Tim is a racist jerk who assumes if you’re black you’re trying to get over on him. I came to this MAPCO as I have for the past few months to grab my tobacco for the day, I Apple paid my girlfriend who’s not 21, so we could pool our money for gas and tobacco, Tim assumed My girlfriend Was buying the tobacco so I asked her to send the money back to me and he proceeded to argue with me about how it is against the law, it’s not unlawful for her to send me money back so I can pay if that’s the issue? Anyway a month later she turned 21 so I sent her into the store and he told her it must be nicer buying the tobacco legally…….I am appalled and floored, you don’t put that on someone nor do you assume about someone’s life, she has never tried to buy tobacco illegally and it’s his job to either check us out or keep it moving not to make comments on our personal life. I understand not selling the tobacco part, that’s fine I went to Thorntons instead, but acting as though she’s buying tobacco underaged just because she was there and then continuing to poke fun about it when I’m not there is out of pocket. Do your job, check IDs then check me out. You’re not charismatic and you’re not funny.- I would very much like the number of HR or the district manager to file a former complaint. As I was getting gas today on 10/21/23 I let Timothy know that it was not against the law and that he shouldn’t assume addiction in anyone and he proceeded to threaten to ban me, ( I’ve been a rewards member for years and have been going to this MAPCO without incident for the past year) he then proceeded to argue verbally with me and then call the cops multiple times after recording myself and my car plate. I waited for 2 hours only for the police to never show and Timothy continue to show a prideful display of power. I only renteras the store to leave my number for police so I could continue with my day as it had been quite a while of me waiting as well as ask if he called the non emergency or emergency number to see if I could also call, instead of talking with me, he proceeded to call 911 and record me for a third time, i have video as well. After the third time I waited another 10 minutes then left. This was my second time ever speaking to Timothy…..

I pulled up to this location on 7/28/19 specifically to use my 7 cents off...however that didn't happen because the clerk stated he was in the process of closing out because the 3rd shift worker didn't show. He turned everyone away. He stated he had another job to go to.. So I was out of gas and couldn't make it to another Mapco so I ended up going to Thorntons across the street. So that clerk at Mapco cost me 7 cents off. I didn't get to use it because it expired that night. Mapco you have lost a customer if this who you hire to run your stores.

Worst service ever. Needs an attitude adjustment. I went inside to get gas and heard the dark African American lady with long braided hair talking about customers are rude and looked at her like you really say that and she speaks to me first saying yeah you too and taking like I’m trash and that’s unacceptable and harassment. Maybe papers serves will open their eyes how to talk to customers. Lawsuit coming.

The employees here are just chill and extremely friendly willing to help anyway that they can all they want is the same respect I'm return. The store manager is stand up guy. There is one employee who is willing to go above and beyond his name is Lee he is an awesome cat and again they don't mind helping with in reason just be respectful and don't buy the school kids any cigarillos!

This is the cleanest gas station I have EVER been in! The crew working are friendly and make you feel like a person and not an annoyance! They keep everything I EVER asked for in stock! Best gas station EVER!!!

I dont think the owners know how truely incompetent the staff is here. When you tell cashier 3 ddifferent visits no i dont have discount card but woukd like one they say thank you and just look at you.

The staff here are some of the most rude, unhelpful lazy individuals that should not be in a customer service job!! Never going back and will have our Dealership start using Exxon for diesel fuel.

Great staff. Very down to earth and friendly. Prices are high. But I will pass the discount stores up just to have a genuinely friendly customer experience. Very friendly! Keep up the good work!!

This has to be the worst Mapco on the planet. From waiting till the staff gets their stuff together to not being offered my change when I pay. I'm ready for them to close for good

It's pretty bad when a store clerk doesn't know simple laws. Age to sell tobacco, age to sell alcohol, and when to stop selling. Mapco employee really just irritated me.....

Nice clean station. Friendly staff. Prices @ pump about average. Many food & drink options to purchase. This is a very busy station since it's not far from I-24.

The employee that goes by the name of Brandon Gladish is the rudest person I’ve ever met there. Poor customer service.

Don't have what you stopped to purchase. Bathroom not clean. Store always smell like sewer. I haven't been back.

Doesn't always print receipts at the pump. Doesn't offer windshield cleaner at the pump.
