The move started well as the manager was polite and seemed to be organized. After, the walkthrough he even offered the space in his truck if we could not fit all of our smaller items in the car. However, after loading up I asked if they could take a small pile that we had gathered in the garage and was met with some annoyance and he said ok but "hurry up". Very rude as it only took us 5mins to get them on the truck. Before they departed he mentioned they would be stopping 10mins for a coffee. So, after they left we continued to pack (15min), then drove the the new place (20mins), and then waited for them to arrived (35mins). When they arrived I asked the other worker if they went for lunch and he said "yes". When it came time to settle the bill, the manager final charged hours came to 6.13 hr, but he'd take it down to 6.0hr even because they were late. When I challenged him on the time he was argumentative and said he had to drive through construction and it took more time for a truck then my car. However, if they took the same route I did it might have taken 25mins top. We argued back and forth and I finally said it's fine just charge me what you like this is going nowhere. Even after I backed down he still wanted to pursue his point, and I finally had to tell him to just write the bill. So, essentially I paid for there lunch time. All that wasted time over a 30min charge. It's not the money per say, I just prefer to be treated fairly. Apparently, it only take them 13min to order and eat lunch... I'd post 0 stars if I could, very unprofessional and rude. DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS!

Do not hire this company. Firstly, they broke a mirror and said nothing. No compensation. Secondly, the move took longer than anticipated. After coming back to reload for a second trip, they only took selected items what they called heavy items knowing they were hired to move everything. They abruptly LEFT with the heavy items and refused to complete the job. I had to rent a uhaul the next day to finish. This delayed my cleaner and carpet cleaners the next day as they had to wait for us to finish moving our stuff out. Started out ok but ended on a horrible note. Upon reading these reviews, Mikhaïl is the OWNER who was PRESENT - they pretend there there is another owner off site telling them what to do . I’ve reached out several times asking for some compensation but no response. I spent $1700 - never again. Such poor business ethics., sloppy work, worst experience ever.

I was in need of moving some oversize items within my home (refridgerators). I checked around and found a few companies that advertised this service. I made a couple of inquiries and when I called M&M, I got an answer right away from a person, NOT a recording. Mike listened to my issues and advised that he could have a crew out within a week to move these appliances. His crew showed up Monday July 03, 2023 (a stat holiday by the way) and got straight to work on the task. They worked quickly and safely. They laid out runners on all floors and stairs to protect the flooring. The crew was in and out within 20 minutes. The price was as I had been quoted. I first called M&M Movers based on the reviews online and decided to hire them based on the reasonable price they quoted. My partner and I have both moved numerous times - I’ve used many different moving companies and he has never hired movers and was quite uncertain. Hands down the best movers I've ever hired. I've had several big moves and am usually stressed and exhausted with bad and late movers. I was driving from Calgary and gave an approximate time I should arrive in Edmonton, M&M was in close contact with me throughout the day and made sure to be here for me ready to move my stuff into the new place. The movers got everything uploaded in a reasonable time, helped me set up a few things, and were very pleasant. Definitely hiring this guys again the next time I move.

The movers were professional and polite and arrived on time. However, I don't think they were as efficient as they could have been. It seemed to take them a long time to load and unload. When I phoned to book them, I was told that booking 3 movers would make the job go quicker, so I did. It seemed to me, though, that the 3rd person spent more time just waiting for the other 2 to get the stuff to the truck. And the other 2 were not working as fast as they could have been.

They answered their phone on a Sunday morning and had guys meet us 1st thing Monday morning to unload our moving truck. We moved from SK and really needed the help. They were so helpful, poliet,and fast we calledthem back as we had to move a 2nd time in 4 months. They came out again and loaded, drove a half hour, and unloaded us in under 8hrs!!! Great rate, service and very professional.. Highly recommend.

What a great service this was. The gentlemen were cordial and helpful. They arrived on time. They worked very hard to move our home. Anything fragile was wrapped and transported with caution, and this was no small feat as we were on the top floor of a walk up, and the numerous climb to the second floor could not have been easy. Mike and Mulau did a fantastic Job! They showed up exactly on time and were very polite and professional. They brought their moving supplies and had blankets to help protect my furniture (TV, glass tables, etc..) I enjoyed moving with them and had some good conversations. I wasn't going to leave a review, but as I've slowly been unpacking my new house in the weeks since the move I keep finding more and more damage. Replacing everything with damage would cost more than the move did. There's only a few pieces with major damage but almost every piece of wood furniture is scratched to some degree.

I moved with this company few days ago, they were very professional and nice. (and I have an experience with moving companies in alberta, so far they were the best!)
