked up my vehicle, it looked and smelled like it did when I just drove it off the car lot, for a great price too. I will be recommending this business to anyone with similar needs. Friendly staff. Unfortunate that the service I recieved was disrespectful. Brought in my vehicle from 9am-2pm. There was still a lot of stains on seats. The center console was not even cleaned or the trunk space. Until i said something to the only guy left on the shift! Props to pierre for trying to pick up the slack with a quik clean because I had already waited all day for such a dissapointment!

They did a great job on my vehicle. They walked me through the process and helped me make the best choice for my needs. The staff were friendly and professional. I picked up my vehicle with it looking and smelling just like it did when I bought it new. The services I received today were excellent for the cost. People were friendly and the Groupon provided some decent value, however, for having my car for more than five hours, the “deluxe full detail” was hardly worth even the Groupon price. There were still dead bugs on the mirrors and front bumper, streak marks, dirt/dust in crevices, and used a greasy leather protectant. Even with a Groupon I wouldn’t recommend it.

Came here because I got tired of being over charged to get my breaks done! The guys here are very friendly, helpful and fast. I thought I was going to have to pay an arm and a leg but I got my front rotaters and pads done for under $300! I highly suggest going to them for any service. I will be going back when my car needs something!! I am very satisfied!!

My mom and I were very satisfied with the services we were provided. They are friendly, professional, & honest people. Both of our vehicles are pretty old (2003 truck & 1996 car) & we haven't seen our vehicles this clean even when we bought them years ago! This is one of the best auto detailing places I have ever been to. My car looks brand new again! The quality work is worth way more then what they charge which also makes it another amazing aspect of why they are such a great business. I would recommend them to any one. The other day (9-8-2022) this team really took care of me in a crunch! I don't live in Albuquerque and I had to get a clients car delivered in top notch condition. Not only was the service top notch but the results of the detail were great. My client was extremely pleased and that's a win for everyone. Thank you to everyone there!

Had my truck for 19 days. Simple detail is all I wanted. They used to do a great job. Looks half washed, no detail was done. There is water in my ashtray. Lost my business and anyone else that asks me I will tell them to find somebody else. Sad to see a great business go down hill so fast.

These guys are amazing! I have 2 large dogs and 2 small kids, so needless to say my minivan was a wreck. They got all the pet hair out and it looks amazing - the difference is night and day. Very affordable and their work speaks for itself. Happy customer here.

Terrible service. The owner Daniel is rude to customers and they do poor quality work. I will be taking my business anywhere else, before here ,first. Not to mention the employees are also rude. Next time to want your car fixed right dont take it here.

Bought a coupon off of Groupon for these guys didn't try to pressure me and anything else did what I paid them to do show me what I needed give me a quote and sent me on my way if I would have the money over to pay let them do it

They were friendly and did a good job. I just got the exterior wash. The advertised price for a "vehicle" at $10 was doubled for my truck. I was told this prior to the wash. Not sure if I will go this route again.
