Arts Center station is always dirty. They need to power wash it once a week. Also, the elavtor ALWAYS smells like pee. ALWAYS. If you are in a wheelchair or have a stroller, you have to get your wheels (and shoes!!) dipped in Pee.
Similar to most public transportation services, the stations were very dirty. The Arts Center is very gross with a weird smell. However, the way of transportation is smoother compared to driving a car.
This is my favorite Marta station. Not quite sure why.
