Did the mistake of giving a positive review straight after their service. Wait a couple of days and then give them a review as after only 3 days of receiving the wardrobe (which they installed) it started giving us issues. One of the draw does not close it keeps opening itself. What's even more annoying is their customer service and support, we keep calling them they keep saying they will send someone to fix it, still waiting. Not happy at all not satisfied at all and will surely not buy again from here. I can understand things can not work properly but the customer service should be better at least. The 2 stars in the review are for the wardrobe that we really liked not for their service otherwise I would have given 1 star.

Very unsatisfied, been looking at reviews I thought its a good place to buy a wardrobe and bed . First week everything was fine . Then after the bed is about to crack. Same with the wardrobe everything they said was not like it . The balance they said we will fix it and make it stable no matter how the floor is, actually if i burned that 1000£ i would be happier. The fitting guys looks like they are training. Buy from somewhere else is better.

This is 5* bedroom set. I’m loving and enjoying it . Delivery was excellent and they were so polite. I will recommend this to everyone I know. So beautiful …
